Fun fact, all the guys in this group except Mei have had an encounter with LBD possesion/magic that left their hair with white streaks Mei just dyed her hair in solidarity... Red Sons isn't noticeable because they dyed their steaks their normal hair color.

One of my favourite things about these two is how Red Son seems to only allow himself to be vulnerable around Mei. Its like she just brings out a different side of him and he doesn’t even realise it, often getting flustered once he realised he revealed so much of his personal life. Best part is, Mei never pushes for more. She doesn’t even acknowledge how deeply personal what he just said was. Instead, she moves on the second Red Son changes the topic.

MK: Yeah, I thought for like five years people just put into hot water to speed up the "Tea-ification process" Didn't realize there was an actual reason.

Mei: You don't have patience to microwave water for 3 minutes?!

Redson: Why are you...Putting it in the microwave...To BOIL it?

Mei: Do you think I have patience to boil water on a stove?!

Redson: IT TAKES LESS THAN A MINUTE.

Mei: BESTIE IS YOUR STOVETOP POWERED BY THE FUCKING SAMAHDI FIRE?!

Redson: HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE YOU TO BOIL A CUP OF WATER ON THE STOVE?!?

Mei: LIKE SEVEN MINUTES???

Redson: Just stick the mug on top of the stove on medium heat, and it boils in like two minutes. Less than that and you use a sauce pan.

Mei: You're putting the whole mug on the stove? At medium heat?! Your stove is enchanted.

You know what was so disappointing about s3, that the samadhi fire was added to Mei, it didn't have a long-term effect on her Character or how she feels about it affecting her after s3, it was such a waste for her to have.

It wasn't even used Will in s3, like it wasn't used as a weakness for sun wukong, it became least important at the end of s3, when she didn't have victory with the fire and got captured by possessed Wukong.

It made the samadhi fire feel less powerful than what Wukong and Tang and pif and dbk said about it being world ending, overall it very disappointing and a waste.
