"Great, just what I fucking needed."

Waking up with a splitting headache along with a burning migraine from a hangover was a feeling Leon found himself all too familiar with as of late; breath reeks of cheap booze and remnants of whatever he had for dinner. i've never fully lied to therapists etc bc i dont see a point in it. but rn im considering to lie and say im having panic attacks regularly and came rlly close to actually killing myself several times. maybe i should even throw in a failed sui attempt. bc im not getting any help. i reached out to them and told them i feel suicidal all the time and feel worse everyday and all 4 places were like sorry cant help u!!!! so even if i feel bad lying abt that (bc ppl who actually experience that for real is dealing w that pain while im not bc i dont have panic attacks or failed sui attempts. nd i feel horrible for using and "appropriating" their pain if i lie and pretend i do) i feel desperate for some help!!!! what do i need to tell them in order for them to help me?????? if i need to lie maybe i should just do it. they cant prove that im lying anyway. idk i dont like lying like this but i just want help and im not getting any. im getting closer to saying and doing anything so that i can get treatment
