After you had found Ravi sketching on a scrap of paper, he confided in you about his art and his mother who didn't approve, and you expressed your support of his artwork. And so it became common for you to join him, watching as he covered up graffiti with paintings, and his latest project was going to be his biggest task yet. It wasn't the first time you had to turn down his offer to join him due to work, and it wasn't the first time you had practially ran all the way to meet him once your shift ended just to see his latest painting.

By the time you arrived Ravi was gone but the painting was completed. You stared in awe at the detail in the parrots wings, the individual waves in the water and the shadows on the sand. When you noticed the cart he had brought with him was abandoned you realized he had been interupted and as you looked at the painting you realized there was something missing.

Hours later Ravi returned to the building, finding you using a fine brush to add details and a small smile appeared on his lips when you turned to him, brown paint on your neck and cheek.

"What are you doing?" He asked.

You stepped back, standing next to him as he looked at the additions to the painting you had designed together. "It's us." You spoke up after a few moments. "Or, us from the back of our heads and our arms. And hands." You gestured to the hair visibale above the stripped beach chair and the two people holding hands. Ravi remained silent and so you began to ramble as you explained, growing more nervous the longer he stayed quiet. "I just thought - well - if I was going to be on a beach somewhere with palm trees it would be with you. Not that we do everything together. I just -"

Ravi sent you an amused smile. "Y/N." You stopped rambling and he took your hand. "I love it."

You sighed in relief, "Really?"

He nodded, placing an arm around you as you both turned to the painting. "Yeah. It's perfect." You smiled when he kissed your forehead, resting your head on his shoulder as you admired the completed painting.

There's a gasp. "Ravi," Nate says, coming out from behind a large piece of sheet metal. "What's up?" he asks with a nervous smile.

Ravi smiles at Nate. "I've been looking for you," he says. "What have you been doing?"

Nate gives him a smile, genuine and happy. "Working on something," he replies.

Ravi offers his hand and Nate takes it. "Okay. Come on, Zoey wants to have a movie night."

"Oh," Nate replies, following Ravi as the Blue Ranger tugs him out of the lab. "What are we watching?"

Ravi grins mischievously. "Our pick," he replies.

Nate laughs. "You're gonna put on Lord of the Rings aren't you?"

Ravi nods, unashamed. "You know me well."

For a person that dines in alone, he certainly takes up as much space as humanly possible. The food hadn’t even arrived yet and Ravi acts bloated. Legs sprawling beneath the square table ( even poked outside the edges as a tripping hazard ) and the back of his seat nearly touches the table behind. Any hinderances the server experiences falls on blind eyes ( or selective sight as he liked to call it ) the moment his order comes into the picture.

Both hands rub together as his eyes feast first. Nothing like a heaping plate full of eggs, crawfish tails, andouille, cheese, veggies, and perfectly roasted potatoes to catch his full attention. A clatter of utensils sound as the napkin's situated over his lap. Get the tail of his tie out of the way and –

A glance is thrown to the front when cheap bells announce another customer. “Whoa, perfect timing— grab a seat, join me for lunch!” Ravi crows with a big wave of hand.
