Mikey has been the DM for his Dungeons and Dragons group for ages. But that changes today; the local game store is holding an event, which means that he is finally going to get to play! The sorry sucker that's been assigned their DM, named Edgar, will have no idea what hit them.

"Are you excited?" Nathan asked as he walked down the street next to Mikey, holding his folder close to his chest.

"Am I excited," Mikey repeated in a mocking tone. "Of course I am! I've been stuck as you lot's dungeon master for five years now. Finally, I'll be able to be a player and join in your game ruining shenanigans!"

"Hey!" Caroline said. "We don't ruin any of the games."

"Yea," the other Nathan, or Nate as the gang tended to call him, added. "We enhance it!"

Mikey stopped in his walking to turn and look Nate in the eye. "You caused a black hole by sling-shotting a bag of holding into another bag of holding, ending the big bad instantly, and causing a TPK. On session four."

"Ok, but it's your fault we had two bags of holding," Nathan argued.

"It was not!" Mikey protested. "You guys are the ones who broke into the Grand Wizards Tower the second it was introduced, and then robbed him blind when he tried to stop you!"

"I mean," Caroline said, "You are the one who gave him two bags of holding."

"He made them!" Mikey was nearly yelling at this point. "He was the maker of like, all the enchanted items in the land, of course he'd have two bags of holding!"

"Still your fault," Nate said.

Mikey tugged at his hair. "This is exactly why I am so excited this event is happening. If I have to run one more game with you dunderheads as my party I'm going to lose my mind."

"I thought you already lost your mind when I made that Tabaxi?" Caroline asked, grinning deviously in a way that she only ever did around them. She was normally very self concious about her braces, but apparently bashing orcs heads in with a great axe made for great bonding experiences.

"Oh yea, that one that could run like, 300 feet in a turn!" Nathan said. "I remember that! You ran circles around that Dragonborn, literally!"

"I did!" she preened. "And I distinctly remember you saying that it was the final nail in the coffin of what was left of your sanity."

"I got it back," Mikey sniffed. "Because I'm just better like that."

"If you were than you wouldn't get so hung up on us just having some fun with your games," Nate said, elbowing Mikey in the side.

"Whatever," Mikey grumbled. "Hopefully, whoever is our DM for this event is someone really good, and our schedules will line up, and they can take the curse of Forever DM away from me."

"Well, we're about to find out," Nathan said, coming to a stop in front of the game store. "You all ready?" The group traded determined nods, and made their way into the building.

It was populated, but not full. A number of people were sitting at fold out table in the rear end of the store, just visible through the shelves of board games, RPG books, and fancy dice. A middle aged man stood behind the counter, helping a young woman buying a pack of Pokemon cards. He waved to the lot of them when they came in briefly, before returning to the transaction. They all hovered at the counter, waiting for him to be finished.

It didn't take long before the woman was happily on her way out, Pokemon cards in hand, and the man turned to the four of them. "Howdy folks!" he said, voice thick with a southern accent. "Y'all here for the D&D stuff I take it?"

"Uh, yea," Mikey said, shuffling his feet awkwardly. "We uh. We signed up online?"

"Yup, most did," he said. "My name's Chris, I run this place with my sister. Give me just a second to pull up the list and..." Chris clicked a few buttons on his computer. "Ok, it looks like you'll be playing with Edgar. He's the fella in the purple jacket, right back there." Chris nodded his head towards the back, where, just as described, a man sat at the head of one of the empty fold out tables, a DM screen in front of him and a play mat stretched out across the table.

"Ok," Mikey said. "Uh, thank you!" With that, he led the group the rest of the way into the game store. Edgar looked nice enough; he was on the paler side, with dark black hair and a well kept goatee. He had also set up the map pretty well, at least from Mikey's perspective; most of it was covered with papers, which he presumed would be removed while they explored. When the three of them approached the table, Edgar looked up and smiled at them.

"Aw yes, you must be my adventurers!" he said. "I'm Edgar, and I'll be the story writer for the evening. I assume you have all created characters for the evening?"

Mikey and the rest of the group gave a variety of affirmatives, as they all took their seats at the table. "Do you want to take a look at our character sheets before we get started?" Nathan asked, pulling the paper out and holding it out to Edgar. 

Edgar waved the paper away. "There's no need. I'm sure I will become... properly acquainted with all of your characters by the end of this story. Now, are you all ready to start? I promise, it will be an adventure to die for."

Mikey caught Caroline's eyes from across the table. She looked nervous. They all did; none of them were exactly what would be described as sociable, outgoing people, so it was only natural that they'd all have some kind of social anxiety in this situation, but there was something off about Edgar. Something about the way that he spoke...

Mikey took a deep breath. His mom had been getting on his case lately, about needing to get out of his comfort zone more. She probably meant to start playing a sport or something, but this counted. Maybe Edgar was just as nervous and socially awkward as they were, and just had an odd way of saying it? "We're ready," Mikey said. 

"Wonderful. Then let us begin."

Mikey couldn't say at what point during the exposition things started to get weird. Edgar was a very good storyteller, so for a while, it just seemed like he was painting a very vivid picture of the forest laid out before them, vivid enough that Mikey could see the towering trees and dappled sunlight on the ground. And then he could smell the clear, cool air, and hear the bird song and the wind rustling in the leaves, and feel the dirt on the ground beneath his leather boots, and Mikey was no longer just Mikey, he was Erdri, his dragonborn paladin. 

"What..." Nathan, a half-elf cleric named Vaeril. "What happened? How are we..."

"Ok cool so I'm not just going crazy," Nate said. His spoke with a lisp, his half-orc tusks making the softer sounds of Common awkward. 

"Not unless we all are," Caroline replied. Mikey almost missed her; she was a halfling rogue, which made her very, very easy to miss. "You don't think..."

"That I was a ghost?" It was Edgar's voice, coming from a squirrel in the trees. "If you didn't, you'd be wrong. You can call me Ghost Writer, and I've decided to play my hand at this new form of collaborative story telling. You will be my test group! How lucky you are."

Nate drew his great-axe from behind his back. "You let us go right now! You won't get away with this!" 

"Oh, none of that," Ghost Writer replied. "If you won't play fair, than neither will I." Nate tripped and fell face first on the ground, the great-axe flying from his hand. "All you have to do is finish this adventure. That's what you agreed to do, is it not?"

"Not like this!" Nathan complained.

"Tomato, tomato," Ghost Writer said. "You agreed, and now you have to see the story to the end. Be careful! I'm not planning on going easy on you." The squirrel lost the imprint of Ghost Writer's features, returning to existence as a completely regular squirrel.

