Him sticking up for you when fat shammed ~ Maknae Line

I want to start off by saying, I love you all. Body positivity is something that I’m always for, being someone who is also plus sized. Everything in this is completely fictional but can come off rude and hurtful. Though this is a Y/N pov, there are a lot of people who go through this daily. Size doesn’t mean you can’t perform with your best! I love you and I know for damn sure the guys feel the same!

You sat eating a snack as you watch Jimin planning out his meals to start his diet plan again. You hated this time of year but tried to keep up with him by eating a little healthy yourself. That was the least you could do to help him stay on course.

“ Are you going to make more salads or smoothies this time?” You asked curiously. Of course, whenever he made you different things to eat or drink, it was a little harder to take. And you always tell him that you are going to eat healthier but…we all know how that is.

He shrugged,” I have a plan that we do 50-50.” He looked up at you and smiled.” You have to do better this time. I let you off the hook last time, but you will do the whole plan.”

You made a face at him not wanting to do that. You were going to lose weight when you were good and actually ready. “I’ll do the right thing 40% of the time. No guarantees though.”

He looks up at you dropping his pen. “Why can’t you just do things easier instead of always fighting?”

“What’s that supposed to mean?” You furrow your brows. You and Jimin often had these weight loss talks but mainly you just told him that you like the way he is. You personally would never ask him or anyone for that matter to change. Especially if they are happy with how they are.

He wiped his face standing up. He tried to think of a way to put it without being a complete jerk. “Babe you haven’t lost anything since we got together. At least not as much as you could’ve if you would just put yourself into actually working it off.”

You looked at him without saying anything. You couldn’t actually believe what he was saying. Is this how he felt all the time or was it just coming out of nowhere? You were comfortable with the size you were and didn’t have any plans to change that. Of course, it never hurt to make a few changes but damn did he have to hit this hard?

“Excuse me?” Was all that could come out of your mouth. You stared at him as if he had seven heads. “You're supposed to support me through everything. From losing weight to having my back on fucking life choices! I’ve never ever stopped you from doing these damn diets that make you so fucking small. I always make sure you're okay and you're doing what you love. Not once have I ever opposed!”

The look on your face read it all. You weren’t only upset about what was just occurring, you were also pissed that the man you love so much was standing here saying such mean things. What made him think he had that right exactly?

“Y/n…” He started knowing you will probably hate him. “ That came out completely wrong. Please understand that I care so much for you and don't want anything to happen. I just want to make sure you are the healthy version of yourself always and never fail at doing so. Please understand that being rude was never my intention. I know, I could've said it a little bit differently, that is completely my fault. But I really hope you understand where I’m coming from…”

You tried to see where he was coming from, but that didn't eliminate the fact that he said it. There were a lot of things you guys told each other. For him to feel this way and not actually have a conversation before this conspired hurt you.

“I understand your intent…I just don’t understand why you would choose now to say it when you’ve had every opportunity in the books to do so…” Jimin got what you were saying. He moved closer to you slowly to make sure you wouldn’t push him away.

“I promise, I will come to you and talk about anything and everything,” He started just trying to make that clear. “I don’t want you to ever change. The way you are is perfect to me and it’s very selfish for me to even put that out there. Again I just want what’s best for you, but I will let you decide that because at the end of the day you get to choose what you want to do and I will love you either way. Your my love and my whole fucking heart. I never want to lose that or you”

You closed the gap between you two before leaning to peck his lips. “Just know, you’ve lost every privilege when it comes to my body until I say otherwise, okay?”

Jimin pouted but nodded his head in agreement. No need to start something else up when he knew the punishment wouldn’t last long.

You had been anticipating this moment for months now. Today was officially the day you got to meet the love of your life’s parents. And eat a day it was going to be.

You have mentally had conversations and made sure to ask Tae just about everything when it comes to his parents. The thing was, Tae was more nervous than you were. Not because of anything but him bringing someone home after keeping it a secret of dating you for the past seven months. Not because he didn’t believe you were the one, but because he believed that heavily. It was because he was afraid of his parents actually approving of him being in a relationship with you.

