I tend to be personable and make friends fairly easily, cuz I genuinely give a shit about people.  It’s just the southern boy in me.  

2) Uh... I put my all in a relationship.  When I love someone, I love hard.  I end up worshippin’ the ground they walk on and I don’t falter.  I don’t fuckin’ cheat and I don’t look elsewhere.  They’re my everything and they know it.

3) I’ve been told I have a great smile and laugh?  I guess?  I dunno.  My smile’s kinda similar to Boyd’s.  Got that overbite a bit, but my canine’s kinda stick out a little, sorta like um... Patricia Arquette’s do.  Not too noticeable, but just a bit, ya know?  

4) I have super fuckin’ soft hair.  It’s that “Golden Boy” hair.  I have almost this exact head of hair and it’s like... baby soft, but still has volume.  I just use a little hairspray with the dryer sometimes after I let it air-dry in the mornings and brush it back.  Sometimes I use a bit of the Bed Head wax in my hands to run through it while it’s still damp to slick it back a bit, but not too much.  It used to be brunette color, but it’s kinda turned to silver now after I dyed it blonde so... this pic of Charlie is pretty much spot on.  Lol!...

5) Umm... I gotta give myself props as a parent.  Cuz my kids are fuckin’ awesome and both have good heads on their shoulders.  They care about people, fight for their independence, are trying their best to help people and do good in this world and are fuckin’ awesome.  They just are.  I love my kids and will do anything for them so... yeah.  I’m a good Papa, dammit.  Lol!  So yeah.  Thank you, darlin’.  Got me kinda blushin’ over here, but thank you. <333

Sluggishly you follow him, kicking off your shoes and going through to the kitchen. It had been a good day; Claire was a happy, radiant bride and your parents' attention was taken up with her, so you just had to stand on the sidelines being supportive. Bucky had missed the ceremony (you wouldn't have asked him to sit through that) and had met you at the hotel reception. He was nervous and quiet at first but you made sure not to leave him alone for too long, squeezing his hand reassuringly. You couldn't help yourself from beaming when you introduced him as 'my boyfriend James' and everyone liked him, or seemed to anyway - you were just relieved that he had finally met them. Now you could keep him to yourself again until the next family event.

"Thanks for dancing with my mom!" You call, transferring two wedding cake slices from your purse into the fridge.

"She's sweet." He replies. "I don't think your dad approved though."