"We're gonna die," Caroline said, just above a whisper. "We're totally going to die!"

"No, we're not," Mikey said. The strength in his voice surprised him. "We're going to win."

"How can you say that?" Nate asked, brushing the dirt off of his face. "We've never done anything like this before!"

"Yes, we have! We've been playing Dungeons and Dragons for years. You all are experts at breaking a DM's story, and I know all the tips and tricks about DMing that there is to know. This "Ghost Writer" won't know what hit him."

"Ok," Nathan said, taking a deep breath. "Ok. I believe you. But why the hell do I believe you."

"I rolled like, an 18 in charisma."

"That'll do it."

"Onwards and upwards?" Nate held his hand out between the four of them. 

One by one they all added their hands to the stack. 

"Onwards and upwards!" They said the cheer unanimously, throwing their hands up in the air. Together, they made their way deeper into the forest, where adventure awaits.

i think shes less specific abt it but probably prefers like colourful cocktails that dont taste of alcohol at all but obliterate you because u sip at 7 of them in a row but then again she probably likes to come off as someone who likes plain whiskey but she actually doesnt.

i have a problem in regards 2 asmr. its like. i tap on things. all the time. anyway yea asmr wasnt a thing in then so probably just sits her in front of bob ross or makes her go on a 10000 mile run before dawn so shes tired out enough to just zzz as soon as her head hits the pillow. either that or yea def cocoon blanket method. she doesnt have to sleep just has to be immobilised. scarlet also does that as mentioned. they r cocoons. together. avery uncomfortable bc she needs to stretch her legs. but trapped.

probably absorbed agnes immediately and forgot about her job for like a day of blissfully washing fleas off a kitten. avery likes animals & wouldnt be able to leave her in the bin, and far too attatched to rehome. she keeps agnes to herself usually though and doesnt talk about her- (scarlet told avery to bring agnes over with her so she wouldnt be home alone (she wanted to pet the cat) (avery agreed bc she feels bad about abandoning her while she was dead for a week) (agnes is still in scarlets house)

discolouration from lack of blood!! vampires have fairly bad circulation as is. so extremities get a little corpsey after a while without any juice- it goes away with prolonged blood drinking though.

i think they would consider it but i also think agnes is a hater and wouldnt be happy about another cat- i think a little betta tank would b an option for sure- but scarlet would probably like to have a lot of pets in general :^)

she would for sure definitely, she probably has knitted kelly stuff before shes just shy about it. and eventually avery will be emotionally secure enough to share knitting tips 😌 proud of her

i wouldnt say so, itd heal up pretty immediately before you could even finish tatooing. which sucks- tattoos from before vampirism are now locked the way they were when turned, so even if the leg gets sawed off the leg'll grow back with the tattoo on it.

Hi, you and I seem to have very similar tastes in art and in other things and as a begging artist I would like to know your art journey and any resources you used such as books and things or where you get inspiration from, thanks in advance

Hello! I'd be happy to!

I've been drawing since I was a kid, but I only started drawing seriously when I was about 12 (I wanted to become an animator, I didnt know that jobs like illustration on concept art were a thing). I never took a formal art class, expect for one that was on acrylic painting, and I didnt really learn that much there, and it was only for 4 weeks. (Maybe I'll learn to love acrylic someday, but not today).

For inspiration, I write down favorite memories of mine, and sometimes unimportant ones (memories of sitting at a gas station on a hot summer day, waiting on my dad to buy some sodas so we can get going on our trip; walking under football bleachers at night), and most times I'm a little too scared to post these because they're personal, but im working myself up to it.

I collect moodboards on interest, just whatever catches my eye, even if the aesthetics don't match. When I'm out, I take pictures of places I would like to draw later (abandoned farmhouses, old mill houses, a lighthouse far off in the water alone, a stretch of road completely covered in graffiti).

Books! Ok so I have a lot of art books but few that have actually been beneficial, so I'll post those here.

Color And Light by James Gurney: A Guide For The Realist Painter; I cannot reccomend this book more!! This book is excellent, it talks about how to paint different light conditions, and how it effects light scientifically. Very easy to understand, and Gurney is a master painter.

Adorning The Dark by Andrew Peterson. Another excellent book, and one I don't think I'll ever be over. While this is a book from a Christian standpoint, and I don't know your opinions on religion, this book for me was unputdownable. I read it cover to cover in a day, and did the same thing the next day. Reflections on self and the creative process that takes place in the mind and spiritually, and how we effect others. A simply wonderful book. Id go as far as to say life-changing.

Any Ghibli art book (I own Howl's Moving Castle, and Spirited Away.) These are excellent if youre wanting to look into illustration or character design. It doesnt give much advice, but I find myself inspired every time I open the ghibli books I have.

Sketching From The Imagination: Characters by 3d Total Publishing; this book has many MANY artists of various art styles, and they give their process and advice! Little nuggets of "Oh! Yea that makes sense." are scattered throughout the book, at least for me.

As for fiction books, I read a wide range of genres, so I can't really make a HUGE list of books I reccomend, but I can give a few that I feel have been important to me personally the last few years.

Jeff Vandermeer's Southern Reach Trilogy, and Borne Trilogy. Rick Bragg's All Over But The Shout'n, and Ava's Man, Flannery O' Connor's A Good Man Is Hard To Find, C. S Lewis's A Space Trilogy, and Madeline D'Engle's A Wrinkle In Time. Comics like Batman: The Long Halloween, Calvin and Hobbes, and Minna Sundberg's Stand Still Stay Silent have been great to read as well!

Movies and TV shows are HUGE inspirations for me, but as a general guide, I adore movies like Alien, Fury Road, Pan's Labyrinth, Lord of The Rings, Oh Brother Where Art Thou?, and TV shows like Stranger Things, Over The Garden Wall, and The Twilight Zone. Video games are important as well, like Resident Evil, Silent Hill, Kentucky Route Zero, and Death Stranding.

Anyway, heres what I have to say: Use everything. Dont be afraid to deviate from your "aesthetics". Yes, you'll feel a bit lost at times, like you have no identity, but thats a good thing for growth. When I was 12, I was dead set that my thing was extremely cartoon art styles, pokemon, and drawing dragons. While these are still great and huge inpirations, if I didn't branch out, I would be stuck in a rut.

It is not important to have a set aesthetic. Youre not an aesthetic Instagram page at heart! Find what you are drawn to, what imagery catches your eye, what symbols have meaning to you. I will change throughout my life, but my core values are still there. And I think its important to understand that, to loosely quote Andrew Peterson, that self expression is an endless, and often fruitless chase. You gotta shift your direction outward, and you'll discover things about you, good and bad.