“Babe, are you almost done?” You hear Tae call out to you. You were in the room practicing your greeting to his parents one good time to make sure you had it down to a tee. The fear that rained inside of you started to grow small as the confidence showed through.

“Yes, let me grab my purse, and then we can go!” You said doing just so. You adjusted your clothes in the mirror one last time before heading out to be greeted by Tae with the best kiss ever.

“Gosh you look so fucking amazing,” Tae told you with a wink. You couldn’t help but smile as he looked you up and down.

“You look very handsome as well my love.” You guys kissed once more before Tae turned to escort you out of the building.

Once in the car, you tried to relax but the anticipation and anxiety had you wired. You looked over at Tae giving him a nervous grin. “I don’t know if I can actually do this!”

“What do you mean? You’re freaking amazing. They are going to love you!”

“What you think about me versus what your parents think is completely different. It’s always different!” You took a deep breath just wanting to get the encounter started so that you can go on knowing that you have your all to meet his parents.

“You are acting like my parents are some high-up political figures” He chuckled. You shook your head with a smile.

“I don't know. I’m just really excited to meet them,” You started, fixing the dress you had chosen to wear. “I just hope they like me!”

“They will, just give it some time,” Tae reassured, taking your hand into his own. “I mean, I fell for you as soon as I laid eyes on you. If they are anything like me, they should also fall in love with you”

Once you guys arrived at his parent's place, Tae helped you out of the car and you two headed inside. There was a moment when you just felt overjoyed with everything. The house was stunning and greeting his father who opened the door was amazing. But things started going down once you stepped foot into the kitchen to greet his mom.

“It’s very nice to meet you, Mrs.Kim.” You extended a hand toward her and she just looked at it. What was wrong? Did you say something weird or mean?

She gave a smile trying to brush it off before walking towards the dining room. You looked up at Tae not really understanding what was going on.

“I made your favorite, Taehyung,” She started as everyone followed. You moved slightly slower not wanting to make a big fuss but not understanding your first encounter with Tae’s mom. Everything with his dad was going great so what just happened?

You smiled smelling the air as you looked at all the food on the table.“Smells good, Mrs. Kim,” You started, taking a seat beside Tae as everyone sat down.

“Thank you,” She whispered not really looking in your direction. You nodded looking up at Tae letting out a brief sigh.

“We can start eating now.” You smiled looking at all the great options on the table. Tae grabbed different things placing them on your plate. You smile, breathing out thanks before you went to place some food in your mouth.

“Shouldn’t you wait for Taehyung to eat before you just stuff your face?” Mrs.Kim asked which made you look up at her.

“It’s okay, I want Y/N to eat well,” Tae smiled at you making your smile back.

“Well it looks like she eats well enough already,” She started which caught you off guard. Was she calling you fat? Why aren’t things clicking with the whole situation?

“Eomma…”Tae started grabbing your hand.

“No, son,” She started standing up. “ I will not allow you to bring any dishonor to our family because you are going through a phase!”

“Exactly what phase is that?” Tae asked now standing.

“You ever being into fat girls! Everyone you have ever brought home was slim and fit and this!” She points towards you, your confidence going down the drain.

You stood up, nodding your head as you tried to take in what was just said about you. “ Thank you for dinner. It was really nice meeting you, Mr.Kim.” You bowed and then walked out of the dining room heading for the door.

Tae looked at his mother upset. “ Usually, I try my best to be respectful to you and even follow your wishes. This was one time I will not stand allowing you to disrespect someone I love so much. She is beautiful, a fucking work of art! If you can’t stand for that then don’t worry about contacting me until you figure that out!” He moved away from the table going to walk out when he turned around looking at his father. “ I’m sorry dad, I don't mean to be disrespectful in your house, but you told me to stand for what I love and who I love. I love Y/N, there is no doubt about that. The last thing I will ever do is allow someone to disrespect the person I see the rest of my life with.”

