I had a pretty great week 🥰👍 but then I rest in between so I haven't had a chance to post much. 🙃
I had a good PT workout Tuesday in my friends pool after my acupuncture appt, and I found a great video online for full body lymphatic massage - plus started testing magnetic therapy (anklets, bracelets, acupressure ear magnets, etc).
I can definitely tell a BIG positive difference adding in the MLD & magnets this week!! 💖
Friday the kids took me to Nashville so I could see a band I like, and I was even able to dance a little. 😊
Wednesday I spent a couple hours at the creek near my house 🌞❣️ and Saturday I did a full hour of exercise at the city pool (PT) with gorgeous clouds and an amazing breeze. 🏊‍♀️
I can still only do maybe one thing a day, or a few things a week really, and taking it slow & easy, but I call that a GREAT week!!! 🙌
* It requires advil and a knee brace to get out with lots of elevating my legs & resting in between, but I'm SO happy to be able to do a little more than before. 🥰 That plus working, too...
How are things with you, and what are you into this weekend?
We have storms rolling in here, and I need some recovery time after dancing & swimming, so I'm in for the weekend to enjoy the storms from the back deck. ⛈⚡️ I love a good storm!
I look forward to getting well enough to get back out for my solo adventures again soon. 🛶 💦
I'm thinking I'll be able to hit the (easy) trails later this fall - hopefully! 👣
I'll post some photos & videos from my week as soon as rest up. I look forward to sharing the highlights with you! 💖
After my swim yesterday I stopped at a little local place and had a bunless cheeseburger with spring greens on the side. 😋
I'm craving seafood lately so I may do some grilled shrimp & salmon this weekend.... What about you?
-
I've been down with longcovid for 21+ months, if you're just tuning in 😉
I've always said: Your health is your greatest asset. 💯
I've been put to the test on that. 😅
I am completely committed to restoring my health, and making each day as great as it can be, one day at a time. 🎯❣️

Lymphatic drainage massage NYC stimulates this flow, helping remove waste products from the body. Thus, you will have a healthy body, quality, and bright skin. This relatively unknown body care originates from New York. With the best lymphatic drainage massage NYC, doctors discovered that massaging accidentally swollen lymph nodes made the skin glow. Wood therapy is a body contrived technique that implicates a various number of wooden massage-like tools which are used to help break down the fat and cellulite in the area. These wooden tools are incorporated to implement pressure which in turn, eliminates the problematic area. The usage of the wooden objects intensifies and enhances the breakdown of the fat and the cellulitis areas which helps to drain out the toxins lymphatically. The technique for the procedure employs a series of repetitive motions formulated using multiple different wooden objects. The motions and particularly shaped objects help to manipulate the targeted area which then leads to the form lymphatic draining. Lymphatic draining is basically a term for the body’s release of its stored toxins. With the release of these toxins, it will then activate a person’s metabolism to burn the fat. It is a domino effect.
