Remember the project I was mentioning earlier yesterday? Here is one bit of it! I’ve been working on designs for an AU that I thought of. 

Well... More like combined two universes, but that’s okay! Have Lion Sun!  or the lion king inspired au.  I’m still working on Moon’s design. 

I might talk more about these two after a bit because I am working on another lil’ comic with the two brothersss. ^^;;

I've been ranting to my mom for like 3ish hours about evolution, animals, Pangea, dinosaurs and everything in between when it struck me that Robin would 100 and 10 percent be a maned lioness and now I can't get the thought about a lion like au with stranger things??

Like you know how unorthodox their pride would be?

Like male lion get kicked out of their prides around the age of 2 or 3 but here you have multiple males living in the same pride without killing each other like it would be so interesting

And like Brenner could be still evil and kidnapping lion cubs and lions for is zoo of something (like that one Netflix show Tiger King because the guy lost his animals I think) and El could be like a albino lioness and since she'd be raised in captivity you would think she could of died in the wild but no this strange pride of lions took her in and help her survive

Sorry I am getting too into the actual biology and zoology of this

But think of Robin traveling with a little cub which is Max, and Mike, Dustin, Lucas and Will being little lion cubs, and Steve having a big ass mane because of his hair and Joyce traveling with Will and Jonathan because they ran away and uh it's just so good

And Nancy would be all unfriendly with Robin because she would have a mane and think she's a male but low and behold she's actually a female and Nancy actual enjoys her company (deep rooted hate towards male lions for Nancy because of her dad and other males that she and Mike dealt with when leaving their original pride) and helping Robin taking care of Max (who is also a maned lioness because I said so) and the four of them traveled together for a while before joining the actual pride because their such family goals

Steve used to be a zoo lion but after the zoo was closed and the animals were kept in a nature preserve for a while they were set free but Steve had no idea how to survive until Hopper who was in the preserve because of illegal poaching (caused by Brenner) taught him how to survive

Joyce left her original pride because her husband (leader of the pride) was absolutely horrible (not uncommon for lioness to leave to give birth but Joyce doesn't come back with her new cub) so you have this stressed lion roaming around with a new born cub and a slightly larger one trying to survive

Lucas, Erica and Dustin run away from their pride because of poachers who attack them, now you have these three small cubs trying to survive alone

This was a random idea I had one day

Golden sunlight shined over the savanah as Janai sat on a tree limb, her golden fur shown in the light as she felt the branch bend as a silver furred lioness sat beside her, and nuzzled her shoulder. Janai looked over at the lioness before licking her cheek. "Did the patrol go well, Amaya?" She asked, making sure she was looking at her as she spoke. The silver lioness nodded and jumped down from the tree and wrote in the sand with her claws about what she saw during her patrol. The gold lioness nodded as she looked over her report. "Good work, love. Go and rest for a bit." Amaya nodded and laid beneath the tree Janai was sitting in enjoying the coolness. The shaded sand brought her warm skin, watching the leaves as they shifted in the daylight. The flecks of light showed beautifully against Janai's fur as she looked at her lovingly.

So I realized that while sharing Hazbin lions is awesome and I plan to continue. I noticed I never shared my RWBY lions on here. Which is fucking insane, so I will rectify it. Please note I do not have lion designs for all of them but a good chunk that I love personally :3 ( I will say I do not have a Jaune based Lion, mostly because this was made back when I was kind of iffy on Jaune and his changes) Let's get started motherfuckers! Oh, right the art was done by KosaTLK (The same artist who did my Chaggie lions) Let's start with the main gang themselves.

This comic was inspired by the travel song from Shrek the musical! So there’s that. ^^;;  Pretty much the brothers experienced a pretty bad flood from wet season in the savannah and are looking for a new home. While this is happening, Sun tries to raise his brother’s spirits with a lil song. Though, Moon wants nothing to do with it but he can’t let Sun down. So he’ll partially sing along.  Also this is my first time with a comic so I’m sorry if it isn’t too good. ^^;;

So right now I'm working like a dog to finish another installment of the 'I Thought You Died AU' it's already so long and I'm not even half way then I have a 'Murray Adopts Robin AU' idea I need to write then I have some Polish Robin/ 'Please Don't Leave Me AU' stuff I'll be working on mainly head canons maybe a short story or two so hopefully this will be the set up for the rest of October

November will be more Elumax stuff because I have some head canons and around here I'll post season 3 of the lion AU I honestly haven't written S3 yet but I have a few ideas on what I need to put on it

Also I might do one or two ronance october posts and I have a small (probably not small) work that has no correlation to any of my works to be posted around the same time as the 'I Thought You Died AU'

The Aesir: An incredibly diverse group of big cats, all with godly powers. Interestingly, males are unable to grow manes, but long-furred pelts are common in place of them. (NOTE: Kratos also does not have a mane, but this is in no relation to the Aesir; it was genetic from one of his mortal ancestors). They all have saber teeth, a symbol of old power and generally a status symbol when in the presence of other Aesir or mortals. 

Thor: Thor is one of the only Aesir gods that has a mane due to his Giant genes, which he then passed on to his children. Size-wise, he is more like a Smilodon than a lion with his impressive height and strength. His hammer is more of a meta-physical thing; he can summon it, swing it, and then have it disappear until he needs it again (think of the armiger in FFXV). Thor hardly resembles Odin in any way; his red/brown pelt comes from his mother. 

Sif: The mate of Thor and Odin’s diplomat. Sif has long fur around her neck, but it is not to be mistaken for a mane; she simply has long fur (we see her hair is long in-game, and I wanted to reflect that). 

Thrud: Thanks to her father’s genes, she grew a partial mane (Giants have incredibly strong mane genes, as we will see with Faye, Angrboda, and Gryla. Atreus, only being part Giant, still has a way to go with his mane). She is smaller than her brothers, but much faster. 

Modi: Like his model, Modi gets most of his characteristics from Thor, but has colorations like Sif. Now, the elephant in the room: how does Atreus kill Modi if he’s got that Giant’s grade-A mane in the way? That would be thanks to his knife. Atreus has a small sheath he carries around his neck during the events of the first game, and it is positioned in such a way he can grab it with his paws (no bows and arrows in this AU though!). Manes are good protection, but unfortunately for Modi, it was not enough.

Magni: He takes after his mother with his pelt colors, but has patterns seen on his father.
