Call me cynical, but I think most of the 1D interactions are for appearance sake. I don’t think they’re in a group chat (come on), and I don’t think they really keep current with each other. That includes anytime that Louis tweets for Liam to call him.

Most media gurus say that usually if something has happened btwn two co-stars (or a secret attraction) they're actually LESS likely to be all that "chummy" on the red carpet w/each other, cuz they don't want people knowing/suspecting something is going on (or HAS gone on) btwn them bts. So they'll usually AVOID each other. Won't even take pictures with each other...not w/out others at least.

Or, if they are asked to take pics together, it will be awkward and not "friendship" vibes at all. That's if their awkwardness isn't being caused by something ELSE.... *ahem* like fan shipping them together when they CLEARLY don't want to be. 🤨😒

agree strongly w/ you and your other anons! it's interesting and bittersweet to think back to how fandom used to be, i remember literally giving myself crossed eyes in summer 2014 bc so much was going on and i was always on my phone checking tumblr (wwa, louis turning up at eleanor's graduation in the t-shirt, harry's 'so kiss him again' tweet, list goes on !). fandom was chaos but it was alive. now i check in every few days still but it's basically me checking one blog, scrolling my sleepy dash for 2 min, and then checking back out again. every time i realise that another fan has deleted their blog or their h&l fic i get sad, but in terms of actual h&l, what i mostly feel towards them these days is apathy. louis's snarky tweets make me mildly annoyed but beyond that i genuinely feel very little emotion, good or bad, towards him or harry. not even about bbg, which the me of 8 yrs ago would truly find unfathomable. it's probably much healthier in some respects - they used to have such a chokehold over my mood - but i still miss the big joy i'd feel when either of them did something cute or even better when they did something cute together. with the apathy and how quiet it is in fandom these days i feel that a phase of my life is kind of ending too, like you, but i haven't been able to totally let go and i haven't found anything else that comes even remotely close to filling the space. h&l and the fandom in its heyday are seemingly irreplaceable. anyway.,

i totally feel the same. i think apathy is the right word for how i feel too. and just saying that is absolutely wild after sooo long of them existing in my every waking thought 😭 i’ve had some periods of apathy before, like in 2021, but never like this. like you said, on one hand it feels good not to care so much and on the other it’s just… sad. somehow i built a huge community in this fandom and sometimes i can’t help but miss 2016, as horrible as it was, just because i had so many people to commiserate with and we all joked through the pain and chaos and it was fun in its own weird way.

i hope that you end up finding something that makes you feel the joy that h&l and this fandom once made you feel 💖

I can totally see Harry being arrogant by standing his ground and being unwilling to compromise and apologise when he feels like he's not the one in the wrong. Louis might be willing to let bygones be bygones and have them both apologise to each other for the hurt they caused. I don't think H is as willing to forgive and forget that easily, especially if he believes what Louis did hurt him more than what he did to hurt Louis. I think Louis often has to be "the bigger man" and suggest to H that they should make up and end their disagreement/fight/dispute. I think Harry could hold a grudge for a long while, and give Louis the silent treatment. Even if Louis is actually in the right in a situation/dispute (big or small) i don't think H admits he was wrong that easily. He'd rather double down.

About H having narcissistic personality traits. I think he absolutely loves attention, entertaining people and showing himself off. We're talking about the dude who walked around practically naked in the txf house and who leaked his own nude lmao. I think it gives him confidence and happiness when he sees how people positively responds to him. It's like an adrenaline high for him. He'll do anything for some attention. He doesn’t exactly look mad about being caught with his pants down by Sir mix-a-lot lol.

About him being private. Ohh, you said the P word. I don't think Harry is private at all. I think he's closeted and has an extremely curated image in order to stay closeted and appeal to his fanbase. So he's got an image of a private person, but he's really not. If he could he would skip down Oxford Street hand in hand with Louis showing everyone how in love they are. He'd snog him (with tongue) on a bench in Hyde Park. He'd tweet his favourite quotes by Louis (or resume doing so he used to do that all the time). I've talked about this many a time before. I'm not sure how true that is anymore. Every time Louis talks about F on twitter as an example, "Freddie" trends, and it takes a while to find any replies under Louis's tweets that aren't gushing over Louis and F.//

This is true I noticed that louis tweet saying F had a lovely birthday got many more likes than any of his other tweets that day. I know larries who think they split up for a few months in 2015 and dated other people and Briana was one of them. They say they see a belly in the pic at the Christmas table and ask why she put on so much weight before F's birth and lost it just weeks later never to gain again

Here's a post I made talking about why Brett can't be the father and why F isn't being photoshopped. All you have to do in regards to the Brett theory is look at Austin. Everyone says Austin and F look so alike, but they don't. They look wildly different, and not only do they look wildly different, but F happens to look a lot like Louis.

