ahem normal enderman majority of them are born with typicial paddern of runing when chaseing prey, however they migth adapt to other chase patterns as life goes but eth has another entirely built chase position thats of a dinassour which is acutley quite rare almost NEVER a enderman could ever think of a padern that involves of that of more aerodinamic paderns to chase by that using the end of their toes to put more pressure and walk faster.

CASE VS. IMPLANTOLOGY, PERIODONTICS AND ROOT CANAL THERAPY (MALPRACTICE)

Our client, Dr. Steve Mark Gan (“Dr. Gan”), would like to correct the one-sided, defamatory news article titled “Resumption of case vs dentist urged” (News, 6/29/15).

The article made mention of Dr. Reynaldo B. Garcia’s petition for the Board of Dentistry to proceed with the hearing of the case filed by the Philippine Dental Association (PDA) against Steve Mark G. Gan (Administrative Case No. L-1091) after the Court of Appeals, in a 2013 decision, upheld the authority previously given by the PDA to Garcia. However, the article failed to disclose the subsequent and prevailing resolution dated Sept. 17, 2014, issued by the PDA board which dismissed and withdrew the case.

Thus, in so far as complainant PDA is concerned, the case is closed and terminated. Hence, Garcia has no more authority to pursue the case for the PDA.

The article also stated the findings of the PDA ad hoc committee, recommending the filing of the case. However, it failed to disclose the fact that the Board of Dentistry has rendered a decision in the case of “Steve Mark Gan vs Reynaldo B. Garcia” (Administrative Case No. 526), suspending for three months the PRC license of Garcia for disregarding Gan’s right to due process when he recommended the filing of a case against Gan. The Board of Dentistry ruled that the act of Garcia violated Sections 1 and 6 of the Code of Ethics for Dentists. According to Section 1, a dentist must conduct himself in such a manner as to hold his profession in high esteem, while Section 6 says that a dentist shall conduct himself in a manner completely above suspicion or reproach.

If the reporter and the Inquirer had been prudent and diligent enough to research the records of the pertinent cases or had given our client the opportunity to air his side, then the distortions reported in the article could have been avoided. By failing so, the Inquirer in effect allowed itself to be used by Garcia to publicly malign our client.

Greetings, Dudes and Dudettes, my name is Fifi Mae and this is my new blog.

This will be primarily an art blog, for a while there will be a mix of old art from my archives and brand new art.

My main types of art are fashion and graphic designs.

I have had a passion for fashion since I was nine; i used to use these plastic stencils to draw dresses and outfits that were usually not the most stylish, but it helped me grow. Over the years I filled many many sketch books with designs as well as other experiments with art, including character design. My designs have been described as ‘Unique but not costume-ie,’; many of my designs are inspired by food, fantasy, my nerdy interests and other miscellaneous objects, and are designed in a way that you know where the inspo comes from without being tacky or…well ‘costume-ie’.

My love for graphic design started when I was 13, I had this Chromebook and started using free art programs like Deviantart Muro and SumoPaint (shout out to anyone who use those programs too,). The programs included brushes with paderns and stamps and using those I would make wallpapers and folder covers. As I got older I continued with other programs, including ibisPaint and Audodesk Sketchbook, and eventually ProCreate. I have experimented with Logos but my main love is wallpapers, journal and notebook covers, phone, tablet, and laptop cases, stickers, posters, and in general what ever I can put my designs on.

Overall my art is very colorful. I have a love for celestial themes; stars and galaxies, as well as the sky and sunsets. As well as nature themes especially flowers. I also use a lot of ornate swirls and mandalas. My favorite thing to do is recreating textures, mostly glitter and denim/fabric.

Outside of digital art, I also love textile arts; sewing, arts and crafts, knitting and crocheting, embroidery, jewelry making and more. I have been sewing since I was 12, continuing and improving as I got older, tho I mostly stick to smaller projects. I was big into jewelry making when I was 14 and still enjoy it to this day. I didn’t really start knitting/crocheting till I was 18/19 when I finally got the hang of it.

That’s all I have to say for now, I will start posting soon but I wanted to make this Intro for the new blog.

Day 6: Balcony roads, heading east

I woke to the sound of cuckoos, my sleeping gear still a bit damp but bearable. I sat in the heart of the woodland, hoping for a break of sunshine to dry it out. Breakfast was instant noodles, with coffee on the stove.

Stumbling upon a renowned balcony road on my way to this campsite got me curious about other similar routes in the vicinity. To my good fortune, I discovered two more nearby – Gorges de Galamus and Gorges de Padern.

The Gorges de Galamus was an unnervingly narrow path, meaning first gear all the way. The sight of the sandy-colored gorge basin in contrast with a radiant blue river and imposing light grey cliffs was captivating. A 1 foot barrier allowed a clear view but served as a stark reminder of the potential risks - a small error, swerving a cyclist or unexpected gravel could spell disaster.

