The second the door closed, signaling that you left a shiver ran down Rans back, the consequences of his actions only settling now. Rindou was frozen to the spot, not expecting things to turn out the way they just did.
With a deep sigh Ran sat down on the couch, staring with empty eyes at the broken television, his hand still tingling from how hard He hit you just moments ago “She had no right saying that to you” He mumbled to his younger brother, trying to find a reason to why He did what He just did. As if Rindou had woken up from his frozen state He shook his head “She was right though… I just destroyed both of your lifes with a lie” He mumbled full of regret, Rans head snapping over to him “what do you mean - a lie?” He asked way too calm, having fear bubbling up in the younger Haitani again. “It was me. I’ve been teaching her to fight for a while now. I broke the baton and the TV on accident” He admitted, voice barely above a whisper which caused Ran to lose it completely, trashing the whole apartment in a fit of rage before He stormed out, needing to be alone. He wished he can just go tot you now, pull you against his chest as he apologizes for hurting you but no matter what he said, nothing would be enough and he certainly knew better than to go to you now, it would only get worse.
Weeks went by with Radio silence from both sides, missing your boyfriend despite what he did, regretting what you said to Rindou in a fit of rage - maybe you deserved to be slapped back to reality. What you didn’t expect when you heard a knock on the door, was to see the younger Haitani actually standing in your doo, forcing himself inside so you have to listen „Please y/n just one minute and i will be gone“ he pleaded and you granted him said one minute in which he apologized dearly, letting you know just how full of regret he is. „It’s okay if you don’t forgive me but please go and see Ran… He’s miserable without you. All he does is work and get drunk - that’s not him“ he mumbled upset, hating the shell his brother has become. „He is miserable“ you ask with fake amusement „I had to cover the bruise for a week. He hit me Rindou… Did he ever once consider how miserable i was?“ You spat, tears welling at your eyes as you shoved RIndou towards the door.
Yet another surprise waited for you, a half drunk Ran sitting next to your door - has he been there all this time? He jumped to his feet the second the door opened, not daring to meet your eyes „Please my Bunny… Let me apologize“ he said sincere, feeling himself sober up at the seriousness of the situation. You sighed, shaking slightly because this was all too much, still letting him come in before all your neighbors hear anything. „What i did was wrong but i can't turn back time… i can only ask for your forgiveness and be a better man, be better for you - if you let me that is“ He began, unsure of where to start „Please forgive my mistake, i never meant to lose my temper and hurt you, never wanted to scare you, i promised that“ he continued, eyes bloodshot and glossy from the lack of sleep, alcohol and the way he tries not to break down in front of you.
You knew you crossed a line that day and that he wasn’t in his right mind at that moment so you lifted your hand, Ran almost flinching, thinking you would slap him. However your hand came to rest on his cheek in a loving way, having him leaning into your touch „I forgive you Ran Haitani but things need to change. You have to stop treating me like a fancy prisoner and let me do things i want to do“ You said serious, eyes connecting with his as he nodded „everything for you, Bunny“ He said sincere, hoping the nightmares of hurting you will stop now that you will be with him again.
☰ Rindou:
This was the last Party Rindou had, barely even leaving his room for weeks except for work. He became a shell of himself, quiet, depressed even. But no matter what he did, he couldn’t get over you, barely remembering what exactly happened, just flashes of how his hand connected with your cheek in a drunken rage of jealousy.
It came to a surprise to Ran when he got home and there was music blasting, people filling the apartment again after weeks of deafening silence. Did he finally move on? Did he apologize and everything is okay again? When he finally found the younger Haitani to ask what going on his blood was boiling, seeing another woman in his arms instead of your familiar face. Stalking over to him with long Stepps he ripped him away from the woman, fist connecting with his jaw but Rindou didn’t even try to dodge it, as if he needed this wake up call, as if he would punish himself with it. „Did you at least apologize to her before you fuck around?“ He asked with a voice full of anger, Rin only shrugging „She wouldn’t want to hear it. Need to forget her“ he said cold, unable to stand this loneliness, the pain in his heart. Yes, he knows how wrong this was but he cant take it anymore, the silence and knowing that you don’t love him anymore. The image of seeing you in his brothers bed - even if it was nothing serious - was burned into his head, unable to shake the feeling of regret at how he neglected you.