Wow, this post is getting very very long. Apologies. Anyway, one more note. Just explore. Collect things, look for details! Note that swirl in the sand, a wrinkle next to an eye, get a feel for a place or thing. I have dozens of books that make no sense together (2 books on sharks, 1 on specifically waterplants, 5 on animal species, 2 on surgery, 1 on the history of medicine, 1 on car mechanics, 1 on martial arts, 3 cookbooks, and a book on the history of wood working.) Yes, I tend to hoard books. Get a book from the library on a subject you know nothing about once a week. Glance through it, take at least 20 minutes hopping page to page, even randomly. You'll find something! Just keep your eyes open, dont stop learning! I encourage wiki rabbit holes 100%.

And please, please dont be afraid to post new things. In the end it doesn't matter if your followers are unused to the new thing you like! As long as you are conveying meaning behind what you create, you'll find your way. Im uh, still learning this. People latch onto concepts more than skill, I've found.

PMD: Unbound Fates

Chapter 9

Cold downtime

[PEV] [NEXT]

Sevin is running full sprint trying to keep up with Cindy who is just blazing through the snow covered path. As they get closer to town the snow begins to almost rise halfway up his lower legs, slowing him down. But he sees Cindy running on top of the snow though with each step she takes she sinks into the snow a bit.

After trudging through the snow they finally made it to the town, but the damage control got to the town. Teams removing the snow from streets and helping anyone. As Sevin and Cindy walk through the town trying to get to the guild but the path is blocked off by the teams removing the snow. “Sevin, hope not you're not trying to avoid me.” A voice calls out

Sevin turns around to find Lucario now dawning a heavy scarf and holding a basket full of scarves. Then Lucario just tosses the baset into the air, then it hits the ground, spilling the scarves all over. “Kiel, it's not the time to mess around and do whatever.” Cindy agitatedly says

Kiel picks up the basket and scarves, brushing any snow on them “Come on, you need to loosen up, it's the end of the world! Also I was just testing a theory I have on Sevin, which is false now. Oh yea another thing, Cindy the Doc needs you because the other fire types are currently held up at the guild.”

Cindy takes her attention to Sevin “Sevin I got to go. So try to help out. Ok?”

Then Cindy runs off to the Clinic. Kiel walks to Sevin and hands him the basket and begins to walk off “come on, to my dojo we go.” Keil enthusiastically says

Sevin follows behind not having anything else to do. Sevin has thought about how Cindy was terrified about the snow but everyone else is calm about it. “So, does it snow here or not at all” Sevin questions

“It never snows here in Sunne town and the implications of this, might mean the end of the world. But it just could be fluke in the weather.” Keil replies

Keil's response only just confused Sevin, but before he could ask more. They have arrived at the dojo. The building itself isn't extravagant, it is mostly a wide building made from the same clay materials as the cafe Sevin whent to and the only thing that stands out is the signboard just atop the doorway with the writing on it saying Keil’s dojo.

Keil enters into the dojo along with Sevin. Sevin has a look inside the dojo, the floor is made of the same wood from any other building Sevin has been in. But in the middle a small square area floor is lowered and instead of wood its thick fiber floor woven in x like shapes. On the right of the dojo a line of dummies. The walls on all sides are lined with wood instead of clay and easy to see as there scratch marks lined the back wall and an imprint of a Lucario in the middle back wall.

“Just set the basket down anywhere and get on the training floor” Keil says while get down onto the lowered part of the floor

Sevin sets the basket down next to the training floor and steps onto the training floor. Both Sevin and Keil are across from each other, then Keil walks up to Sevin “Show me your stance!”Keil exclames

“My what?” Sevin say confused

“Your stance Sevin! Your combat stance. Everyone has a stance, it tells me who you are as a pokemon. Like how you would fight and use your moves. Also it tells me how you live and who you are. So show me your stance!” Keil explains

Sevin does what Keil asks and prepares his “combat stance”. First Sevin starts with his feet by putting right foot in front and his left behind him, then he leans forward a bit. Finally he raises his arm with his right arm raised to his lower jaw and the left up to the chest. Keil then goes around Sevin looking him up and down, taking his time.

After feeling like hours, Sevin can barely hold the stance as his muscles cry in pain. “Ok you can stop with your stance, I got a good read on you.” Keil says

Sevin drops his stance “Ok, so how did I do.”

“Well just by your stance, it has a standard stance for a Zoroark but it has a small touch of a “backstreets” stance I see with crooks, not say you are one. But the way you bend your knees, like it's ready to spring to dodge an attack or deliver an attack. The very few Zoroark that I know of don't do that. Also the way you display your arm is ok, nothing wrong with it, just very standard. Overall I say you fight with a level of standard but may throw a bit of the “backstreets” into it to get an upper hand.” Keil says

Then the door violently opens and Sevin turns around to see Ruby shivering from the cold. She rushes to the basket and searches through it like she lost something of value to her. Then she pulls a large scarf and puts it on, the scarf is almost even thicker then what Keil has on. “Ruby, long time no see! So you're gonna worry about your partner catching a cold.” Keil say in mocking tone

Now Ruby looks even more mad when Sevin and her first meet. “My Arceus, I was sleep deprived and if he died that would be my fault. So shut it.”

“Come on don’t hate me like that, I thought we were still friends.” Keil says

“Wait, you two use to be friends?” Sevin says quite surprised

“Yea we used to be friends, well more like in a gang, but we were stupid teens so we didn’t do anything too illegal and it was just Trev,Ruby, and me. But as we got older me and Trev decided to leave the three pokemon gang and join the guild.” Keil explains

Before anyone can say any more a voice calls out “Sorry to interrupt your conversation but the guildmaster calls for every guild related member and citizen of Sunne to come to the guild. The guildmaster has an update on our current condition.”

Sevin turns his head to see the Murkrow in the doorway but then leaves. Keil walks to the doorway and turns “you heard the Murkrow. We need to go to the guild.”

Keil leaves along with Sevin and Ruby, on their way to the guild.