All his father could do was nod his head, completely understanding where he was coming from. His mother was out of line to do something like this and his father planned on dealing with that after they left.

“Bye dad,” Tae said then walked away to find you standing there. The tears in your eyes said it all. He walked over to you wrapping his arms around you. There was part of him that wanted to go back in there pulling you with him. But he didn’t want to put you back in that whole thing.

He just grabbed your hand and pulled you with him out of the house. He walked to the car, opening the door for you to get inside. You looked up at him, tears still there but a small smile breaking through.

“I love you too, Taehyung”

You sat down watching everyone chatting it up at the annual staff appreciation party. You knew that going with Jungkook meant you were going to end up sitting alone, especially with his hyungs also in the same building, but you went anyways to show your own kind of appreciation for the BigHit/ Hybe staff. You smiled and waved but eventually got tired of sitting there so decided to go and find Jungkook.

As you walked you whispered soft ‘excuse me’s and pardon’s as you didn’t want to seem pushy or rude. Just as you walked by someone, you felt your body go cold as the girl in front of you drink fell on your dress.

“Excuse me I am so sorry-” You began but the girl started to scream!

“How dare you walk into me! Didn’t you see me standing here!?” she shouted making you jump slightly. People around slowly turned their heads toward the sound.

“I’m really sorry about that.” You looked at her to see she had nothing on her. Actually, everything spelled on you and she was spotless. You still felt like you should apologize though because it was still an accident on your part. “ I can get you another drink, I really am sorry about this”

“Maybe you need to watch where your going and things like this wouldn’t happen!”

“Things like this? I was walking by and accidentally bumped you! This has never happened before today,” You started, the once apologetic tone turning into a more upset one. “Your acting as if I saw you and was like ‘Oh let me spill her whole fucking drink on my new dress!’’

The girl looked around herself and then back at you, a slight smirk growing on her face. “ Maybe if you weren’t so fat you could’ve squeezed your way by me” You looked at her as if her head was decapitated from her body. How could she possibly just stand there and say something like

That.

“You are such a bitc-”

“What is going on here,” Jungkook rang, finally making his way over to where you guys were after what felt like hours of you trying to defend yourself. He looked at you then your dress and floor before looking at the girl standing there.

“This fatty just bumped into me, spilling my drink,” The girl started, crossing her arms and giving you an evil look.

You scoffed rolling your eyes. “ Yeah, the drink that got all on the dress that I worked so hard to get to come to this event! It didn’t even get on you!”

“Bitch we all work hard, you just need to put in a little bit more work.”

Jungkook sighed looking at you again. “Which department do you work for?” He looked back at the girl who just looked at Jk with a questioning look on her face. “Did you not hear my question? What department do you work for!?”

His voice got a little bit louder which made the girl jump. “ I’m sorry, I am one of the stylists for you guys” She gave the biggest smile motioning in his direction.

“You were one of the stylists,” Jungkook said followed by a sip of his drink.

“I’m sorry, what?” She began looking between you and Kookie.

“What do you not understand? If you have been working for us you would understand that we don’t do bullying, name-calling, or any type of discrimination. You broke all of those in less than 10 minutes. If you read the contract that you should’ve signed, then you would know what happens to people when they do those things. Especially when it comes to someone that we love.”

“But sir she spilled my drink-”

“No, you spilled your drink. You were holding it, and by the way she is soaked, while you have less than a drop of liquid on your body speaks levels that you seem to be too incompetent to understand. You are finished with this company as of tonight.”

You grabbed Jungkook’s arm and could feel he was shaking. You didn’t need him to stand up for you but you loved that he did. You felt you didn’t deserve him but he proved to you every day that he was the man you wanted to spend the rest of your life with.

“You need to leave,” Was the last thing he said before grabbing your hand and walking out of the room. You smirked at the girl while you two passed before looking back at Jk.