The ride to Gorges de Padern presented a warm, dusty panorama filled with acacia-covered valleys. I took a break at a quaint place called Sport Padern for a homemade artisanal cola beforehand.

Despite knowing my general direction – east across France – I was somewhat directionless. I disliked the idea of motorways and was in no hurry to rush into another forecasted storm near the French Alps. So, I decided to let the road dictate my journey for the day.

I ride several pleasant routes, eventually reaching the serene village of Termes. A stream ran through it, accompanied by a small, casual cafe restaurant. The friendly locals sent their dogs over for greetings; one Shiba mix decided to make my lap its preferred lounging spot. For lunch, I (and my new canine friend) shared a perfectly cooked Pave du Saumon with an orange and pomegranate sauce.

The remainder of the day unfolded in a relaxed manner as I meandered easterly on the D40 toward the D212, even completing another scenic route through Gorges du Tement. I decided to head towards Parc Naturel du Haut-Languedoc, which sounded like it might promise a naturalistic setting.

I forget the next roads, but my exploration was rewarded with the delightful D907, which offered a first taste of the Mediterranean like atmosphere. Driving through vast stretches of vineyards and olive farms, I could feel the Mediterranean like warmth, quite literally, as the day's temperature peaked at 33 degrees Celsius.

This road was the first on my journey that made me yearn for a sports bike. The road was inviting, with each bend encouraging speed and, if I was more talented, knee-down maneuvers.

Eventually, my Guzzi started overheating, leading me to an unexpected encounter with an old van selling pizza in the middle of nowhere. The owner, a fellow biker, was setting up for the day. As we watched a Panigale V4S scream by, he likened the D907 to a TT circuit. Our shared enthusiasm for biking forged a connection, and we ended up chatting for for around an hour. Excited to share his favourite roads with me, he helped me chart a fantastic route toward my destination in the Alps, a testimony to the unexpected rewards of aimless exploration. Sadly, I never got his name.

My campsite for the night is another municipal bargain at 5 euros, the Camping Le Municipal Le Claps. I’m camped in a private little enclave under the shade of acacia trees. Compared to other days, I arrived earlier, relishing the opportunity to finally peel off my riding gear, especially my Kevlar leggings which hadn't seen the light of day in a while. And let's not forget about my underwear...

Currently sat down to plan my next day, equipped with a new route thanks to the friendly pizza van biker. This once directionless day had turned into a serendipitous adventure, leaving me with some memorable experiences and scenic delights.

Ciclista morre atropelado por táxi em Loulé

Um ciclista morreu esta quinta-feira de madrugada depois de um taxista ter colidido com a bicicleta em que seguia, na Estrada Nacional (EN) 270, em Boliqueime (Loulé), tendo depois abandonado o local, disse à Lusa fonte da GNR.

O condutor do táxi deslocou-se de Lisboa ao Algarve para deixar um passageiro numa unidade hoteleira da região e, por volta das 03h30, "colidiu com um ciclista, causando a sua morte e abandonando depois o local do acidente", precisou o capitão António Ramos, das Relações Públicas do Comando Territorial de Faro da GNR.

A vítima é um homem de 20 anos e o condutor do táxi, depois de ter deixado o passageiro na unidade hoteleira de destino, "acionou o reboque e um veículo TVDE [transporte individual de passageiros]" para o levar de regresso a Lisboa, adiantou a mesma fonte.

"Alertado o Núcleo de Investigação de Crimes de Acidente de Viação (NICAV) da GNR, as patrulhas que estavam no terreno conseguiram detetar o reboque, com o veículo acidentado, que tinha indícios do acidente", referiu o oficial da GNR.

Depois de confirmar que aquele era o veículo envolvido no acidente e com a informação disponibilizada pelo condutor do reboque, os militares perceberam "qual seria o veículo TVDE" onde seguia o condutor do táxi acidentado e "acabaram por intercetá-lo nas portagens da A2, em Paderne", no concelho de Albufeira, acrescentou.

"O taxista foi constituído arguido, o processo decorre sob investigação e o táxi foi apreendido", disse ainda a fonte da GNR, frisando que foram feitas análises ao sangue ao condutor do táxi e "os resultados serão depois adjuntos ao processo".

O corpo da vítima foi levado para Gabinete de Medicina Legal do Hospital de Faro, unidade do Centro Hospitalar Universitário do Algarve, disse ainda o oficial da GNR.

I was driving through Paderne, and I had just crossed that lovely narrow yellow bridge that goes into Purgatório, when I noticed out of the corner of my eye a scaffold tower up against a wall and an amazing painting under construction.
