If we EVER get the AFTG movie, I want Louis Hoffman to play Niel.
Like in Dark series, Jonas was such a Niel-like character- shy and reserved but capable and fucking badass at the same time. I just can see it, it would be so good.
I JUST WATCHED THE FIRST TWO MASTERS OF THE AIR EPISODES AFTER WAITING THREE YEARS. inner child? healed. warning: mota spoilers !!
just a little TOO obsessed with bucky + buck. “don’t count on it”???? DONT COUNT ON IT ! i had better see more of that. i physically need that little catchphrase played out on austin butlers tongue again. catch me quoting that on a gifset. it really is giving “going my way?”
BARRY KEOGHAN THE MAN THAT YOU ARE. his cheeky little smile. him blowing kisses to callum! sweet boy. *pointing to the sky* that’s where i’m going. WHEN HE CALLS THE TWO BUCKS AND BUCKY CALLS HIM THE LITTLE SPOON I GIGGLED! I LOVE THEMM
yeah also the fight scene in episode two um yeah. yeah. bucky teasing “pity pity pity!” he’s the funniest man alive and he knows it. also i find it so amusing that callum turner said for this role he drank a lot of whisky and ate burgers and really that is spot on.
crosby. what an icon. him saying something along the lines of if overthinking was a sport i’d win an award. ughhh also his and bubbles’ friendship! they are so so adorable. bubbles just being called bubbles. i want to tap him on the nose !
lemmons is such a little ball of sunshine. i really appreciate the love that the mechanics are getting because the book did mention them. he loves kids and he has such a bright smile
these are just my initial thoughts after witnessing it with my own two eyeballs. cannot recommend it enough and i will be rewatching until the next episode. i wish they showed more of their training like band of brothers. there is that clip of austin butler marching with some men, though, so i really really hope we get a backstory
ALSO I GENUINELY WENT THROUGH THE. BIGGEST LOUIS HOFFMAN PHASE RECENTLY AND UR TELLING ME HE IS IN THIS SHOW. IM SORRY?? YOURE JOKING. werner pfennig what are you doing here 💝

“How about a last drink before we die? It’s Brandy. Older than both of us. Older than we will ever be”
The 2023 Netflix mini-series “All the Light We Cannot See” starts with a young blind girl broadcasting on a radio in a Nazi-occupied French town while Americans bomb it, hoping her messages might reach her missing father. It’s…
Did someone watch "All the light we cannot see"? Did you like the it or not?
I saw a few gifsets on my dash and it looks really, really good. Also, Louis Hoffmann and Mark Ruffalo are in it. Which makes me wonder if I should give it a try 🤔?
All the light we cannot see - #Netflix Series Review
Series on #Netflix #AllTheLightWeCannotSee is WWII era series. "In life, you must never hide who you are but in war, being unseen can keep you alive".
Currently running series on @Netflix “All The Light We Cannot See” is adapted by screenwriter Steven Knight from Pulitzer Prize winning novel by Anthony Doerr and is directed by Shawn Levy. The book was fascinating and in comparison, I found the mini series a bit flat and insipid. Perhaps had I not read the book then the series would have held more interest for me.

I cannot get over how good the acting is on Suits, I really appreciate all of their work and commitment but to me, personally, the best acting is done by Gabriel, Rick Hoffman, and Gina Torres.
Especially Rick Hoffman, so few people talk about him. To play such an expressive, goofy character convincingly that must be hard af. I imagine I'd feel like an idiot playing that character but Rick makes Louis Litt feel real but still funny. He is consistent with Louis' mannerisms and expressions. Louis is such an over the top character and to a certain point he was supposed to seem ridiculous but to find the balance in acting that out without making the viewer feel like the acting is factitious or too dramatic is brilliant to me.
Gina, well, we all already know that she's a fantastic actress but her performance of Jessica Pearson was exceptional because despite there being not much depth to her character (relative to the others) she made Jessica stand out and feel ever present throughout the show even when she wasn't on screen. That's called impact. I once watched an interview where Gina said we never find out where Jessica lives and it shocked me how I didn't even notice that. All thanks to her impressive acting Jessica Pearson never felt shallow. She was never "just" the managing partner or "just" a supporting role.
As for Gabriel Macht... what even is there to say really.
To play such a stuck up douchebag and somehow still give him so much charm and soulfulness, no one could have done what he did. I will never not be deeply impressed by the scenes where he was acting out a panic attack. That was a big scene, my heart was doubling its pace! But what is just as outstanding is the fact that this guy is in every single episode of SUITS. Every single one and no one ever gets bored of the dude. No one watches a scene where Harvey is in it and goes "yeah, no, that's enough of him".