When it seemed you guys got far enough you pulled his arm so that he could look at you. It broke your heart seeing him with tears in his eyes, trying so hard not to look in your direction.

“Babe…” You started bringing your hand to his cheek, making him look at you. “ I’m okay”

“What she said was horrible!”

“And you think I don't hear that shit every other day. People are cruel, my love,” You leaned up and pecked his lips. “I really appreciate you standing up for me. You came to my rescue when I needed you and you didn’t back down.”

“I should be the one giving this talk,” Jungkook said, chuckling and wiping the fallen tear that glazed his cheek. “You stood up to her even though she said some horrible things about you.”

“And you stood up for me when I could’ve handled it. I love you for doing that.”

He kissed your lips gently then pulled away looking down at your dress. “ This is coming out of her final paycheck,” He said, another chuckle escaping his lips.

“Can you do that legally?”

“I’m Jeon fucking Jungkook,” He started, cocking his head to the side slightly.

“That answers my question. Let’s get out of here,” You said pulling his arm.” I’m freezing and this wine isn’t smelling all that great”

i already know kyo’s chornically online ass was made aware of this trend even before it actually took off, was going to bring it up to you, but being the stubborn man he is, opted out of doing so because he thinks it should be you begging him to let you tie him up in a little bow!! and he’s so real for that!! goes as far as reposting every single video following the trend he comes across, and starts humming the lana del rey song whenever your near so he can hopefully telepathically send you signals that he wants you to put a bow on his bicep and show him off!! his approach is a bit unconventional but low and behold it somehow works, and when you do ask him to film that tiktok he annoyingly pretends he didn’t even know about the trend in the first place, as if you didn’t pick up on his very obvious signs. says shit like “why a bow? but omg you’re soooo obsessed with me!” (and you are!)

honestly just like keeho he’s on tiktok all the time and gets behind trends pretty quickly, so when intak begs you to do this new trend he keeps seeing on his for you page you aren’t surprised. honestly, you had also been wanting to participate in the trend, partly because it’s cute and partly because tak has gorgeous arms, but you kept it quiet because you wanted him to work for it! it’s pretty amusing actually, he ends up forcing you to come along with him to the gym when he works out much more often just so he can lift heavy weights and flex his arms for you. he just wants you to deem his biceps worthy of being wrapped in a bow!! please don’t tease him for too long because he will have a permanent sad puppy look on his face for the rest of the month. when you finally cave and wrap his arm in a bow he is sooo cheesed. had this goofy grin on his face and flexes his muscles which results in him accidentally splitting the bow in two, which both pisses you off and turns you on at the same time?

you both actually discover the trend together! you two have a routine of cuddling up and scrolling through one of your for you pages, alternating phones each night depending on your battery levels. tonight, jongseob has your back against his chest as he scrolls through your tiktok when the trend first pops up on the screen, and you both get intrigued and scroll through the let the light in sound on tiktok to watch more. you don’t say anything to him but seob can tell you want to participate, and he ends up sweetly informing you that “we can do this trend if you want! i don’t have ribbon on me right now though..” and with that your eyes light up. the two of you end up buying ribbon at the craft store the next day for the sole purpose of filming that video, and you both rush to his dorm afterwards to film the tiktok. you end up settling on wrapping the dainty ribbon around both of his arms and torso, the pair of you refilming several times to get it “just right”. just like the other boys, seob is just happy to please his pretty gf!

With sleep still lingering heavy on his eyelids Keeho becomes incredibly clingy, and to an extent he can be quite sensitive as well. Asks of you to “Please don’t be mean to me” when you’re trying to source any viable excuse to get you out of the devastatingly comfy bed and into the kitchen so you don’t over sleep, he just takes it very personally, but it’s hard to deny him the comfort of your body moulded into his when he’s unintentionally being so soft and cute about it. He either struggles with waking up so bad and will drag the process of your soft kisses and coaxing words out for as long as he can, or he just lays at your side, smiling to himself as he traces your features with the tips of his fingers.