Greetings From Galar Chapter One

Author’s Note: This is my first time writing a fan fic as well as my first time posting my writing anywhere. I'm super scared to put my baby out into the wild but i know it's something i need to do. This story was written as part of a group of in universe stories with people from my art department. It's how I think they would be or what they would do in the given universe. Pokemon has always had a special place in my heart, so, i hope with all my heart you enjoy reading it as much as I did writing it. Thank you for reading - Quill

Luke woke from his peaceful slumber to a soft buzzing & as soon as some semblance of consciousness inserted itself into his brain, he was up & getting dressed. Today was the day, the day that every kid dreams of & even at 16, he couldn’t be more excited. His hoodie & jeans, thrown on with almost professional speed but about as much grace as a primape putting on lipstick. Grabbing his backpack, Luke started stuffing it with everything he thought he’d need for his journey ahead. Cloths, throw those in there. Food, it is a long journey after all. “Entertainment”, what’s he gonna do talk to people? And finally his medication, eyepatch & bracket, stuff that he literally can’t live with out. Then, one last look at the clock, 11:55, before bolting out the door.

“Took ya long enough!” Yelled someone, a foot below Luke. “Says the one still in their PJ’s!”. The small child that stood before Luke in her personally made Pikachu onesie, was in face his close friend Hannah. Although being small in stature & having the appearance of a very lost child, she was in fact older than Luke. “Hey, don’t mock the onesie! They’re practical yet comfortable” “Ya know the professors gonna be bored waiting, right?” Inquired another figure. Wearing pastel pinks & blues head to toe but with a face stern with uninterest, was Luke’s neighbour & childhood friend Evie. Only to be greeted with a near empty lab. He stepped in, a sense of confusion still stuck to him. He was late, sure, but for there to be no one there? It just felt off, then it hit him. A large cranium to the face to be precise. The impact knocked him to the ground, knocking the wind out of him. But, before he could comprehend what just happened the researchers jumped out, capturing whatever attack him. “Sorry ‘bout that kiddo. We weren’t expecting you to barge in so soon!” A hefty old man loomed over Luke chuckling heartily before offering him a hand. “Well, I was excited, so I woke up early. The early bird gets the worm isn’t that right, Alder?” Luke snickered back & grabbed the man’s hand. After being helped up & brushing himself off, Luke turned to look at the thing that attacked him. Although his vision was still fuzzy & slightly obscured, his face instantly lit up at the blurred sight of the Pokemon. It was a small, reptile-like Pokemon & it was currently trying to escape the corner the researchers had put it in. Luke shakily ran over, pushing past the researchers & knelt down to eye level. “I DONT THINK YOU SHO-“ But before Alder could finish his sentence, it was already running at Luke. It sprinted towards him, leaping up, right into Luke’s arms & butting it’s head right into his forehead. “See, this guy must really like me if he’s giving such affectionate head boops” Luke said though his wide grin. “Y-you sure you’re ok, we were just asked to coral that little guy. We’ve got a few starters left if yo-“ Luke stopped Alder “He’s perfect! I think I’ll call you...Hex!” Alder sighed but quickly changed to a smirk. “Then I guess you’ve got the partner you’ve always dreamt about”. Picking up Hex, with surprising difficulty, Luke walked with the Alder over to his desk. Clearing his throat, Alder spoke “Today, you have chosen your partner! The one who will walk with you no matter where you may find yourself. But the path ahead of you is still unknown, unmarked & only you may find it for yourself. But with your Pokemon by your side, you’ll never be lost!” He paused, as if flipping the page over in his head. “Your pokeball maybe be nothing than a metal ball to you, but it’s your Pokemon’s home. So, keep them safe. & here is your Pokédex. Your encyclopaedia of anything & everything you need to know about the creatures & world around you. Make sure to check & update it cause, between you & me, us professors get a commission for every entry uploaded. Though you didn’t hear that from me”. The professor winked, then patted Luke on the back “Now, scan your new buddy & get out there. Show them what you’re made of!” Picking up his new handy, dandy Pokédex. Luke pointing the device towards Hex, it whired into action. “Axew, the tusk Pokemon” blasted the now awoken Pokédex “They use their tusks to crush the berries they eat. Its large tusks have a tendency to break, but each time they grow back, they grow in harder and sturdier.“ Luke grinned & fist bumped Alder “This is unreal, my very own Pokemon. Thank you, for everything professor. Don’t you go dying before you see me at the top! Got it?” & with that, Luke ran out of the lab, to rejoin his bickering friends & embark on their first steps towards the journey they had always dreamed of.

Cynthia paced through the building again for what seemed like the hundredth time, worrying if the presents weren't enough. Her friends deserved so much more, didn't they? She needed something else, her mind insisted.

She heaved a sigh as she reached the Christmas tree, dark eyes looking up at the brightly glowing lights as if searching for answers.

Instead of an answer to her burning question, she was met with a strange sight.

A Pichu? Why was there a Pokémon in the tree?

"Who are you and why are you in our tree?" She called out to the Pokemon, but not in a threatening manner. She didn't quite know yet if they meant trouble.

It didn't seem like it, since they just seemed to be sleeping.

The call did startle the tiny Pichu awake.

"W-who are you!" The electric type stammered back, fearfully scrambling to its feet. "You better not be trying to eat me! I'll- I'll zap you good!"

Cynthia was taken aback by the response, not expecting such a fierce retort. Maybe a confused one, but not so…fearful.

"I hadn't planned on eating you. I don't make a habit of eating other Pokémon," she explained, watching as the Pichu struggled to climb back to the ground.

Brown furry monster thing? That was a new one.

"Well, it's not like I would know that, you... you brown furry monster thing!" The Pichu exclaimed indignantly.

"You haven't seen an Eevee before?" Cynthia asked, more amused than insulted. "I assure you, I’ve no reason to hurt you. Are you lost?"

She slowly made her way over to the Pichu. The closer she got, the more obvious the small scratches and dirt that covered the young Pokemon became.

“How did you get in here? Are you new to this area?”

Brown eyes narrowed and then looked away with what seemed like shame. "Y-yea, so what? It's not my fault this area looks all the same. I just saw this tree and thought it seemed warm, ok?"

"It is cold out right now. I won't kick you out, but there's better places to sleep than a Christmas tree," the Robeon offered. "Why don't you come with me and meet my friends? We can help you."

The Pichu hesitated, but it did sound better than dealing with whatever could be out in the wild. "O-ok, but you better not be tricking me," they asserted, even though their bravado was not very believable.

"Oh, by the way — what's your name?" Cynthia asked, motioning for the Pichu to follow her.

"Uh, you can call me Riley, I guess," the newly identified Pokemon answered, pulling his hat down farther over his face shyly.

"Well, it's nice to meet you Riley. You'll be safe here."

[Stevenson] -sees something in his innovatory it's a glitchy textured spawn for a prince dragon with the name ryan on it which makes him rush outside next to gk and try to use it but it doesn't respond- fuck!

