honestly scheduling in time to watch cr is mostly complicated by the buffer time i need to lose my shit about characters. i've only got an hour left of the last ep but you don't understand, I'm going to need at LEAST 30 minutes per conversation about Imogen to just write the most unhinged thing about how she's DEFINITELY doing fine, thanks. runtime has an hour left but my schedule requires i account for my additional hour and half of *extensive keysmashing* *going 👀👀👀👀👀👀👀👀👀👀👀 at facial expressions* *more keysmashing*. i might have an hour of free time but i don't have the equivalent hour (three hours) of CR time!!!

I've been thinking about it for a while but I decided that I probably won't gif or even watch Only Friends. No special reason. The show is fine. The trailer looks good. But I need a break (from gmmtv shows especially).

I'll still watch and gif other shows but cutting out the biggest/most hyped show of the bunch seems like a good opportunity to get some rest.

Plus, I need all my energy to gif every frame of I Feel You Linger in the Air. 🤡

obsessed w how like places that are good to visit are almost universally not actually great to live so everyone thinks the grass is always greener because you visit a big city and youre like wow theres so much going on here all the time and all the architecture is so beautiful but then the people who actually live there are mostly paying 5x the average annual income to live in an apartment the size of a pea thats actually 30+ minutes away from any of the cool stuff. and you visit somewhere really rural and its like wowwww its so serene and peaceful out here but the people who actually live there are like id prefer if i didnt have to drive for 20 minutes to buy milk and i had a neighbour who could feed my cats when im out and my wifi could actually load a video without buffering. meanwhile the places people actually feel best about living are frequently just like normal, affordable towns with green spaces and a sense of local community thats all 

#visiting london both gave me FOMO but also i was like ... how does anyone survive more than 3 days here without losing their soul #imo our obsession with excess also manifests in lifestyle choices like #the idea that comfort can never be your priority #like you choose a job based on the highest flying thing ur capable of #ur not meant to pick something just because its like easy and nice #:( #like the thing w excitement is it comes from something irregular so i dont think you should strive for making your daily life exciting as a #priority ngl #i also forgot to add living in a holiday destination is generally like. helllll