Before he even realized that minutes had past as he daydreamed, the people got sent out by Ran, chased out of their shared apartment as Rindou just watched, sitting down on the couch with his face buried in his hands. He craved your touch, your love, the way you always cared for him and your smile - how long has it been since he even seen it?
Weeks passed again and Rindou became a shell of himself again, trying to accept the fact that it was his lack of attention and the way he physically hurt you was what made you leave him, running away from him actually and he deserved it. What he didn’t know is that you actually agreed to come to the older Haitanis birthday party, something small with just good friends. In fact he didn’t know until he saw you grab some snacks in the kitchen, quickly rushing to his brother. „How could you invite her? I can not… I’m not ready to see her“ He said rather worried and Ran shrugged „She’s my friend. And last time i checked you didn’t car about her being here“ He snapped, not caring for Rindous feelings as he was the one who fucked it up, not you.
He spent the majority of the night watching you from across the room, trying to come up with the right words but they all seemed to fade when you made your way up to him. The next thing he felt was how your hand connected with his cheek, the burning sensation setting in right away as you winced from the pain it caused your hand. „That’s for hurting me and accusing me of sleeping with your brother“ you mumble and apologies came flooding out of him right away, only shutting up when your palm caressed his red cheek, soothing the pain and drowning out all noises around him as if it was only you and him in the apartment.
„I forgive you… but i need you to pay more attention to me again, just like you used to do“ You mumble softly, kissing the corner of his lips which made him melt. He threw you over his shoulder and took you to his room, ending the party early for the two of you „Let me hold you, yes? I missed you… a lot“ he admitted, blush spreading across his cheeks when you opened your arms to welcome him back into your heart.
☰ Sanzu:
The moment you left, Sanzu lost himself, he lost his touch to reality, the ground beneath his feet. All he felt was the feeling of falling and spiraling down without anything to hold onto. He knew that you were the only good thing in his life and that he didn't deserve you, not even close but he needed you to stay sane, to function and to wake up every morning.
Of course he would never leave Mikey behind, he would never even think of doing such a thing. But in order to deal with everything Mikey brought along, he needed you to even it out, to have you bring love, care and the good moments in his life. And how miserable he felt to even depend on you the way he did, he was an adult after all and can't expect you to be there for him if he can give you nothing in return, not even his time, not even the bare minimum.
So when he saw you walking on the other side of the street, way past midnight he thought his mind was playing tricks on him yet again until you too seemed to notice his presence, looking at him like a deer caught in headlights before hurrying away from the scene. Sanzu didn’t even think twice to go after you, leaving Mikey behind and not looking out for the traffic, all he could think of was - you.
When he finally caught up to you, he gently held onto your arm as if you would evaporate under his touch „y/n… Angel, please don’t run away from me“ he begged with a weak voice. You looked past him, making sure Mikey was far enough from you „Haru, i can’t . He told me to leave or else he will kill me“ you said full of fear, knowing what he’s capable of but Sanzu shook his head „i promise, i make you my priority. I will never lay a single finger on you again if my touch isn’t full of love“ he reassured you, deadest on keeping his promise but you took your hand out of his „I know Haru… But I can not go on like that with Mik-„ you tried to reason but he interrupted you „I will kill him if he even thinks about hurting you. You’re everything to me - but don’t make me choose please“ he declared in a desperate way and you believed him, you believed the seriousness in his eyes to protect you and to be there for you again.
A long sigh escaped your lips before you pressed a small kiss to both of Sanzus hands „I forgive you for what you’ve done but I’m not ready to forgive Mikey yet. Let’s go home, yes? Let us take things slow“ you mumbled, missing the moments spent between the two of you. Without so much as a look towards Mikey he nodded „Let’s go home my Angel… Let’s take care of the rest later“ he agreed, giving you the smallest smile as your fingers locked with his.