Not the whiniest, surprisingly. All he asks of is for back scratches and some love, that’s all he needs. Oh! But also maybe a cup of water if you’re getting up since it’s on your way, maybe a little snack too? It’s hard to deny him, sometimes he tugs on just the right strings and you’ll come back with breakfast prepared and ready to eat. He likes morning like this, watching tv, catching up on each others lives, the warm glow of the sun keeping you warm even when you’re sitting up and out of the nest of blankets. He catches glimpses of a secure future spent with you doing exactly the same thing, only the two of you will be older, and free from worry. Sometimes he’ll think about it for a little too long and his throat will start to tighten, he swears he doesn’t mean to get emotional, you’re just the one of the closest feeling to home he has, and he’s just so grateful you’re sticking around. Leans his head onto your shoulder when he’s finished eating, silently kissing your hand.

Draws shapes and secret words against your back that you can’t focus on when he talks with his morning voice. Getting him to continue talking doesn’t talk much effort, and he doesn’t fight it knowing how tired you are struggling not to fall back asleep. Talking about his music and any upcoming projects really gets him going, sometimes he talks in circles, and then laughs to himself whilst kissing your head, apologizing for not making any sense. When he’s not talking he’s singing, it’s not a conscious decision, it just slips, and he doesn’t try to sound good he just does, there’s something so perfect about the tenderness to his tone and how he sings for only your ears, you’re always the first to hear his new demos and experiments.

⋆ H. Intak

Even when he’s less than half awake he still seems so conscious. Will pull you into him if you’re a little too far, adjusts your arms so he can get a better hold on you, tucking you under his chin nice and comfy so he can go right back to sleep. You can never tell if he’s actually knocked out or if he’s just laying there with his eyes closed, but he always answers to the small curious pokes to his chest with a raspy “hm?” But that’s all you’ll get, so don’t expect much more. When Intak’s got you in his bed he’s a complete log, stays stuck to you all night and throughout most of the morning. After he’s fully awake then he enjoys small morning overviews of the previous day if you weren’t with him, and what you want to do today. He’ll do anything to keep you talking, to him there’s nothing better than a cozy morning in his bed accompanied by his lover who sounds so pretty when he makes you laugh.

⋆ H. Shota

The easiest to deal with, an absolute angel. Shota’s so content with anything you have to offer, he doesn’t mind if you get up 29272 times, as long as you come back to him he doesn’t mind at all ໒꒰ྀི´ ˘ ` ꒱ྀིა‎ accommodates to your morning routine as much as he can during the weekdays, but when it comes to free days when the two of you have nothing to do, no one to see, then he’ll ask of you to just stay in bed with him for as long as possible. Holds you if your body temp typically runs on the chillier side, or keeps an adequate amount of space between the two of you if you become hot quickly. He doesn’t say much when he’s tired, only small sounds and nods, but when he’s more awake he’s a little more talkative, not by a lot, but he enjoys playing with your hair while talking about a recent interest of his that you just have to know about too!

⋆ K. Jongseob

Mornings with Seob are always very quiet and easy- at least that’s how he tries to make them, his day-to-day schedule varies, but somehow he still manages to cut through any unexpected changes to sustain the tranquil nature of his room for even just a few more minutes spent with you in his arms. Not necessarily a possessive person in general, he can live with his members being physically affectionate with you, but when it’s early in the morning and the suns just barely creeping through the window all he wants is you, and all to himself at that. ♡ - you need a break from the airport chaos? dw his arms are your safe haven and he’s got a hug already queued up for you

♡ - will take the middle seat for you if you’ve been assigned it BUT he will whine about it later (good news: you can just kiss his pout off his lips and he’ll forgive you)

♡ - want help lifting your luggage into an overhead bin? luckily your big strong boyfriend is here to help! (he will accidentally smack someone in the face with it when taking it back down but shhh he’s trying)

♡ - gets pulled over at security for something really bizarre (a cool rock he found that makes it look like he’s smuggling drugs, a jar of loose coins of various types, the creepiest figurine imaginable that he decided was cute, etc, etc)

♡ - might need your help with translating some things depending on where you’re flying out of/to (he could probably figure it all out on his own, but he likes being able to rely on you so he doesn’t have to channel all of his energy into making himself understood)

♡ - traveling exhausts him tbh but hugs and spontaneous kisses help him recharge!

