Israel has just bombed a hospital where hundreds of wounded and refugees were taking solace. Journalists in Gaza have reported there was hardly a single body whole in the aftermath (If you can stomach it, there's a video of a father holding what remains of his child). At least 500 people killed by IOF soldiers, who planned this action, got into an airplane and dropped that bomb willingly. The deadliest attack in five wars, according to the Ministry of Health.
Israel has denied ownership of the attack and said it was a misfired Hamas rocket. Originally, they celebrated it on their social media, saying they had destroyed a Hamas target, treating the deaths like an unfortunate collateral. After international backlash, they posted videos to their social media claiming it was a Hamas rocket. The video, though, shows a second explosion 40 minutes after the airstrike, and they edited it our of their tweet in a pathetic attempt at covering up.
Israel has said multiple times that they were going to bomb hospitals. They told doctors to evacuate and leave their patients to death because they were going to bomb, namely: Al Shifa, Shuhada Al Aqsa and the Quwaiti Hospital. Al Shifa housed at least 10.000 refugees and wounded, and worked as a hub for the press because it was one of the only hospitals that still had working generators. Medical crew worked with sirens blaring to signal the hospitals were not empty. This was a purposeful massacre. These people died hungry, thirsty and in pain because of the Israeli government's cruelty.
CNN and other media outlets already tried to pin the blame on Hamas, parroting back the pathetic propaganda being sold by the IOF. Even in death, Palestinians can't be respected and are used to further their own oppression. These people's deaths are not going to be in vain. Within our lifetimes, Palestine will be free.
Take action. The Labour Party in the UK had an emergency meeting today after several councilors threatened to resign if they didn't condemn Israeli war crimes. Calling to show your complaints works.

Protests in support have already erupted in Beirut, Madrid and Rabat in response to the shelling of the hospital. Join your local protest and raise your voices. For people in the US, Israel has just asked for additional $10bi in aid on top of the annual $3.8bi already given to them. Palestinians are asking that you refuse this loudly, with their every breath.
Here's a constantly updating list of protests:

Explore Nature With Your Chevy: 4 State Parks Near Fergus Falls, MN
Tumblr media
Looking for a perfect weekend or summer road trip? We’ve put together a guide to four of the best state parks near Fergus Falls, MN. There’s plenty to do in each of these locations! Enjoy hiking, camping, fishing, boating, and more in every park.
Central Lakes Trail Parking Area
This is a great place to start your hike. The parking area has access to the trail and restroom facilities. From here, you can hike south on the Central Lakes Trail, which runs along the shoreline of Lake Shetek. There are several campsites along this section of the trail, including one that’s open year-round.
The trail ends at the southern tip of Lake Shetek, where an observation platform provides a view of the lake, islands, and other water features in this region. The trail also connects to trails that travel north and east from this point.
Delagoon Park
Delagoon Park is located on the south shore of Ottertail Lake. It is a nice place to visit, especially during the summer months when you can enjoy a picnic with your family and friends. The park has a wide variety of activities that you can enjoy, including swimming, fishing, boating, and camping. You will also find an excellent playground for children at this location.
The park has a boat launch that provides access to the lake for boaters who want to enjoy fishing or other recreational activities. There are also restrooms available for visitors at this location.
Glendalough State Park
The most popular park in the area is Glendalough. This 1,395-acre park is located just 4 miles from Fergus Falls. It’s a great place to camp, hike, and fish. You can also find picnic areas and playgrounds for children. With over 30 miles of trails, you’ll find plenty of places to explore in the woods around this beautiful park.
Glendalough State Park has a unique spot in history: it was once home to an Irish monastery known as Glendalough.
Maplewood State Park
Maplewood State Park is a place of recreation and relaxation. It is Minnesota’s largest state park. It covers more than 8,500 acres of forest and prairie in western Minnesota. The park includes the headwaters of the Maple River, where visitors can enjoy swimming, canoeing, fishing, and camping. A playground is available for children at the campground area, and picnic tables are available throughout the park grounds.
Visitors can also enjoy snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, and ice fishing at Maplewood State Park during winter.
If you are looking for someplace new to camp this summer, consider the four parks listed above within close proximity to Fergus Falls. Each of these parks offers a variety of activities, services, and amenities to make your camping experience more enjoyable. Some of these destinations are a bit of a drive from Fergus Falls, so make sure you’re driving a car with great gas mileage like the new Chevrolet Traverse. Check one out at Minnesota Motor Company today!

