My rules, regulations, and otps! 🚢 ♥

This is my blog’s very first post. I’ve written this post like four times because tumblr is mean and won’t save my stuff, I really hope you don’t hate it too much because of what I’ve written down.

This is my blog and my stuff, if you don’t like the things I have written, or you don’t share the same opinion with anything, please don’t be mean, just leave. I’m not changing my things and my opinions and my stuff for anyone. This is me, what I like and ship and what I don’t. So I’m not putting my stuff down for you. Like I said, if you don’t respect me and words, just go. I don’t want any hate here please.

Okay, that’s enough talk. Without further ado, onto the writing stuff!

What I am not comfortable writing: Vore, cannibalism, drugs, death, fight scenes, excessive violence ( example; flying limbs, legs being cut off, tongue being chomped off, etc.), orgies, harems, school setting (where the otp has like multiple classes and are apart for some), bananas, cucumbers, helicopters… Okay I’m getting a little off track but these are just some things I would probably never write about. More to be added later.

Paint Me: a drabble about one character drawing a picture of another

When Mabel had asked to paint Pacifica in oil, she had been flattered. Now, as the final product was revealed, Pacifica felt a deep wave of regret.

She stared at the portrait Mabel held aloft in wide eyed horror. Blissfully unaware, Mabel peered over the canvas and asked, “Well? What do you think?”

Pacifica was thinking a lot of things at the moment, but one question stood out among the many swirling thoughts.

“Why am I a cat?” she asked finally, doing an excellent job of concealing her distress.

Mabel laughed and rolled her eyes, as if the answer were obvious. “It’s a caticature, duh!”

Pacifica hummed and gave her a strained smile. Mabel seemed to sense she was less than thrilled, because he face fell and she lowered the painting.

“You don’t like it?” Mabel sounded like Pacifica had just told her that her birthday had been cancelled. Pacifica felt terrible.

She inspected the painting again closely, looking for a detail she could compliment. Despite her initial recoil, Pacifica had to admit that Mabel had accurately captured her likeness in the sleek yellow cat lounging on a velvet settee in a pink silk robe. A fireplace roared in the background and illuminated the cat’s figure – her figure, Pacifica reminded herself – in a halo of orange, perfectly contrasting the half-lidded blue eyes of the dozing cat. For a cat, even Pacifica had to admit it was quite stylish.

It was inarguably the most unflattering portrait that had ever been painted of Pacifica Northwest (and she had been painted many times). However, it was also the most thoughtful and creative portrait that had ever been painted of her.

“I love it,” Pacifica said suddenly, taking the painting out of Mabel’s hands.

Her girlfriend’s face lit up instantly. “Really? Oh, I’m so glad!”

With a squeal, Mabel threw her arms around Pacifica’s neck and pressed a squishy kiss to her cheek. Although Pacifica tried to look disgruntled, she couldn’t mask the smile that curved her lips.

“You know,” Mabel said, her voice dropping conspiratorially, “I was thinking of making this a series for my next gallery showing. Would you be willing to pose for me?”

Pacifica’s smile fell as she envisioned an entire gallery filled with portraits of her as a cat. She shuddered.

“Um…maybe you should find more models, just to add some variety,” Pacifica responded carefully. Her mind racing, she suggested, “I’m sure Dipper would be willing to pose for you.”

Mabel’s face lit up in excitement. “That’s an awesome idea! Thanks, Pazzy!”

She pressed another smacking kiss to her girlfriend’s cheek and added, “This is why we’re together. You’re the brains, and I’m the creative person!”

Pacifica nodded to appease Mabel, already thinking of which room of her condo she could display the painting where the least number of guests would see it. Not that she didn’t appreciate it; she just didn’t want to force her friends to look at a painting of her as a cat while they shared dinner or washed up in the bathroom. Maybe her walk-in closet…

“I’m gonna text Dipper, see if he has time this weekend to pose for me.” Mabel was too deep in her own brainstorming to realize that Pacifica wasn’t all there. After a beat, Mabel asked, “Do you think he’d wear his Mystery Hunter gear for the sitting if I asked him really nicely?”

Pacifica bit down on the inside of her cheek to resist the urge to laugh. “I’m sure Dipper would love to pose for a caticature in his work gear. That would be some awesome promo for his webseries.”

“Genius!” Mabel exclaimed. “You’re always thinking business, babe.”

Pacifica smiled, pleased that she would soon be joined in caticature hell by her girlfriend’s brother. “Happy to help.”

Author’s note: I can’t fricking believe Mabel created a fursona for Pacifica.