Note about Gaza
I will be posting good news (as much good news as there can be in this sort of situation) about the ongoing genocide in Gaza, because one of the most important ways to help is to refuse to be silent. Palestinians in Gaza have asked us to please keep talking about it, that it really does help, so I’m going to listen.
And honestly, my disabilities significantly interfere with my ability to take irl action like going to protests, so using what platform I have here really is all the more important to me. (Though I am also setting a notif on my phone to remind me to call my representatives every few days, and I encourage you to do the same if feasible.)
All that said! It is completely legitimate to need a break from horrific news (a huge part of why I started this blog), and it’s also legitimate to say “I need to find out about this stuff Not from my tumblr dash.”
If news about the war/genocide (esp on social media specifically) is making you spiral and shit, then I genuinely encourage you to filter out these posts. I’m not judging. I have significant filters around what Israel/Palestine stuff I see on here myself, because I want to be very intentional about the times I do engage with it. (Which is every few days and via the Actual News.)
I’m committing to fact-checking this stuff before posting, fyi, even with reblogs.

You put me in a situation right here 😭 I hate having to choose because I just love everyone and don't like leaving people out xD BUT, if i do really have to choose i'd go with @next-autopsy and @malarkgirlypop because of their fics! I don't keep up with a lot of reading so I only really know their works, and i absolutely FUCKING LOVE THEM!!!! And @sweetxvanixlla because oh my god. Those moodboards. I get the feelings. Also, @samwinchesterslostshoe because drawings. OH MY GOD THAT IS INSANE. Love my boy Antonio Julian Spiegeon.

25. What colors do your mutuals remind you of?
Ok. Starting up with you, @luckynumber4, definetely dark or navy blue. I think it's because of your blog aesthetic but really, the url also fits and I love it.
@next-autopsy is emerald green. It's the color she uses on her fic and I cannot see Nex without thinking of that color anymore.
@xxluckystrike i think you remind me of gold. Like, golden flower fields; your personality definetely makes me think of that.
@malarkgirlypop is seafoam OR pink (that really strong one almost radioactive.) The seafom is because it simply fits her so fucking well??? Goes amazingly with her hair too. And the pink is because of her personality. She's just so radiant and catches your attentionwithouteven trying. Love it.
@land-sh is definetely wine. Yes its because of the blog. Fight me.
@sweetxvanixlla is this color: 🩵. Its an emoji she always uses and I cannot see this color anymore and not think of her; just amazing.
@georgieluz is lavander. That's it. He makes me think of it and I love that.
@footprintsinthesxnd is moss green. Idk but just gives ne the vibes; I think its simply so pretty and a not very appreciated color (yeah this is a call out. Everyone should appreciate Jess a lot. Love her.)
@coco-bean-1218 is light pink. Mostly because of her old pfp, but also because she seems soft and is so very kind! Light pink fits her a lot.
@whollyjoly is orange, mostly because that flower crown in her pfp always catches my eye (i fucking love that holy shit).

My Last Minute and Probably Wrong Guesses for @tmbswhodunit (and my undoubtedly flawed logic to go along with it)
Drumroll please...
Petrichor - @mashpotatoequeen
The title is lowercase and most of her recent titles are also lowercase
Many of her fics have titles like this (fancy words like eucatastrophe or bellis perennis)
This fic is very beautiful, amazing word choice, gorgeous visuals (which is what I really love about her writing 💖). I also enjoyed Constance and Sticky's sibling dynamic very much!
We'll Both Be Completely Home in Midair - @oflightningandstars
The title of this fic on AO3 ends in a period, which Moth has done on occasion
The AO3 version also lists where the title is from, which is a Moth staple
The fic is locked. Moth is one of the only people who consistently locks his fics
Even when you ignore the first three points that make me look overly analytic (sorry), the fic is about aliens, which is very similar to the "Cirque des Etoiles" concept which involves stars and spaces AND the Dr. Who AUs, which at some point involved Moth.
The writing, characterization, and concepts are also absolutely beautiful, so they match Moth's style perfectly!
Steady On - @mvshortcut
Milk always double spaces between their paragraphs and also this feels a lot like Milk's writing (and had me on the edge of my seat the whole time! seriously the part where Martina doesn't take Mr. Benedict's hand...why do you do this to me... /lh /I loved this fic!)
Milk's titles are all capital letters, so this fits that (sadly so do many of these fics, but that at least narrows it down)
Milk consistently tags both the books and shows for their fics. There are only two fics in this that fit that requirement. It was for this specific reason that I only tagged the TV show for my own fic (at least for now. I'll probably edit my tags now that the exchange is over).
The Interview - @acollectionofcuriousreblogs
Summary is a longer sentence, other authors usually use shorter ones.
The way the paragraphs are spaced is very similar to her other fics
The angst is AMAZING and very similar to that one snippet I saw on her tumblr during whumptor with her OC's (which was also very well written, but also hurts??? And what happens to Sticky??? The public (me) needs to know! /lh /great writing).