St. Paul, MN – During the early morning hours of November 20, 50 pro-Palestine protesters gathered at the site of Lockheed Martin’s new microelectronics subsidiary, ForwardEdge ASIC, in Saint Paul. They unfurled long banners, one reading, “MN, divest from Lockheed,” and blocked the driveway entrances to the facility for almost eight hours.
Police arrived shortly after the activists occupied the space and made their presence throughout the day, but no arrests were made. Due to the protesters’ presence, no employees of ForwardEdge ASIC were able to enter the facility and go to work that morning. The parking lot remained empty save for a lone security guard’s vehicle.
Lockheed Martin is the world’s largest weapons company by revenue and one of the major suppliers to the Israel Defense Forces. Lockheed Martin supplies Israel with a wide variety of weapons, including fighter jets, attack helicopters, and missiles. Lockheed Martin technologies are also integrated into Israel's main weapon systems.
Activists participated in as part of the newly formed Free Palestine Coalition in the Twin Cities, which comprises groups such as the Anti-War Committee (AWC), American Muslims for Palestine – MN, Council on American-Islamic Relations – MN, Students for Justice in Palestine – UMN, Students for a Democratic Society – UMN, Women Against Military Madness (WAMM), Jews Against Genocide, Red Nation, and several others.
Protesters emphasized the role of the state of Minnesota in funding Lockheed as well as other companies that make possible Israel’s violence against Palestinians. “Minnesota granted Lockheed over $1 million to open the Saint Paul facility this year,” explained Wyatt Miller of the AWC. “Meanwhile, the State Board of Investments has invested over $53 million of public pension money it controls in Lockheed. Governor Tim Walz chairs that board, so we also want to send a message that Minnesotans don’t want to see our taxpayer dollars used to fund this massacre in any way.”
After protesters determined that a majority of the workday had been disrupted, they marched in unity towards the facility to plaster the building with the protest signs as a show of victory.
Sarah Martin, a longtime anti-war activist with WAMM who was prepared to be arrested Monday, stated, “Because of our presence, weapons components were not made at the facility today by a manufacturer largely responsible for the murder of Palestinian children.”
“Protesters across the world have been shutting down business as usual as long as this massacre of Gaza continues,” said Miller. “We are proud to do what we can to slow the operations of the U.S. military-industrial complex, which is the backbone of Israel’s oppression of Palestine.”

Minneopa Falls, Minnesota
What some waterfalls look like really depends on the time of year. There are some waterfalls you should only visit in the spring, and then there are other waterfalls that have a more reliable flow year-round. I’m not sure if Minneopa Falls “falls” into the spring category, but based on what I saw in October 2011, I would suggest visiting in late spring (since it’s Minnesota)! There was very…