♡ - equally likely to distract you from nerves by starting fun conversations or reaching out and reassuring you with physical affection

♡ - hoards the little snacks they give out on the airplane and offers them to you as surprise gifts later

♡ - watches everyone else’s screen on the plane instead of his own lol (he’s invested in the movie two rows up leave him be)

♡ - wants to try to learn a few phrases of the local language on the plane if you’re traveling somewhere with a native language he doesn’t speak

♡ - if you fall asleep on the plane expect to have random braids in your hair when you wake up (it’s not his fault that he wanted something to do with his hands and in his defense he finds you absolutely adorable with them. esp finds it endearing if you leave them in bc that’s his handiwork you’re showcasing)

♡ - might share some of your travel anxiety, but instead of making him distant it just makes him more invested in getting you both there safely and being conscious of your needs. you can be certain that he’s done his research, and you’ll always be safe and taken care of when he’s by your side

♡ - the most difficult part of flying with him is getting him to wake up early tbh. he’ll be slumped against you in a half-successful back hug while you scan the departures board for your gate bc he’s still half asleep

♡ - effortlessly cool and fashionable even with messy hair and comfortable clothes

♡ - soft kisses to your temple and warm hands brushing against yours when he wants to get your attention

♡ - wants to switch off picking songs to listen to on the plane (or listen to a combined playlist of each of your interests) with shared earbuds bc he thinks it’s an important way to share your interests and emotions with each other

♡ - before you even ask he’s handing you a Nintendo switch controller and encouraging you to play something with him (dw he finds you adorable no matter if you’re terrible at it or if you kick his ass when it comes to gaming)

♡ - prefers pushing the armrest up so you can lean into each other and just be close (he isn’t super cuddly/touchy in public, but he enjoys the casual proximity. and sometimes the urge to dote on you is too strong to be contained)

♡ - not really the type of person to speak up and ask the flight crew if he needs something, but the second you need something he’s on his feet and advocating for you

기호 ☆ KEEHO

you were sharing headphones on the ride home from a day in the city, r&b playing in your ears as the train sped on. the two of you weren't speaking, but there was no need to. you were both content with just listening & sharing a comfortable silence.

he was just beginning to drift off himself when he felt something loll onto his shoulder, and froze up completely before realising it was you; soundly asleep with a pleasant look on your face as you dreamt. he felt his own face heat up a little at the proximity, and a smile made its way across his face. one of his hands shifted from its idle position in his lap to brush some hair back from where it'd fallen across your field of vision. he kept the hand in your hair after it had been fixed, thinking to himself that it would be nice if you could stay like this forever.

ah. well. that thought was a new one. but, surprisingly, not an unwelcome one. being domestic like this, waking up and falling asleep beside you, doing all the things that lovers did— it didn't seem so bad.

slowly, as not to disturb you from your dreams, he rested his head atop yours, closing his eyes and relaxing into the material of the chair behind him. there was the risk of missing your stop, but he couldn't really find it in him to care.