The fic is unrated, and some of her fics on AO3 are also unrated, which is generally rare.
I really enjoyed this fic. The line "some has Godfathered my daughter" made me laugh. 😂
Art: A Psychic Among Us - @heyitsthatonesmolgay
Has made fan art for me before (which I love😍) however, that was a pencil sketch, so it's hard to compare the styles.
You can make gifs and animations for free with fire alpaca (according to google) which I know Nick uses
The way Nick titled the fan art was to put "art" or "fan art" before the title of the art in all caps, which matches this style.
This art is fantastic, I love the animation, I love the concept, just...all of it. 10/10. Anyone in the fandom who makes art is officially a wizard in my book because I don't know how they do it.
Fairytale- @fandom-queen-13
This one gave me the most trouble out of all of them by far. At first I was 100% sure fandom-queen-13 was the one who made some of the fanart, because I have art drawn by her for my SOS fic (if you haven't see it, it's amazing!) BUT! The art submitted to the exchange didn't match the style. Also, I know Crow does a lot of fairytale AUs, and I know Sophie and I have talked about them too, so that really threw me off. HOWEVER, there were three key things about this fic that tipped me off:
1) The bold alternating text in the fic and use of ~ matches other works of hers on AO3
2) The fact that it says in the description that this fic was inspired by "@sergentsporks". There is no one with that URL on AO3 or tumblr, HOWEVER, there IS someone named "@/sergeantsporks" and I found this post: https://www.tumblr.com/sergeantsporks/695958143301255168?source=share. Only one person in our fandom liked the post. Once I figured that out, it cracked the case wide open (unless of course someone else liked and unliked the post in which case this entire guess post is completely wrong. If that is the case then um...my bad? 🤷🏻♀️)
3) The writing is amazing and completely blew me away, not unlike the art style I'm more familiar with. Seriously, this was a FANTASTIC concept and I loved it so much! Werewolf Kate and Milligan my beloveds!
Card Games - @ae-jurumi
This one was difficult. Once I determined that fandom-queen-13 was in fact likely NOT an artist, I was down to Amphibian and surprisingly, realized at the last minute that I forgot to consider Sophie as an artist. I've seen some art from Amphibian in the past, but it can be hard to track down because they have two blogs, and as for Sophie, she writes such great fic that I find myself forgetting "oh yeah, she's also an amazing artist, like really good???" however, I had to go with amphibious entity for this. Why? The art seemed slightly more their style, and most of Sophie's recent fics have titles where all words were capitalized.
Most seem to agree with me, as the tmbswhodunit poll had them winning for this
Has only written one fic that I know of (which was INCREDIBLE everyone read it) but the odds of them doing art for the exchange seemed higher
This art was amazing. It's so beautiful, I can't even tell if you drew it or use software to do it, but either way, it's incredible and proves my earlier point that all fandom artists are wizards.
I Have Spent My Entire Life Clamoring Towards It - @mysteriouseggsbenedict
All words of title are lowercase which Frances sometimes does
Posted to an anon collection as well as WhoDunIt and I know from the discord that Frances was worried about the fic being posted properly
Mary Oliver is a poet, and we know Frances studies library science
A wonderful and sweet fic, and we know that Frances is a wonderful and sweet person. Suspicious. /lh /affectionate
Seriously a very wonderful fic. I love anything where Nicholas Benedict is a good dad and a good mentor.
Cat Fic - @crow-in-springtime
Second word of title is lowercase, which is consistent with how recent fics on AO3 are titled
Author took finals according to the tags, and Crow is in the right age range for this
Has tagged fics "I wrote this instead of sleeping" before
Usually writes fairytale focused content (which I LOVE), however, this fic also seems very much in the wonderful adorable whimsical style of Crow
Crow also tags both the TV show and Book on AO3 (as does this fic)
I love this fic. But the cliffhanger though: what is the cat's name??? 👀
Don't Grow Up Too Fast - @sophieswundergarten
It is to my great shame that this took me the longest to guess and it might not even be correct
But it matches the technicalities of Sophie's writing: the use of long dashes, each word of the title is capitalized.
The biggest give away is that it’s one of the only works Sophie DIDN’T give kudos to, and you can’t leave kudos on your own work.
Also, the writing really does feel like Sophie. I know she loves nicknames, and the "Pen/Penny" thing is a nickname. So. There's a clue right there.
She also loves sibling dynamics, so focusing on Rhonda and Number Two's relationship fits that too.
Sophie already commented on two other fics and she doesn’t seem like the type to comment on her own fic and throw everyone off (would be impressed if she did though)
The writing leaves me with a warm feeling that I get whenever I read fluff by Sophie. So the more I think about it, there more confident I am about this guess. I think I just had to eliminate a few other choices first.

