I know Yogis should be always present here and now, but it's fun to look back, every now and then, to acknowledge our own success! 😉 I just went through a year that's been intense but satisfying. A year without me being hospitalized, which is quite amazing! A year of roaming around #amazingItaly, and guys, I live in a pretty awesome place: Rome, Florence, Pisa, Perugia, Milan... 😍 And I've become more aware of my body, and its connection with the soul. Camping was awesome! Which is not a thing I have maybe ever said before. Getting outside for 2 days with the love of my life, and spending some time on my mat outdoors was very cathartic.