[NK] Are dragons a normal occurrence here? *Baring his teeth at GK a bit. It's not very intimidating considering one canine's broken.

[Gk] chuckles - welcome brother, I like a brine with a little sass

[Doc] what? Oh no, we just, kinda rescue them from other seeds. -Notices the cursing Steve. - hello there, do you need a hand with something?

[NK] ... Hello then. *Calms down since Gk isn't a threat

[Stevenson] my poor baby ryan I don't know how he got here but he won't respond -is holding some kind of glitch textured white orb with a crown on top Stevenson looks like he might cry-

[Doc] pulls out a bowl of healing paste and dumps some of it on the code before stirring it all together with hir fingers

[Gl] Leans over with a grumble and starts cleaning the surface of the egg with his overlong tongue.

[Doc] the egg is now rocking in hir hands and forming cracks - that's better! Here, you hold it, you said it was yours - puts the egg in Stevenson's hands

-liquid is coming out of the egg-

[ryan] -hatches almost explosively because he was suppose to be like a spawn egg he is several times bigger then the egg-

[Doc] Yeah that didn't look comfortable... But normally dragons do have a good deal of amniotic fluid in their eggs

[ryan] -is a gold and white dragon with three heads and six wings each head had one red eye and one blue he sees he is in stevenson's arms and cuddles closer to him making happy trills-

[Stevenson] -hugs ryan crying happy tears- ryan I am so glad you okay.

[Doc] picks up the teeny crown they removed from the egg and puts it on the middle head.- who's a cute little baby huh?

I take in new people all the time, the spawn is rather rough at night since we've been here a long time so it's easier to just shelter new people myself until they can build their own places.- turns to the Alex and slightly soggy Steve- that offer stands for you two as well

[alexine] we won't be there long as soon as we have the supplies we will start heading out.

[Doc] shrugs- okay, just FYI though, the village near the spawn is the biggest one on the seed if you want to trade with the Testificates. Apart from that you only have a little more then a days walk before hitting totally untamed wilderness.

[alexine] untamed wilderness seems good to me.

[Doc] Me too, that's why it's like that, take what you need but replant where you chop and no strip mining. Be kind to the seed and it will always provide.

[alexine] we tended to stick to caves because of the constant changing environment made cave always plentiful and we would rather not get lost in long tunnels

[Doc] Besides, it might be a good idea to stay close until Ryan is bigger. We've got several adult dragons if you need advice or babysitting.

[alexine] ryan is a little smart then you would think.

[alexine] -looks like she might laugh- I guess you never seen the crazy craft mod this server is like a padded world compared to crazy craft

[Doc] No, I have not, but the 'padding'as you say of the server is also intentional. We have tons of baby animals, pokemon and small children. Some Herobrine's like to fight so I keep the pvp turned off too. I can't risk anyone with a glitch damaging the server itself. The firewall has a ton of extra redundancies as well to keep the NOTCH's out.

[alexine] I say padded because most thing in that mod do more damage then an enderdragon.

[Doc] is a bit flabbergasted- Why would anyone install that....?

[alexine] a challenge there are powerful weapons and armor you can get

[NK] I'd like to look around a bit, is Doc's home close?

[Gk] About three chunks but there's a lit path most of the way.

[ryan] -sees a spider trying to sneak up behind Stevenson and a large amount of fire balls come out of all three head right at the spider killing it in a second-

[Doc] Whoah, okay, time out! One more thing! My house has a few skeletons that father Steve considers his brothers, and a tame creeper that's not capable of exploding. If you hurt them, he'll cry, a lot. If you see a mob in a sweater leave it alone. They won't attack you anyway.

[Stevenson] hear that ryan mobs with sweaters are friends -ryan nods in understanding-

[Doc] Good. There's also one friendly Endermen with crossed eyes, he'll probably think you're adorable and try to hug you. He's also harmless

[Stevenson] isn't that the one in the bar right now?

[Gk] Who was walking quietly with them -Yeah, he's a doof. Can't tell a brine from a steve.

[Stevenson] anyone else?

[Doc] Mobs...? Sam the bartender. There's a wither skeleton that roams around free with just a shirt, his name is W. I think that's all.

[Gk] There's Sky, but he doesn't look like a normal enderman. Oh and the super tiny endermen that hang out with Gem. But they're rarely without an adult for supervision.

[Stevenson] did you get all that ryan? -he shakes his heads yes-

[Gk] Ohhh, I smell something good... - he trots across the little bridge ahead of them and around the side of a small house, wagging the tip of his tail like an excited cat.

-Theres a sound of someone giving a little laugh of suprise-

[Stevenson and alexine] -sit down on the grass to rest they  are playing with ryan quietly-

[Sweet Alex] Comes outside with a bowl of cookies and tosses one in the air

[Gk] snaps it at the top of it's arc and munches happily.

[Sweet Alex] Oh! You brought friends to! -

[Doc] Yeah, lots of new arrivals - xe's cut off as Alex thrusts the bowl in hir hands and races back into the house for the tea tray.

[Sweet Alex] Throws down a few wood blocks and lays out more tea and cookies.

[Gk] Settles down with a sigh and there's a sound of gentle rumbling not unlike a purr.

[Doc] Sniffs the bowl in hir hands- Oh! Did you go visiting?

[Sweet Alex] Yep, I traded with Mousse and Squrl for some of the dark touchie syrup.

[Doc] Oh, the mousselasses. Yeah, that's good stuff. Well come on, anyone who wants some. No need to stand on ceremony.

*Mix sits down and NK does too after a few moments

[Doc] Guys, this is Sweet Alex, if you need anything that smells or tastes nice, she's the one to ask. She can also speak glitch if someone is badly hurt or errored and needs to communicate.

[Gk] Slightly grumbly- She also makes kigirumis for anyone who's cold and feels like looking like a cute animal

[NK] What is a.. kigirumi?

[Sweet Alex] It's a one piece jumper with an animal design. Usually with a teeny tail or wings depending on the critter and a face on the hood.

[Doc] She's just as good at sewing as I am.

[Stevenson and alexine] -they join the group. Stevenson is holding ryan as he looks at everything on the table-

[Lie] There's the sound of a teleport and the end of a sneeze as Lie lands in the yard in front of Sweet Alex's place-

[Sweet Alex] And you have a baby dragon! So cute! Oh, hey Lie! Something set off your allergies?

[Doc] Lie! I think you forgot something on TLOT and Steve's seed.

[Lie] - What do you mean?

[Lie] - Maybe...  We should go take care of that?