테오 ☆ THEO

it came after he began to notice all the little things you did for him. draping a blanket or your jacket over him when he'd fallen asleep on the sofa, leaving out his favourite foods or making him a hot drink whenever he hadn't had the best day, sitting and watching his favourite romance movies with him even when he knew they wouldn't be your first choice, and so much more.

maybe it'd been growing over time, the minor things that he'd appreciated building up to the one thing that really cemented it in place. and perhaps it wouldn't seem all that big to some people, but the night you'd made him dinner was something he still thought about to this day.

it was nothing particularly fancy, sharing space on the kitchen island as you ate together, legs and hands occasionally brushing against each other, but it was just the thought that you'd taken the time out of your day to do it all that really made it all fall into place for him, made him feel like he was someone that much more special to you— not that he doubted his worth in your eyes, but the act in itself was something reassuring.

he'd fallen into it after that, wanting you to be with him more and more until it finally all clicked into place. the moment was over quick at first, but it was only when he was lying in bed staring at the ceiling when it really sank it. he liked you, wanted to kiss you and hold your hand and take you on dates, do all the small things you did for him but returned tenfold.

지웅 ☆ JIUNG

in a practice room long after the sun had set, all daylight gone from the streets and leaving the clear moon to take it's place up above. the two of you were engaged in some impromptu dance battle, energetic hip-hop playing from the speakers as you faced off, the blonde making a playful 'i'm watching you' gesture with one hand.

you were in no way being serious, pulling any move you could think of to match the high-energy beat and to make jiung burst out into his raucous laughter, no doubt loud enough to reach the occupants of any neighbouring rooms, but neither of you finding it in yourselves to care. he'd replied in kind with his own parody of a proper routine, and then you were going back and forth until it devolved into the pair of you just laughing at each other.

that is, until a familiar song came on over the speakers. it was one you liked, and you told jiung as much as you slowly started to build up a proper rhythm with a grin.

it was then that he knew, while watching you really throw yourself into it and enjoy yourself, that what he felt for you was probably tipping the scale in the direction of the more romantic side of the spectrum. if anything it was more surprising that he wasn't surprised by the revelation, and instead welcomed it. somehow he felt like he'd always known, and this was just the instance he was coming to realise it.

인탁 ☆ INTAK

on a rollercoaster at the theme park, both your arms raised high and him screaming his lungs out while you laughed so hard you could feel tears pricking your eyes beside him.

he'd turned to face you in the midst of the excitement and felt the sight knock the breath out of him more than the never-ending loops and twists of the ride could ever; his yelling dying down as he simply took in the image of you laughing uncontrollably, hair windblown and eyes shining. oh.

you met his gaze when you noticed the distinct lack of noise from your best friend, and when you saw him looking wide-eyed and a little pale it was only natural for your first instinct to be panic.

"intak? you're looking kinda queasy, are you okay? oh god, if you're gonna throw up please do not get any on me— this is my nice jacket, man, you can't go and ruin it!"

it was then a rush to reassure you that he wasn't going to be sick, all while trying to process that fact that he maybe sort-of probably (definitely) had very real and romantic feelings for you. somehow it felt more like a rollercoaster than the one you were both still currently on.

소울 ☆ SOUL

a new arcade had just opened in your area, and so of course your first instinct was to drag shota along with you the second you could. so far it'd been an afternoon well spent, the pair of you making it your mission to play on every machine they had available, despite the hit your wallets would take.

currently the redhead was on one of the basketball games, throwing in ball after ball as quick as he could with a small smile present on his face. you took the chance to wander off to one of the claw machines while he was distracted and, when you spotted one with a character you knew he liked, were quick to rush over and insert a coin; eager to try and win it for him.

it took more than a few tries, all of which involved some curse word or another being muttered under your breath when you just missed the stuffed toy you were aiming for, but you eventually got it and cheered in celebration, rushing to grab it and rushing over to where shota was still happily shooting hoops.

he made a confused noise when you shoved it into his chest, but gently took it all the same and looked up to where you were grinning; clearly proud of your winnings. it hit him then— a soft feeling of ah. he liked seeing you like this, wanted you to be happy every second you were with him. the realisation only made him smile wider right back at you, taking your arm and dragging you back to the machines to try and win something for you this time, so you'd match.

종섭 ☆ JONGSEOB

it was while teaching you how to skate, sun setting overhead as the pair of you practiced over and over. he was in the process of showing you a trick, and called to you over his shoulder just before he did.

