oh my god I feel like an idiot. okay, so my husband loves garlic, a lot, and while I like it just fine, I hate chopping it/dealing with it in any way. It’s so god damn sticky and takes forever to deal with. The last time I used some, I needed to make garlic paste for a recipe, but I couldn’t chop/squish the damn things well enough and gave up part of the way through. 

I wish I’d taken two seconds to google first.