So if Sony was behind babygate and they were looking for a kid or a sperm donor to make a kid, why would they go for someone whose kid looks nothing like Louis? And if they did go for Brett, how is it possible that F "just so happened" to come out looking identical to Louis and nothing like Austin? A lucky coincidence?

The babygate theory has been ruined by who I dub "brettgaters." Look at how many people have started believing F is Louis's son because they realize he looks so much like Louis. To come to the conclusion that F must be Louis's son just because they're identical is weak, imo. Why has no one considered the angle of Sony hiring a Louis lookalike to be the sperm donor and create F? It makes sense, it's possible, and it's the exact thing they would do if they wanted this to last for years and needed to convince people that F is Louis's son.

It's no use trying to figure out who the father is, because we won't. Drop the Brett and photoshop leads and consider this new one.

i know it’s a glitch but also it kinda followed a pattern, let me explain:

1. louis liked all harry related tweet meanwhile at the same time harry liked all the tweets containing “louis” word (even the st.louis photo)

2. louis liked the “promise” tweet and at the same time harry liked the two 1D tweets

3. louis liked zayn related tweet and so did harry

i’ve seen a bunch of other artists (niall, liam gallagher and others) having this glitch but it’s only a couple of recent tweets, not 2012 tweets following patterns, it seems a bit strange to me

Check out this post, it actually makes sense if it's the fans liking it. And it's probably happening with HL the most because you know... it's them, and we're literally watching every single move expecting something shady to happen lol 🧐

I am asking because the other day he tweeted Bigger Than Me promo and I am still trying to process WHY.. I had thought with walls era ending and BMG coming in to the picture, Louis’ former team is now done. Including Simon J.

Now I am wondering if the stuff around this single and Louis right now is another illusion (like how Harry was shown as “free” with HS1 dropping).

Is BMG the managing company or just a distributor for FITF?? (Because I feel like their method of promo is more the type of a distributor than a management company). You know what I mean?

Simon Johns PR is a PR company - they have been the publicity company Louis has used for years. I believe they also did 1D PR back in the day, and they worked with many Syco artists.

That is a separate thing from a record label. Columbia is a record label under Sony Music. Harry has PR companies he works with for his own PR.

All artists also have in-label PR, so Louis benefits from BMG PR, and has Simon Jones for things outside label-related activities.

I don't know why Louis still works with SJ PR, it could be due to an ongoing contract or perhaps his team likes working with that firm, since they've worked with them for several years.

BMG is a record label. That's separate from a management company. Louis' management company is still the same, Seven 7 Management and Three Six Zero Group. They're what makes up Louis' team.

BMG is a record label, and they have a deal with Louis for production, distribution, licensing and marketing. His music is published under his own record label, 78 Productions, so he owns the rights to it, and BMG has exclusive distribution rights to his music, same deal Harry has (his record label is Erskine Records).

So, 3 separate things:

The things I’ve gathered:

I’ve seen Bentley’s mum reply twice to my blog posts when we were still discussing the rumor that she goes around saying him and her are close and he confided in her that he is “scared of Larries and losing fans” (here and here).

After confronted with the actual screenshot she hasn’t denied their existence and was instead trying to track down the source. The only thing she offered was that the dms are taken out of context.

I think it’s safe to assume Bentley’s mum did indeed take these screenshots of her dms with Louis and sent them around to people (she trusted? dunno, she offers people to come to her dms where she would give you answers to everything, so maybe it didn’t need much for her to send them to people)

I believe the dms were edited to the extent that her responses were taken out, hence the lack of context. I do believe those were his messages.

Have you seen the email about the louis merch/Album situation? That’s so fucked up, they literally fucked up the debut week album sales and now they’re asking fans to pay the extra amount of money till next week. It’s only applying for the us bc discount orders don’t count towards the us billboard charts. The only response from Lisa from bmg was "yep thanks" which even more fucked up. She deleted the tweet now bc of backlash. They really couldn’t have send those emails earlier, couldn’t they? They all knew that billboard changed the rules back in 2020