[Doc] Well I was getting to it. I found a new brine, and I was going to show, them and Alexine and Stevenson the castle. Since they'll likely be staying with me for a bit. This is Nk ,and the bitty dragon is Ryan.

[Gk] Takes another cookie as if he's stealing it.

[TLOT] Suddenly appears in their midst with Steve on his back. He's near running in place he's so happy.

*NK leans back a bit as they appear

[Steve] practically tackles Doc and hugs them as well

[Lie] With a sigh decides to take the easy route and flicks the collar onto her husband, moving quickly so she doesn't squish him.  She reaches down and picks him and his clothes up before climbing onto GK- This way you can't leave anyone behind again

[Doc] Makes a hole in the firewall and zooms through

[Doc] Practically bashes a hole into the other place and bursts out of the void and into the sunlight. Gk is hot on hir heels.

-As they pass into TLOT and Steve's home the gaudy brine's power swells out in ripples, he no longer has to hide and his seed welcomes him with everything he'd lost being away returned tenfold. He howls in exhulation, and it seems to shake the air that's rushing around them.

[Steve] Follows his lovers primal scream with a happy cry of his own

[Lie] Feels TLOT's power rush over her-

[CP] Shudders a little-

-There's a second wave of power from below them as they fly out over the city, too fast to see what's happening underneath, it fills every corner of TLOT's being and he climbs atop Doc's head, balancing himself like a surfer on hir snout.

[TLOT] HEROBRINE HAS RETURNED.

- The shouts below them rise up in a roar.

[Steve] Looks down and his eyes go incredibly wide

[Doc] Can't look down because TLOT will fall off.

-There's a lot of cheering but the Testificates seem a bit exhausted.

[CP] Mentally at TLOT to tell Doc- Do you want to get near that Nether liquid?

[Gk] Sure, He hops down and cants a wing so Lie can slide down it.

[Lie] Slides off and the pod follows her- Easy now, come here- She watches as the pod lowers itself and nudges against her

[Doc] I'm all over it. - Xe Hops down to the ground and lets the lovers off hir back before sticking hir paws out in front of hir. The purple coloration on them bleeds over hir claws and becomes a rather large pair of hir normal rubber gloves. Xe pulls out a bucket.

[TLOT] Is standing in the crowd, they seem determined to touch his cloak, and Steve is getting a subdued version of the same treatment.

[Lie] Glances at Doc before stroking the plant, encouraging it to open it's pod.  There's a slight ripping sound as it does so, it's thorny teeth shimmering with liquid-

[TLOT] Give me a little space guys, I'm gonna make you something.

[Doc] Clicks into the mouth with the bucket and it ends up full of the shiny black liquid.

[Lie] Smiles and then yelps as the plant tilts it's head and forgets to close it's pod when it does so, about half of her is covered in nectar-

[CP] Looks very unhappy on GK's back-

[TLOT] Puts his hands on the ground and the blocks in the plaza begin to flip and lift. They form a golden ring and raise up a pillar in the center.

[Doc] carries the bucket as if it may at any moment explode and clicks on the pillar with it and down in the basin. The fountain fills with the liquid and there are gasps from all around.

[Lie] - TLOOOOOOT...

[TLOT] Now show a little restraint my people! Make sure you rest in between lovemaking and drink lots of water. Use proper lube and aftercare, and don't neglect your partners feelings!

Yea i decided to write posts about my pokemon blazed glazed, and the main character is my OC Erika.

My name is Erika Oqro, i am 14 years old, and 4 years ago i shoud have started my pokemon journey, but i am stuck here in this damn school, let me explain. I am daughter of Cornelius Oqro, one the biggest businessmans in Tunod region. And when says no, it means no, so he did it when it came my time to go on the journey. My uncle and mother calmed me down, mostly the children of rich people are getting education in schools and then they are going on pokemon journeys or they aren’t going somewhere at all. 

-Erika tell me how many times we told you to stop punching people!

One day we reached to the palmtree, the 7th gym Corny want to buy some Oran berries and some Medicals that costed back then way more than now. And i decided to look at gym, take some photos, and i saw someone running out from there, boy with our ages, he was covered in blood. He ran straight to me, i was shocked, he told me that it was gym leaders fault, he was so rought in battles that he literally killed every trainers’ pokemons that challenged him. League already knew it, the league dismissed him and they hired new one 6 months ago, but not so long time ago he came back and defeated the new gym leader. They say that the league is sending elite 4 and even champion is coming, they are going to defeat him and put him into jail. The boy told me that he went there, because he thought that he would be able to defeat this bloody killer himself, but he failed, and 3 pokemons got ripped apart by sharp rocks. When i heared everything, i was terrafied, because i knew that Corny was coming there, I ran back to the shop, and told him everything, he said that he already heared about it and he still was about to challenge gym. I told him that he doesn’t even has 1 super-effective type pokemon! He told me that his Typhlosion learned Dynamic punch and no matter what his Typhlosian will be able to defeat those stupid rocks. I screamed and yelled at him. He told me that if i’ll defeat him in pokemon battle then he wont go there, i accepted battle, and lose. My pokemons weren’t for fighting, i rarely made them fight and now i regret it. He went in gym, i went to but medicals so i would try to stop him again. It took some time, there was big row, it took 20 minutes to finally take those medicals and to put my pokemons on their feet. I walked to the enterance. then when your father came out, i immeditly noticed by his eyes, that something bad happend. And i noticed little blood drops on his clothes. His eyes were tearing, i asked him what happend, he just stared into emptiness, shocked and confused. Then there came elite 4 and champion himself. They went in we waited 20 more minutes before they came out, there we heared such a loud noises, rocks were smashing and even some explosions, and here the elite 4 came out they were sure hurted and champion came out his eye was bleeding. Then everyone went inside, when i went inside i saw Corny’s dead Typhlosion. After few days Corny and i went back to home, Conry was depressed, he wasn’t smiling for an entire year. He releasd all his 5 pokemons into wild, he said that he doesn’t want to have any touch with pokemons, he blamed everything on himself. We were only 10 years old back there.

-Oh Arceus...

-Now you know everything. But please can you not talk to your father about it. Now you know where he is going every morning, to Typhloson’s grave, he did it all those years.

All night i searched information about this event in internet, i truly found some shocking photos and many other things. The next morning i woke up early and i followed my father, and it truly was pokemon’s graveyards. I followed him, and we came to the lonely grave. There was written Saif.

-Dad.

-He didn’t even turned around-you followed me all the way huh?

