I can

A) leave them as a set of RaceMenu sliders

Pros:

Simple selection

should work with other facial piercings, only uses ears body slot

Cons

RM bugs out on reload, making other head parts vanish

Too much work to add all ear variants (?)

or B) add earrings as actual jewelry pieces

Pros

No bugged face parts

Options for all ear variants

Cons

Requires AddItemMenu or console codes to acquire

May need patches for other facial piercings, right and left meshes have to use different bodyslots from each other