And...finally...as many were quick to guess both on tumblr and in the discord:
Sirens of the Sea and Sky - @nobodysdaydreams
The Crangst (Crack + Angst) style is my bread and butter (though I usually emphasize the angst more).
It’s the longest fic in the bunch, because in classic Bods fashion, I never know when to quit. The whole paragraph of backstory was completely unnecessary.
Also in classic Bods fashion, the fic has a glaring typo (I wrote that Mermaid Curtain drove into the water instead of dove into the water. I fixed it on AO3 but not before everyone read it on tumblr. Oh well. At least this way we can imagine mermaid Curtain driving his golf cart into the sea).
Genuinely curious to know the exact moment in the fic that made @sophieswundergarten and @myfairkatiecat go "oh gosh dang it Bods" and all but @ me and/or private message me about it (as I suspected they might).
Don't judge me. This is finals did to my brain. They melted my mind. I swear, if this is the first fic of mine you've read, literally any of the other 7 works on my AO3 are so much better than this, I promise.
Really, who else could it be? Who else would do this? The silliness and absurdity haunts me like a plague. I will never be free. Never. I didn't even try to make this funny, this is just what my brain is like 24/7. I've never seen one episode of Sailor Moon and have barely watched any H2O and that was years ago. So why write that into a fic? I don't have the answer. I know not what I do. But I hope that at least some of you enjoyed it, because despite everything, I really enjoyed writing it!

there are far too many people in the whump-creating world i look up to for me to fit all of them into this post, so i'm going to focus on just a special subset of people.
i was a lurker in the whump community for about a year before i actually joined it. i didn't have a whump blog. every night, i would individually type out the urls of a few whump authors whose works i admired to check if they'd put out new content and read it. this is how i got into whump, and i would never have started writing my own whump content without seeing these creators do it first.
here are the first whump authors i ever read and the stories i read from them at the time. their works inspired me to start writing!

hi jessica!
to say the vibes have been off lately would be an understatement, wouldn’t it? because there has been a lot of negativity, too much for a place that is supposed to be about finding an outlet for your creativity and people to share your interests.
i know it has been difficult, draining to be around here and face all the discourse cankering the fandom.
because of all this negativity, i believe it is important to try and balance it out with some kindness. so here i am, doing a little check-up on you <3
so first, how are you, really?
everything you feel regarding what is happening is valid and you deserve to feel happy and safe around here. so please, make sure you take the time you need from posting, from sharing fics, even just from being on the platform. i want you to know it’s okay and i support whatever you decide, for whatever reason.
i also want you to know that you have your place here, as much as the rest of us. you’re loved and wanted and i can assure you the fandom is a far better place with you in it.

Anna, this is so sweet, thank you for spreading some much needed love around here.
So, how i am feeling...
I'm not gonna lie, these last few months on Tumblr haven't been easy. And I'm guessing it hasn't been easy for many others. It really breaks my heart to see how easy it is for some people to spread hate and forget that behind an url there's a human being with feelings. People constantly fighting because they have different opinions, people stealing other people's work, people sending anon hate and people feeling like they can't find their place here. I hate that a place where we're supposed to share our love for someone/something can be so toxic sometimes.
I've had that feeling, several times, that I simply didn't fit in in the fandom and that as non writer I don't bring anything to the fandom. But then I think about the few amazing people I got to meet here and how happy interacting with them and getting to know them make me feel. These people are so important to me and are the reason why I log in every day.
On an even more personal note, I've been seeing a psychiatrist for a few weeks now and my new medication seems to work (fingers crossed it stays that way) because I have more good days than bad days. I hope that people who also deal with mental issues make this a priority and ask for help because they are definitely not alone.