-Dad, i understand it hurts, you lost your starter, you dont want the same for me, but league in nowdays are more safer. Alot of years passed, 39 years, and something like it never ever happend again, and it wont happen ever again. 

So after that, few days later, i got permession from both parents for my pokemon journey, if we would be normal people we would waited for an answer from professor and league for month atleast, but my dad beign my dad changes everything.

-Willow, my daughter deserves the best starters that you can ever have, dont dissaping me Willow.

-Sure, it is will be done mr. Oqro.-and he droped the call.

-You know Erika i heared that Willow brought new starters.

-Yes, from sinnoh region: Turtwig, Chimchar and Piplup. I also heared that he added to the starters Shinx and Riolu from here.

Chapter 7

A different view

Ruby arrives at the apartments where she lives. The apartment building looks somewhat rundown, tucked away in the forest close by the guild but hidden away from it. Ruby finds her room and enters it, the room is small and has no windows. Ruby tries to make her shabby home a little liver with some hanged cloth and rugs. The hanging cloth at each wall has a different pattern and color from each other except the one above her bed which depicts Ho-Oh with her three eternal champions Raikou, Entei, and Suicune all gilded in gold.

Ruby put her Poké into the cabinet where the rest of the poké is stored, maybe just 5 more jobs then she could pay her bail and get out of this place. Ruby gets into the thin bed and sleeps but she can’t no matter how long she eyes she cant go to sleep. Is it that Zoroark talk is making her lose sleep, not likely the last two pokemon she's been with had the same almost the same talk with her. Both decided to switch her out right after. But this one sounded genuine like he meant what he said and not because they were tired of her. But now her mind on the Zoroark even though they been partnered for three weeks, yet she cant help to notice the small odd things about him like how he walks it doesn’t look right like he has a slight limp and his accent is odd too the best compression she could make is a mix from the great green plains and the dryon desert

Ruby continues to think about the Zoroark then she remembers a very old tale that her mother used to tell about how very powerful pokemon would send a Pokemon named Human from another world to help them in the most despite times but their true forms are altered to look like normal looking pokemon you would see across the street but act differently from any other pokemon and have no memories of their past.

Ruby gives a short laugh of the thought of the Zoroark being human. Ruby gets up feeling extremely exhausted and leaves her apartment, it's morning. Did I stay up that long?

Ruby makes her way through on the dirt path to the town and at the board. But no pokemon is posted there, only one thing why this would happen its review day. Ruby just walks away and goes into town, she finds Jax cafe then enters. She takes a seat at the counter across from Jax “Jax I need a Chesto berry drink and put it on my tab.”

Jax gives a supposed look “I didn’t know you like that kind of drink but here. Also you need to pay that tab before I stop serving drinks.” as Jax says giving Ruby her drink

Ruby scoffs down her drink trying to minimize the bitterness of the drink “Yea I hate chesto berries, but I need this. I didn’t sleep at all last night.”

Jax comes closer to Ruby integrated by the odd behavior “Losing sleep that is so unlike you, what made you not get your sleep?”

“That's none of your business Jax.”

Jax backs off as he was needed to attend to some customers, Ruby leaves the cafe, makes her way out of town, stops at a path that leads to the guild and waits.Then Zoroark arrives a lot earlier than usual to take the review. He almost passes Ruby only stopping after Ruby makes a short cough. “Seven can we talk, somewhere private.” Ruby suggested

“First thing you owe me because I covered for you with the review thing, second thing my name is Sevin not Seven.” Sevin says

“I don’t care about that but we need to talk right now.”

“Fine, what is it then?”

Ruby signals Sevin to follow her which he does. After Ruby cuts through the forest to a familiar sight to Sevin the lake where he was first woken into this world. Sevin turns to Ruby waiting for her “Look I’m not sorry about leaving you yesterday but I should have said something to you. Soo say what you want about me, tell me how bad of a pokemon I am, tell me how I am a jerk to you. Come on, tell me.” Ruby says

“You didn’t hear the part that I covered for ya?” Sevin states

“What do you mean you covered?” Ruby questions

“What I mean is that I lied about the review I gave you, and said that you are ok but still rough on the edges.” Sevin says

“Are you insane, why did you lie?!?” Ruby exclaims

“I….I don’t know.” Sevin admits

“You don't know?!? Dear Arceus, I swear your head has a thicker skull than a drednaw.But I do have to admit….I do kinda have to respect that” Ruby tells

“So…wanna get something to drink?” Sevin says

“Sure I got nothing to do.” Ruby replies

Both went back into the forest cutting though, but as they made through the forest Sevin can't help see the trees are coming closer, almost herding the both of them. Ruby stops at her tracks then lets out an angrily groan “We just walked into a mystery dungeon!”

“A mystery dungeon? What a mystery dungeon?” Sevin ask

“Do you have a thick skull or you REALLY don't know about mystery dungeons? Whatever I just tell you, mystery dungeons are self explanatory, they are dungeons with a “mystery”. Some of them have entrances but others don’t, a lot of them are permanent but a few are seasonal. Also the pokemon that roam the halls of the dungeons are pokemon that got lost in these dungeons and promptly went insane or illusions of pokemons. Finally the layout of the dungeons are random so each time you enter it is different.So that is why we call them mystery dungeons. Now we need to find the stairs and get out of here.”

So Ruby takes the lead as she enters further into the dungeon. Sevin takes in the environment, the trees that guide their way are tall and posing and almost alive with the vines that binds them together. Ruby enters into a small square room and a staircase going down “There's the exit, let's go.”

Sevin nods and follows Ruby down the steps and the environment warps and contorts until the lake with a sunset is in clear view. Ruby is conflicted because no dungeon is that short but glad they're out of there. As she turned to Sevin but he was nowhere in sight, then she realized she was kicked out of the dungeon. Ruby rushes into the forest trying to get back into the dungeon but is met by the town. Then she sees Trev by the board updating it like she always does, Ruby rushes to Trev “Trev I get some help. Sevin in a mystery dungeon and the damned dungeon kicked me out and I can't get back in.”

“Look slow down Ruby, I can report it and put it on lo-”

“No, we need to go now, Trev. We don't know how he can handle himself so-”

“Ruby, that dungeon kicked you out and can't come back in. so we need to wait until it becomes available again. So go home Ruby, I will take care of this and make sure he gets back.Ok friend?” Trev finally says

Ruby grits her teeth as she leaves and goes home hoping Sevin will be fine.

