#.pdf #rd #bored earlier started doing long division on paper for fun ended up calculating answer to like 28 decimal places before it started to repeat #used to do this in middle school math class i was too shy to get up and borrow one of the fancy calculators so whenever we had to do square- #-roots and shit i wouldjust fucking guess and divide into the thing and if i was wrong id guess lower/higher and just keep doing tjat #until i was within the decimal place we were supposed to be rounding to 👍 #just a little Lore for you all. btw im NOT good at math not trying to sound smart about this. i just really really like patterns and- #-the process of breaking numbers down into smaller and smaller pieces 👍 also seeing how many decimal places before it terminates/repeats #all other math is evil and kills me long division is the only math thing i will ever do just for fun

i found mlp:fim on netflix with korean audio..!! so i watched a few eps... kor listening practice... and the kr dub is honestly p good!! all the voices were decent to good... rainbow dash's voice is my fav, she sounded so cute🥹🥹 ok here's my rating:

1. rainbow dash: cute, boyish, raspy like the og, kind of pouty sound when she complains, it was rly cute... just as good or even better than og (btw same VA as mala sauce cookie in crk)🥺 i liked all her deliveries... adowable...

2. apple jack: doesnt have the southern accent like the og ofc but she has a cute deeper boyish voice so i liked it lol

3. pinkie pie: the og pinkie pie is the best, but her VA did a rly good job, she def sounds accurate to pinkie pie!! cute i love pinkie... singing wasnt as good as og but like good enough

4. rarity: her VA did a good job!! its rly hard to beat her og voice but i think her VA did a rly good job w the dramatic acting, i think it was v fitting/accurate

+ spike: sounded cute! not much to say but i liked his voice better than the og tbh

5. twilight: good enough! her voice is v recognizable to me (parfait cookie VA) but I liked that it sounded diff from the og voice, gave a diff sound to the mc. She did a good job but just not my fav voice

+ celestia: good enough! deep and did sound fitting to a queen-like chara, but i like her og voice better... her VA has sm range tho (same va as gingerbrave lol)

6. fluttershy: again, good enough! i just think she didnt sound as cute as the og and some of the delivery didnt hit as hard(like the yelling/angry parts)🥺 i think the VA did a pretty good job but for ex. i could picture other VAs sounding more fitting... (like white lily or pumpkin pie VA)

been thinking about keiki touhou more than usual lately and it's all because of a remix of her theme thats actually pkmn area zero music and gregorian chants with imagery of her as a very morally ambiguous buddhist icon. from the same circle who also made a keiki remix referencing francis bacon. I'm sorry to people who do not listen to DYZ if this sounds insane but I think I'm in my keiki creative era now

Hmm...so people thought Casey Cott's voice didn't stack up on Broadway.

Which, not a huge shock (he also suffers from lesser-talented-brother syndrome, poor soul) but it really makes you think, if the best voice in the RD cast is woefully out of his depth on Broadway, then a) Broadway has some spectacularly talented singers and b) literally the entire RD cast would be completely unable to do Broadway. And I, for one, having suffered through way too many musical numbers in this godforsaken show, am thankful for that.