"like this. you get it?"

you nodded enthusiastically after his demonstration, eager to try it out for yourself. he smiled and stepped off, rolling it over to you and then standing back to watch.

unfortunately for you, your attempt didn't go as well as you would've hoped, and you went toppling to the concrete below before he could stop you. he was about to rush over and check you weren't hurt, but was stopped in his tracks by the sound of your laughter; loud and open in the evening air.

it struck him like lightening, a sudden rush of oh god oh god oh god, and he was left to desperately mediate between fanning his own red cheeks and helping you up from where you were still sprawled on the ground, the occasional giggle still escaping. it seemed his moment of self-discovery would do him more harm than good, if this was how he was going to react every time you so much as smiled at him, and he couldn't even begin to imagine the amount of teasing he would receive once he told the rest of his friends.

but, once he looked over at you again and caught sight of you still smiling widely at the abandoned skateboard; already wanting to go again, he found he didn't really mind.

actually is the one who helps you pick out your outfit! tak himself wants to spend the night out showing off his beautiful girlfriend so he purposely convinces you to wear the shortest denim skirt you own, paired with an equally revealing spaghetti strap crop top. comes up behind you when your adjusting your outfit in the mirror to wrap his arms around your waist and perch his chin on your right shoulder, shooting down any concerns you might have about your outfit being kind of “whorish” (your words, not his!). is your personal hype man. you look good and he’s gonna make you feel good. loves to watch you on the dance floor from a nearby barstool, having the time of your life with your friends. after you’ve tired yourself out, you walk towards him to join him at the bar and he doesn’t miss the opportunity to eye your entire body from top to bottom and let out an obnoxious whistle. he’s sooooo sweet frat boy coded… definitely asks if he can take a body shot off of you whilst winking and you just roll your eyes in response. when he ends up drunk out of his mind and you have to drag him inside your shared cab, he’s mumbling the sweetest praises to you before he falls asleep against your shoulder

doesn’t really have much to say, but his body language speaks for itself. like most of piwon, his possessiveness is at a minimum, and like intak, he loves when you feel confident enough to dress this way. maybe it’s the introvert in him, but he lives vicariously through your bold outfit choices. loves to give you kisses on your exposed collarbone as he smoothens out a crease on your silk skirt. he also loves the way your stomach peeks out of your cropped top, and he holds onto your waist when kissing you to circle his thumbs on the area. stares at you lovingly the entire night, and doesn’t falter when your eyes meet every now and then. he comes up to you towards the end of the night and whispers into your ear about how he thinks you look so pretty and that he loves this outfit. you definitely end up seeing a more vocal side of him when the alcohol kicks in, and you swoon at how lovey dovey his words are. he just wants you to feel pretty and confident and he ends up succeeding in proving that to you! makes really bad attempts at flirting which ends up in the pair of you laughing your asses off. overall shota makes you feel beautiful and you make mental notes to bring him out wearing revealing clothes more often

djsjdkajdjsj i have to write my boyfriend as clingy as possible. he’s definitely the type of boyfriend to sit on the end of your bed, aimlessly scrolling on his phone and taking little peeks at you every now and then while your doing your makeup on your vanity. when you finish your makeup and go to your closet to change into the tiny little dress you’ve chosen for the evening, you’re honestly a bit nervous as to how your boyfriend will react to how bodycon and short the attire is, but you look and feel hot and that encourages you to step out in front of him. he notices your presence right away and looks up at your face, then chest, then thighs, and then turns off and tucks his phone into his back pocket and grabs at you to sit on his lap. gives you the sweetest kiss imaginable and pulls away to look at you with disbelief. asks you something along the lines of “how did i get so lucky?” and his hands run all over the material of your dress. his boldness is new but very welcome and he spends a good while complimenting you, asking you where you bought this dress, and playing with your hair with a smug grin on his face. gets soooo excited to take you out and wastes no time in calling an uber so he can show you off to the world. feels like he’s on cloud 9!