1. Are you named after anyone?
Not that I know of. Had i been amab, mom would have named me after the man she believed should have been her soulmate (but wasn't my dad). They met in Italy while she was interrailing and her wristwatch died when he introduced himself. (His name was Alex)
2. When was the last time you cried?
Around and after April 19, after hearing the news of Moon Bin's passing.
3. Do you have kids?
No, but I would love to have someday. I'm just not in a situation where it would be wise for me to raise a child, I feel.
4. Do you use sarcasm a lot?
No, that's not really my speed.
5. What is the first thing you notice about a person?
Outfit and overall expression of self. The manner in which they treat me. (I mostly meet customers. You can tell instantly which ones are nice)
6. What’s your eye color?
Green. The type of annoying green that ya authors wax poetic abt lol you know what I mean
7. Scary movie or happy ending?
These two are not mutually exclusive. A satisfying ending is more important, but I would prefer if its also a happy one. I'm trying to watch more scary things.
8. Any special talents?
I can pop most of my joints. I love organising and categorising things for myself and for others. It's pretty difficult to deter me.
9. Where were you born?
Ivalo, northern Finland. I have not lived there since I was a toddler
10. What are your hobbies?
Gardening, bullet journaling, digital drawing. Tabletop rpgs (starfinder and dnd, we used to play pathfinder). Reading and trying to be more active in watching different movies. Id love to say video games but ive only really played The Sims 4 and Acnh lately. Running when the weather allows it.
11. Do you have any pets?
Not anymore, but I used to have an older gentleman miniature poodle who was too tall to actually fit the miniature category. I love him dearly. One day I would like to get another dog, probably another poodle. I love how particular they are about things.
12. What sports do you/have you played?
I used to compete in swimming until I started high school. I've also danced a wide variety of genres from ages 7 to 19, and attended a couple of national competitions for modern dance. I had to quit because my joints got too fucked up and I fell out of friendship with my back then bestie. Now I just run and do home youtube workouts because I don't like going to the gym.
13. How tall are you?
161 cm ish I think? Which is like... 5'3 or sth
14. Favourite subject in school?
I've always loved languages, and had incredibly supportive teachers both in finnish and English as a foreign language. Swedish as well, but I never quite clicked with those teachers on the same level hence why my Swedish is more ..so-so. Art obv. Honestly? Everything else except for maths, physics and chemistry I found enjoyable. Oh and .. social economics? Probably would have liked the subject but I hated the teacher. Aside from those, learning new things has always been a joy.
15. Dream job?
Honestly? Something that won't drain me and actually leaves me with savings and a will to live.
Bonus: any significance to your blog's name: its the finnish version of my main blog's url, koalamb. Literally just a mashup of two fun little guys who are both known to be .. not the smartest cookies out there.

