#kingdom hearts dream drop distance #khddd #la cite des cloches #scenery #my gif #the battle music that plays here creates such a cool and grand atmosphere #i'm so used to spending most of my time in the town or at the cathedral that i forget how dark and gloomy this world can be #sora has to walk past thousands upon thousands of skeletal remains and we don't even get a single cutscene of him reacting to any of it #but i like that there are at least some big open spaces that let you go crazy with flowmotion and climb up the tall buildings and towers #and that you can actually climb up the cathedral from the town square below #but one of my favorite parts in the whole game is playing through riku's side of the story in this world #i love the themes it explores and the insight it provides for his character. so good

#kingdom hearts #demyx #honestly is there an organization member i dont like? not really tbh #ok i lied maybe one but even then i find him fascinating so even he gets a pass #demyx being such a good boy who doesnt actually care for fighting then having the whole kh3 thing #where he has the yellow eyes but still just helps the good team vaguely then dips out of the entire game #where did he go and why .... what secrets do you hold young man #i should replay kh3 cause there are things i think i remember but idk for sure #like wasnt there actually a scene where hes just... been benched for being bad at being bad or smth #i really remember a scene where either he says or someone else is like oh yeah he got benched lol #like why does he have to be so funny yet get so little screen time im dying squirtle #though for the record him just handing a mannequin to even and saying peace out for the rest of the game WAS hilarious #this is me living the best time line where not only does demyx just dip and never get mentioned from anyone #but also in an otome i played theres a route where my fave guy just also dips early on #and then in the very end some other LI asks another LI what happened to him btw like where did he go #and the another LI was like oh my god i forgot about him idk man #my favorites just making an appearance and leaving is really funny to me #these tags got super long bc im very stressed and now devoting brain power to vgs in order to not cry

Old art posting time! This was a concept for an Rage-form esque formchange for Vivian i cooked up last year revolving around grand magic! The general premise is that the user gains access to a plethora of high level magic attacks (Ex. megaflare, meteor) at the cost of your health bar instead of your magic bar!

Been rotating this idea for months where Baldr survives dark road and goes on to be a master, more about it under the cut

Okay so the idea is that Xehanort turns on Eraqus and kills him instead and the rest of the series actually happens basically the same but just with a more fucked up twist to it where Baldr follows Xehanort's plans. Baldr and Xehanort get to be fucked up evil husbands together :) I think that Baldr would be nicer to Vanitas than Xehanrot is but like. not by much. but it's enough to notice,

Anyway there's already a lot of discussion about Aqua's view of light and darkness being extreme due to Eraqus and to me I think Baldr as a master would be even more extreme but he does it fr on purpose. Baldr is really playing it up with Terra, Aqua and Ven for the purpose of the fight at the end of BBS. I haven't thought about this much past BBS but lbr he would die like Eraqus did here lmao I think that still in kh3 tho Eraqus would still appear at the end

in case anyone was wondering, my current comfort video on YouTube (aka the one I keep putting on when I don't know what else to watch) is the Polygon Unraveled video where Brian David Gilbert makes all the Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild recipes

I have never played a Zelda game in my life and don't even have any interest in watching any Let's Plays

I just like BDG saying stuff like "the crab does not mix well with the carrot" and also the shot of him saying "oh my lord" while he holds a pancake with pieces of carrot in it by his mouth

"Roxas, that's a stick" is still one of the funniest kh lines and the fact that the 358/2 days movie cut it out entirely so we never got to hear that line voiced is something I will never forgive

#important stuff #kingdom hearts #358/2 days #we deserved a real remake of that game #so many good parts were cut out of the cutscene movie thing #like yeah all the is there but without the context and time you get in the game it doesn't hit as hard #if you don't want to actually play the game I really do recommend nicoB's let's play #it's funny and he edited the cutscenes movies in the places where they had one #it really is the best of both worlds #but if that's not your thing there are other let's play and the manga is another good way to really experience the story #and is also just a good time regardless #lots of cute stuff funny stuff and stuff that makes you cry your eyes out #what more could you ask for #sorry I'm rambling about this game again #it's my favorite kh game story wise

the craziest thing about kingdom hearts is that in every game where sora is searching for kairi, when he finds her its always like a Kairi :) I found you:) Hiii :) but when he finds riku at the end of kh2 he literally falls to his knees crying holding riku's hand telling him hes looked everywhere for him thoroughly relieved and baffled and emotional that hes finally found him

Like omg girl get it together. all this for a man ?