Sevin is currently losing his breakfast after the nauseous reality warping staircase. After recovering he looks around to see Ruby is nowhere in sight “Ruby where are you!” Sevin yells but he gets no response. Sevin is lonesome again. I’m starting to see a pattern

Sevin retakes his surroundings; it's the same tree, same vines, same floor, same very thing and the same room where stairs used to be. But now there are two hallways opposite from each other, he takes the right one on the idea that right is alway right. As he treds through the hallways making more turns and taking different routes until the claustrophobic halls open up to a large room, Sevin goes in and finds the staircase. He goes to the stair until he hears a click as he looks down, a rush of gas fills the room. Sevin already took a breath of the gas, he unties his bandana and covers his mouth and nose. But it is already too late. The environment spirals around him, then he falls and the world turns black.

Sevin wakes up feeling like he had one bad hangover. He gets up as he does and realizes he's no longer at the dungeons as he finds himself sleeping on a bed and surrounding walls are covered in cloth. Then the wall of coth separate in the middle in front of Sevin to reveal Cindy who looked shocked then relieved, then she hugs Sevin “I’m glad your ok Sevin” she whispers

“Thanks Cindy….hey you know where I could get some fresh air? My head feels a bit heavy.”

Cindy losen her grip on Sevin “I guess you can get some air and me too”

Sevin follows Cindy outside the room and into a long hallway with the same wall of cloth separated by logs in between. As they make it at the end of the hall Cindy makes a right into another hall then a left at a doorway to the outside. Sevin steps outside onto the balcony to see a small western town. Sevin turns around to find the doorway is gone. He has to be dreaming or at least hallucinating.

Sevin takes in the environment better to enjoy the dream. The town looks like a mixture of an old weastern town from the movies on VHS he vaguely remembers and the current town he only knows. The town it's placed in fits exactly what he told Doc it is dry,hot,dusty, and barren. Oddly it feels very homely to Sevin.

Then Sevin finds himself back at the dungeon with the stairs next to him. He takes the stairs diving deeper into the dungeon.

alright i’ve officially given myself one week to deliver the promised trip summary and here i am now to do just that.... the skimpy involuntary version that is. lol maybe this is what all the vloggers feel like when they have to do their weekly/monthly whatever vlog updates but i wish i were putting together videos that would prob be a lot more interesting than whatever i end up typing here:

LONDON (sat 2/11-tues 2/14)

what a beauty

we immediately fell in love with this city, even on the rainy night we flew in after spending 235 hours at the lju airport; had pasta at a fancy lil italian restaurant in limehouse, the outskirts of london. not exactly the prettiest neighborhood to be in, and not to mention our hostel was quite the experience. cosy to put it in the least, HELLA cramped would also be an understatement

spent out two full days getting our first sip of starbucks in all of europe, being in a daze over all the architecture and overall quaintness of literally everything. british museum, harry potter tour, a freaking bomb afternoon tea in a fancy hotel, nights in a coffee shop, taking the late bus home playing pokemon go, the BEST morning biking through london on a private bike tour, getting lost in little markets and eating pad thai from street vendors, china town bubble tea, LES MIS seats even tho we bought standing tickets! 

i still get excited thinking about this city and our overall experience. arguably the best part of the whole trip even though we may have been a little biased because it was the first city we visited and had wayyy more energy than we did in our last stop haha 

plus, everything was just so easy to figure out cuz english. duh 

it’s true. british accents make everything better 

AMSTERDAM (tues 2/14-thurs 2/16)

got “lost” as soon as we took the train from the airport in transit to our hostel, but it was ok cuz we ended up getting a sneak peak at the downtown area of amsterdam, even with our luggage in hand

AMAZING hostel, but it was actually a hotel. cannot begin to explain how happy i was to see a room that did not look like a dorm from the 1900s. even though we shared the hostel with other strangers, i so missed the comfort of hotels. oh the things we endure as broke college kids

actually, one of the coolest parts of this trip was getting to know two of the girls staying in the room with us. they were also from america but teaching full-time in france as english teachers. it still blows my mind how many international teachers there are and just the whole world of international teaching that i never really thought about. it was cool getting to hear about their experiences and share in their thoughts on the craziness of education systems all around the world

amsterdam of course was unbelievably pretty as well. canals, super tall houses of every color, bikes galore. spent our two days eating “dutch pancakes” (NOT crepes, lesson learned from a very particular restaurant chef, canal tour, 2 hour line for the anne frank house, another bike tour, shopping, and more markets! when you find cheap and delicious food while traveling, you KNOW it’s a good day

overall feel was really relaxing and down to earth, a little more densely populated and not too much to explore after you walk through all the similar canal streets and get past the main squares, but i could definitely see the charm in living there if you’re far enough away from the touristy area 

PARIS (thurs 2/16-sun 2/19)

by the time we got here, ngl were already pretty wiped out haha

hostel was this super old and grand building that was probably actually constructed in the 1900s, but it was clean and had a charm of its own. we even got the room to ourselves the first night! still doesn’t make up for the hell we experienced the last night. i think all 2469 people on our floor were simultaneously trying to kill each other and see who could do it louder all the way from 10pm-6am

aside from that, needless to say paris was gorgeous as well. but really, if you’re comparing europe to nj, i’m not sure what city wouldn’t be considered eye candy in our perspective

since we bought a pretty damn expensive paris pass that included just about everything a tourist could dream of, we spend blood sweat and tears making sure we squeezed just about everything we could in the scope of our two days there: versailles (Eh, not as impressive as i imagined but waiting in an hour line prob had something to do with that attitude), eiffel tower, seine boat cruise, louvre and orsay, sunset on montparnasse, notre dam, arc the triumphe, champs de elyse. psa i can’t say i spelled any of those correctly. DEFINITELY would not pronounce them correctly either 

gardens and pastries galore. again, like literally everywhere else, i would love to see paris in full bloom on a warm spring afternoon or summer evening but we were actually pretty lucky with the weather situation all week. it was like between mid 40s and mid 50s most of the week! so in comparison the conditions we faced in salzburg and munich, this was pretty close to perfection 

did i mention we walked A LOT. we walked a lot 

most stressful event of the whole trip was coordinating our travel back from vienna airport, missing our original train that we paid 40 euros and making a run for the next 6 hour train ride to velden that we would have to pay another 50 for. but that’s enough for tonight, wouldn’t you agree

aaaand yea! that was our week exploring 3 of europe’s biggest cities in less than 8 days. i’d say it was pretty successful for our current age, financial capabilities, and physical strength hahaha. really glad that we ended up picking these destinations in the end and that we have something to look forward to NEXT time we come back, a littler wiser, a little warmer, and hopefully a little more well off too ;) 

but as of now, i’m looking at my last week of student teaching here at isc!!!