“So I made a tumblr.....now what?”
Not to worry, tumblr has some handy stuff here once you get used to it all. Let’s start by figuring out our blog situation.
“Yeah I like to reblog stuff but I also worry about having the type of posts I create be lost in the toilet seat of my brain with all the reblogs and random text post I make.”
Well the good news Timmy is there are a few features people use to keep their own uploads nice and organized from their 4AM reblog session where they question when they lost control of their life.
What I myself started to do and what many other users also utilize is the fact that you can make separate blogs. If you go to your top right on your account settings you can look down on where it says Tumblrs and “new”
From there you can just name your blog and give it a URL and you are done!
A lot of artist use this to make an art blog and literally just post their artworks there. I myself still make my art posts on my “main” blog but I reblog all my art posts onto my art blog. You can do this however you see fit but keep in mind that your secondary blog you just made is unable to follow other users. That all has to be done on your main blog so it’s a good idea to use your main blog for keeping in contact with people. (slightly off topic but you can also hide who you follow if you want too.)
“That’s great and all but how do I keep things organized and easy to find on my main blog?”
Here’s one of the things I like about tumblr......the magic.....of tagging~
You should be tagging all your posts you make on tumblr. Here are a few uses of the tag feature so you can see why they are so useful.
So about all those art posts I made, let’s go back and edit the post. (Yes you can edit your posts after making them. It’s beautiful)
go to the bottom right of your post and click on the little pencil buddy. From there you can edit your post including the tags
I made a unique tag for all my art posts and use this on any art I made myself. just by clicking on it I can search this tag on the main dash or even just on my blog space making it easy for me to bring up all my art posts any time I want.
besides for your creative uploads you should tag your reblogs too, use tags such as a name of fandom or series, a characters name, a hobby, art or photography, text post, and yeah you get it. The point is tagging is very important here.
Now for posts you don’t want to see you can filter tags in your account settings
scroll down to content you see and you can enter tags you don’t want to see. For me I started tagging undertale au tags because a lot of them also use the tag “UTAU” and for us vocalsynth folks that is very much not the same thing. Sorry Undertale au fans. I respect you but I want to see Kasane Teto not Sans undertale *megalovania starts playing*
Speaking of your dash you can edit how your dash shows you posts on your timeline. I hear most users tend to turn most of these off but the only one I find didn’t work that well was “Best stuff first.” this isn’t really an algorithm site but hey these are here to use as you please. go into your settings and hit dashboard and scroll down to find this
(also you are able to follow certain tags too!)
“this is great but how do I make it easy for other users to find all my different types of posts on my blog?”
Well Jimbo the last feature I want to talk about is the “Pinned post” feature. You are able to make a text post with stuff like links to other content or info about yourself! It’s pretty easy and the pinned post even appears on the mobile version too. Simple make your text post and then just click on the three little dot guys to the top right. You can see the “pin” option there
It should be noted though that if your link to all your art posts is a search tag of all your art tags it will not open properly on mobile. This is why I made my art blog and just reblog my art posts there. I can just use that art blog link in my pinned post so all my art work can be found easily.
Just real fast before I close I do want to say that on desktop you can edit your blog page with custom themes and make them look real nice or easier to navigate your posts but i’m a monkey brain that knows very little about that so I only want to mention it.

I used to believe I was only a polymorph for a long time. Recently I've whittled away even more at the mystery of myself with a friend's (very useful!) help (their URL is @dawnwyrm) and discovered I can still change forms, it's just that I'm a shapeshifting eastern dragon instead of a wobbly and self-uncertain polymorph. Not hating upon polymorphs at all! It just was the closest fitting thing for a time...but ultimately wasn't the case.
☀️: What was your awakening like? When was it?
I've always felt Other and Just Not Human Enough all my childhood. I learned about the concept of "otherkin" as a teen here on Tumblr during the Superwholockvengers, and Rise Of the Tangled Dragons type stuff heydays. I initially turned my nose up at it, wary of it since so many others seemed to mock it viciously. But the idea stuck with me stubbornly, and I went through numerous phases of latching onto fave characters that were not me in the end. Bluestar from Warrior Cats, Star Catcher from MLP gen3, then I tried being fictherian and therian, in the identities of a sable working line GSD and a meowth + persian pokemon...these did not stick either.

Like I said, I was a wee widdle teeny-bopper. 14-16?

Yes.

The power! I guess. The ability to change my body on a whim and back, too. The power thing is why I believe I have a psychological kintype, because I've been so powerless and hurt for much of my life. This part of me developed exactly in response to that helplessness. And I am okay with that. It helps me a lot.

It depends on the experiences of the individual!

