En nombre de la Selección Zuliana de kickboxing queremos expresar nuestro profundo agradecimiento a la gobernacion del Estado Zulia , y al instituto Regional de deportes del estado Zulia IRDEZ @IrdezGBZ por prestarnos el apoyo con el traslado a la Valida Occidental de Kickboxing en el Estado Merida donde participaron 18 atletas en las diferentes modalidades de esta disciplina, representando dignamente nuestro estado en esta competencia pre clasificatoria para la Seleccion Nacional, y los Nacionales que se realizaran en el mes de Julio, con 11 medallas de oro, 4 de plata y 2 de bronce, asimismo, agradecemos a los padres y representantes de los atletas quienes cubrieron los gastos de alimentacion e inscripción para dicha competencia. Traditionally shin checks are not allowed in Savate and while those rules may be changing there's still great value in learning different defenses to use, giving you more options to create opportunities. These were some of the first I ever learned.

I've watched it here, but many stream services uploaded it. The editor of the show collected bits with Doyoung in this video.

The number of times Doyoung tried to stop a fight or shield someone... half of the time he did out of habit, later stepping aside and letting variety happen.

I suspect there was no time given for Do to meet the butlers. Do was woken up and brought right to the cow, he had no time to break the ice with the cast before the shooting. They called him Doyoung-sshi at first despite him being the youngest.

2 of the butlers didn't interact with Do at all. Thankfully, the sportsman butler involved himself and joked with Do a lot (I think he teaches kids, he jumped to explain and correct holds/moves right away), the tall actor (you upgrated to a wild rabbit) also remembered to address Do from time to time. However, without Do's witty remarks (sticking to the master, Sexy Yama being full after the win and not being hungry, etc) he'd be not very noticeable as the butlers didn't know him and didn't know how to involve (use for a joke). Doyoung is quick to asses a situation and to react. He is better with wordplay and jabs than acting up (he goes overboard, like the time he was "afraid" of a flick on the forehead), which reflects his strenght in being intellectual rather than a comic (the short butler was more natural in making the master chase him).

Doyoung was attentive and remembered the part about keeping the legs wide during holding a person down, when it was explained to the short butler. Do implemented it during his own turn.

The lowkick to the thigh is really painful. I know by experience. Poor actor, heh. Basically, you slam a big thigh muscle with the bat like tibia bone. Touch it, it comes close to the skin at the front of your shin.

Background

A Tailândia é lar de lutas brutais, é morada da violência que não se restrige aos famosos estádios de Muay Thai. Apesar da existência de diversos ringues legalizados a cada esquina, esse país também possui inúmeros clubes de underground fighting. Essas atividades ilegais são justificadas pelos donos dos locais como uma vávula de escape para a sociedade, e segundo um dos muitos empresários a investir nesse vício a jutificativa é válida para manter essa cultura. "se jovens, ou pessoas de todas as esferas da vida, precisam fazer algo selvagem é melhor ter espaços semicontrolados para que o façam."

Um dos tais jovens combatentes em questão é Wisit Promphaopun - mais conhecido por seu apelido "Narong" - o ardil adolescente de dezesseis anos que após adquirir uma dívida por furtar bens da pessoa errada precisou oferecer o próprio corpo como pagamento derramando sangue e suor nos ringues pertencentes ao homem que devia. Dessa forma, o talento bruto foi sendo lapidado ao longo de incontáveis nocautes sofridos pelo garoto nos anos que passou a frequentar o subssolo de Bangkok.

"lowkick, direto, cruzado, sawk diagonal, lowkick de direita interno", repetia como um mantra madrugadas a fio no ringue vazio, "gancho de esquerda, sawk direito, mão na guarda pro cruzado, mirar no nariz do cara, ombro pra empulsionar, cruzado esquerda, highkick com a perna direita", as sequências foram reproduzidas até que os golpes fossem gravados nos próprios músculos. E, com o acúmulo de vitórias, o garoto foi capaz de sobreviver no ambiente imoral e sanar seus débitos.

Por mais que fossem visíveis os resultados negativos colhidos da tal "profissão", dentre os escassos benefícios estava o fato de que o lutador - agora portador de Kruang preto e branco - podia usar do dinheiro sujo para cuidar de seu irmão. Precisava o fazer, uma vez que não havia outra pessoa que pudesse velar pelo pequeno. O fato foi que a mãe abandonou os filhos ainda crianças aos cuidados do pai, que diante do fato não tomou outra atitude senão embriagar-se. E foi o progenitor o primeiro a apresentar ao jovem Narong a violência como forma de expressão.

"One more round and I'm done?", questionou o homem que lhe mantinha naquele lugar, "One more round and we're straight", respondeu aquele de muita ganância e Wisit sabia o que aquilo significava... Não estaria livre mesmo depois de quitar os juros mentirosos criados pelo desonesto. E por esse motivo, arquitetou o plano que expôs os atos do empresário de forma que nem mesmo a polícia corrupta paga por ele pôde esconder.

Após queimar todas as pontes que poderiam guiar Promphaopun à vida que levava antes, o tailandês precisou fugir da terra natal. Ele encontrou refúgio em uma ilha na Malásia, último local para onde havia enviado o irmão - o qual Narong sempre se certificou de afastar do mundo em que vivia. Com isso, aprendeu a esconder em seu íntimo o medo de ser achado pelos inimigos enquanto tentava viver de forma "comum".  Conseguiu um emprego em um resort e se afastou de quaisquer desportos de combate por recear ser reconhecido ou, pior ainda, de ser mais uma vez sugado ao modo de - sobrevivência de recompensas viciantes.

Anos depois, os irmãos decidiram retornar ao país de origem e finalmente parar de fugir. O ex-lutador se esforçou para deixar para trás a prática de artes marciais - exercícios físicos continuam sendo uma paixão, mas agora adquiriu novos hobbies e aptidões para acrescentar na lista de suas preferências. Afinal, precisa de dinheiro e atualmente pretende não arriscar a liberdade - e a vida - para o conseguir. Nunca possuiu carro próprio, ainda assim Promphaopun agora dirige luxuosas marcas pelas ruas de Bangkok. Isso porque fez o seu nome como motorista particular após receber uma oportunidade da família Siriporn que o recomendou para os Zhang, atuais empregadores do jovem.

Enquanto o tailandês se esforça para arcar com a nova moradia em Pratunam, também tem planos de desenvolver um sonho há muito oculto. Wisit desde adolescente admirava as pessoas que conseguiam gerar lucro a partir da aparência e da forma de vestir. Assim, por já ter tido uma breve experiência em uma loja de grife, Narong descobriu um novo lado seu. Atualmente, o motorista ocupa sua mente com o aluguel sempre atrasado, os investimentos para a criação de sua própria marca, os inúmeros pedidos dos luxuosos empregadores e outras mil questões comuns a numerosos jovens adultos.

Apesar das várias novidades na vida de Promphaopun, o passado ainda lhe assombra as noites como uma constante lembrança de que alguma hora ele lhe caçará para acertar as contas.