Normally, when your wife would come back from missions, you'd be in the kitchen cooking dinner or dressing up all nice for her. Usually, just so she'd take it all off — but you felt so tired and sick this morning you woke up. You had no idea why. Were you pregnant? Probably not. You couldn't even check either. You didn't have any tests at home left, and you certainly didn't feel like getting up to buy any. Everything seemed too much for you today. The sunlight felt like it burned your vision. Even getting up, you felt terrible. You felt like you were letting Natasha down by not doing anything special for her welcome back.
“Moya lyubov, I'm home!” she stated as she walked into the house. Noticing that you weren't waiting for her outside the door or anything she called your name. “Y/N? .. Babe, what's wrong?” you suddenly became aware of her presence in the room. “Darling you're home!” her brows her furrowed in concern, “are you feeling alright detka?” she gently placed her hands on your shoulders and sat next to you on the bed. “I– I actually don't know..?” she sighed as she had a stern look on her face. “Okay! Okay.. I was nauseous all day today. I'm sorry I couldn't make dinner, or dress up nice for you..” she pressed her lips against your cheek, “hey! Your health comes first. You don't have to make dinner or dress up, baby.”
You smiled at her, “thank you. But I want to.” “Are you sick? Have you gone to the infirmary to check up?” she questions with a brow risen up. “I couldn't- felt dizzy.” she frowned and planted a light kiss on your forehead. “How 'bout I take you?” you chewed on the inside of your cheek before replying. “Uh– there's no need for that! Could you just take me to the pharmacy?” she nodded and got up from the bed, throwing her leather jacket back on.
The drive to the local pharmacy was silent. A calmness in the silence, it seems. After marrying an Avenger, silence is usually a bad thing. She parked the car in the parking lot and got out of the vehicle. “Nat you can wait out here! Y– you don't have to go with me.” she seemed suspicious of your actions but didn't question. “You sure?” “Mhm!” you step out of the car and quickly make your way inside the store. You looked around for the pregnancy tests and grabbed a few.
“That'll be 7 dollars.” the cashier scanned your items and put them in a bag. “Thank you, have a nice day.” you say as you hand them the money and leave. You peeked at the car window before putting the tests you just bought in your purse. “You didn't buy anything?” she asked when you got back in the car. “Um.. no– the pharmacy was all out of the painkillers I get.” she shot a ‘if you say so’ look and pulled out the driveway.
The drive back home didn't take that long. The traffic outside died down within the time you were inside the pharmacy. “Do you feel any better detka?” you looked up at her and nodded. Truth is, you didn't feel any better at all. You felt like you needed to throw up as soon as you two came back home. The second she unlocked the door to the apartment, you bolted into the bathroom. Natasha didn't have the chance to interfere and follow you to make sure you were okay, either. You flipped your hair to the side and vomited inside the toilet. You felt so terrible that your eyes watered within seconds.
“Babe what's wrong? Do you want me to come in?” your wife shouted from the other side of the door. You whined as you laid your head against the marble walls, “mn.. No! No thanks, Natty.. I'm fine, don't worry.” she sighed as she rested her forehead against the other side of the bathroom door. She knew you were lying, but she wouldn't force you to tell the truth. As much as it pained her that you weren't feeling well.
You snatch your purse that was left on the floor a few minutes ago and take out the pregnancy tests with shaky hands. You and Natasha talked about having kids before. You just never realized it would happen so soon. So you took the tests and waited for the results. You wiped away any tears that left your tired eyes as you stood there, waiting to find out if you were pregnant or not.
You sucked in a sharp breath as you saw two lines on all three tests. They were all positive. Oh God. You paced around the space of the bathroom till you gathered enough courage to get out and talk to your wife. You knew she was standing right outside the door. “Natasha?” you step out of the bathroom with the tests behind your back. Natasha turned to face you, “what's wrong, moya lyubov?” you nervously laughed as you brought your gaze to the floor beneath you. “I.. have something to tell you.” it's not that you thought she'd get upset, you knew this had been a dream you both had for awhile but it all happened so rather suddenly you didn't have a chance to react properly.
The corners of your lips quirked up into a tight smile as you slowly brought up the tests and placed them on the nightstand. “Detka what–” you bit back some tears and spoke, “I'm pregnant.” you took a deep breath before you went on, “oh my God. We're having a baby darling. Can you believe it?” you could clearly see the genuine smile and the love in her eyes as she chuckled. “Krasivaya.. I- I think I just fell in love with you all over again.” you felt her palms against your waist, “I love you. So much, Natty. So much.” you felt tears prick your eyes, not because of sadness, no. Joy. Joyful tears. “And I love you so much more, baby.”
“We need to move houses, babe.” she says as she takes off her jacket and lays down next to you. “Mhm?” you scooted over and laid your head on her chest. “How does a ‘cozy little, average home in the middle of nowhere’ sound to you?” she asked as she gently stroked your hair. “It's perfect. She's gonna be perfect.” she looks down at you, “She? Babe. The baby's going to be a boy. I'm always right.” you rolled your eyes as you snuggled closer to her. “Sure you are.”
The happy moment didn't last long. You felt nauseous and ran back into the bathroom, this time with Natasha following you. “Let it all out detka.. awe.” she pulled your hair back as your hands clutched at the sides of the toilet. “Nat. If you don't shut u–” you got interrupted with the urge to puke again. “This is not how I thought I'd spend your day back home from the missions..” you flushed the toilet before rinsing your mouth off with water. “Well, I'm still happy with how today went.” you shot her a glare, “uh, your wife is nauseous and throwing up, have some class Romanoff.” you left the bathroom and went back into the bedroom.
As the minutes passed and the sky outside got darker, you fell asleep into a deep slumber on top of your wife. With her strong arms protectively wrapped around you.
He, your darling angel little boy. Oh, how you missed him dearly. Why did they take him from you. Why? Why. Why must the Red Room want Alex? What has he done to deserve this? Nothing. Your sweet little boy didn't do anything. And you wanted him back home.

Minnesota has been a hot spot for Urbanism and Public Transport progress for the better part of the last couple of years.
I-35 is being removed and is now in the process of designing what the new stretch would look like, and if you want to read more on how and why they did this, I will drop their mission statement below
Olson Memorial Highway has been granted the funds to convert into a Boulevard
Lastly to take more about Minneapolis proper, a report done by Fortune in 2023 showcased that the removal of single house zone restrictions and building more mixed used housing that had a percentage carved out for lower income people, was the main reason Minneapolis was about to cool off inflation and basically stop the nation wide rental spike from hitting the cities.
To add on, HF 4009 is a bill that will shore up multifamily zoning and make sure towns and cities use the ground when they are available.
Minnesota is also taking a huge step, with a new law introduced last year to ban parking minimums state wide. Parking minimums are one of the main reasons single family homes take up so much space, and the large, dead parking lots that every shopping center has
And for the final thing, and the most important in my view, the Northern Lights Rail last year had funding allocated from the state for the project and are now waiting for the release of federal funds to complete the last 80% of the funding
Even though Minnesota is seen as a more quiet state where nothing really major happens, it goes to show that when the a group of passionate people gather and want to make a change, and are able to convince a state body to throw their weight around to get the grants for it, the sky's the limit on what can be done for communities
-Wamter