So Why Minimalism?
And why are the names for my blogs similar, but different?
The second question is much easier to answer. I made the blog on Tumblr, and the URL "minimalistic-fox" was not available. I had to pull a "close enough is good enough" in naming the blogs on Tumblr and Blogger since all the posts are cross-posted.
As for the first question: to me it looks cleaner and I'm less likely to lose things in clutter. I am constantly unable to find anything anywhere except in my kitchen, a room I keep super organized so I can grab and go while in the middle of cooking. Just because I forgot to get out the baking soda, doesn't mean I shouldn't be able to snag it real quick. The ability to find and grab things quickly is so incredibly satisfying. I want that for my whole apartment!
I also mentioned in my last post that I want to be able to move quickly and easily. Having a metric ton of clutter to move is just too much. I don't necessarily want to be able to shove all my worldly goods into a duffel bag, but I do want to be able to pack everything within a day.
The kitchen was the easy room to go through, then the purge on my closet, now sorting through the crafting materials. The biggest problem with the crafting goods is that it's not organized really in any way, and it's super hard for me to say "I'll keep what fits on this shelf" when I have no baskets for that shelf. I'm trying not to buy new baskets just yet. Soon though, 3 or 4 small woven baskets will catch the smaller things (and there are so many small things) on the crafting rack.
I've done so much reading on minimalism because of the misconception a lot of people still have that it's about owning as little as possible. My take, which could well be incorrect, is that it's more about owning things with purpose. Having a purpose for owning a thing, as well as most things having a purpose and especially a place. For me, this means breaking my relationship with shopping therapy and controlling my impulse shopping. There is some kind of adrenaline rush to ruthlessly throwing away so much stuff. It's terrifying and thrilling.
Minimalism has also popped up in several articles I've seen about healing from the experience of having a hoarder as a parent. A few people have shared the same experience: trying very hard to stop themselves from going down that path, or trying to come back after seeing themselves head that way. Not an original experience, and it's honestly reassuring.
I've also read how supposedly not having the visual clutter can help reduce feeling overwhelmed by ADHD! Hopefully it helps!
As I read and like more articles, I'll compile a Pinterest board regarding minimalism and related topics. I have a rather sprawling account there I need to clean up, likely kickstarting my digital uncluttering.
And as my mind is beginning to wander I will call this post complete. Anything else can be done in future posts. <3

My Opinion on URL: @darckcarnival
Character in general: I love Darck she is funny, caring but also has things she’s had to overcome in her life and is still trying to get passed. However, despite that, she still is there for all her friends. I know writing an oc can be hard at times trying to create a backstory for them and the things that have made them into who they are, but Darck is incredibly written. She is strong but also has her moments when she is vulnerable but only around certain people and even then it’s still not entirely, but she’s been through a lot, and it’s understandable why she doesn’t.
How they play them: I love how you write Darck, I can hear her voice inside my head when you write and like the details you put into her writing is beautiful. Oc’s are so hard to form backstories for but you really research the fandom and take things that make sense in the canon timeline. She just fits so well in Resident Evil like anytime I play the games now I just think of Darck being there helping out from the shadows. You put so much love into this character, and it shows every single day. You find things to put obstacles for your character to overcome, but also allow her to help herself too. She’s strong in the face of things, despite everything she has gone through in life.
The Mun: You are such a sweetheart, like you give so much love to your friends and people you care about. You make people really feel relaxed and welcomed into a group and also are just so talented. The writing you do is so detailed and really paints a story for anyone reading. The things you take into thought when making a character and how hard of a worker you are. I love the times we hang out in vc and play games together or just ramble about our characters. You are strong and someone that has been through so much too but are still here trying every single day. I am proud of you for that but always remember me and others love you very much. Always will through everytine.

Rp with them: Yes, we do write together and I know I can be a bit slow when replying to everything so, thank you for being so patient with me. I love the ides we have for threads espeically the Jill and Darck one. It’s fun to see how their friendship will grow from that to point they can openly tease each other as friends. I love how we can bounce ideas off one another and really write different kinds of threads too. It makes things feel more free and not constricted to a certain type of thread.
Want to Rp with them:I always want to write with you and love the ideas we have for future threads too. It’s fun to think about other events in these character lives that we can have them interact with. LIke I told the others, if there’s ever a thread idea you really want to try or character you want to test out you are welcome message me to plot things.

Overall Opinion: I said it before but I adore you to pieces. You are such a sweetheart and so talented. You take time to think about tiny details too that some might overlook and it makes me smile to see how happy you sound in vc to gush about these characters. How despite working you take time to sit down and play pc resident evil games with me even though I’m not best at pc games yet. Console player but you never made me feel bad about it and like how fun it is just hang out and talk about things. I trust you and hope you know that you can always come to me about anything. That I care about you and all of us on the server love you.
