Okay funny thought of Tony walking into his honeyboobears room chatting away but Rhodey was in the bathroom. But Tony is just a rambling about something Pepper did.

And in the middle of it goes " Hey kid" and keeps talking and the " Hi Mr. Stark. " he gets back, he finally freezes. He looks back at Peter laying in the bed. Then he looks around the room.

He takes his glasses off and tabs his lip with them then the bathroom door opens to reveal Rhodey in a robe.

" Happy owes me $100 bucks. He said I would be the one to give in to the kid 1st. But no. It's you! My platypus! "

Biography:

Once upon a time….

(This character has been played before so a lot of what is written here has come to pass because of that)

Shae Lavinia Aoife De Chevin ó Fiach Dubh was the first child born to the Lady Winter and her husband. Their marriage was happy and a few years afterwards Rísteard was born, so Lavinia had a younger brother to care for as well. Shortly after that, the Queen Winter died and her mother had to take on the Crown, which meant to give up her personality and become the anthropomorphic personification of Winter. It was a destiny that all Queens of the Faery courts had to face to rule. 

 That also meant that to Lavinia and her brother, their mother was basically dead and replaced by an unfeeling entity. It was a strange time since on the outside they had to pretend that this was a wonderful thing, while on the inside they had to mourn their mother; and their father had to mourn his wife.

Their father took good care of them but he was still working through his own grief so he wasn’t always as available to them as they would’ve liked.  Still, there was nothing anyone could do about it. 

Her upbringing taught her to distrust everyone but her family, or the handful of friends she considered family, which included Navandi, her Lady in waiting. A Winterfae herself but the daughter of a Bastet, which made her fiercely loyal and protective. 

One day when she visited the Spring Court, Navandi lent Lavinia her wrap, a piece of clothing that was very valuable to Navandi. A sweet gesture, but with a complicated outcome. You see, someone had paid Cartwright, a young Nymph who was trying to make it big in the underground crime scene, to kidnap Navandi, and the wrap had been described to him as one of the features he was supposed to look out for.

He pretended to be a servant of the Spring Court, lured Lavinia away and managed to kidnap her but soon realised that he was in over his head. Lavinia didn’t spill the beans on who she really was, and managed to convince him that she was just another Lady in waiting. 

Cartwright wasn’t willing to hurt her but he couldn’t just return her either because he was also unwilling to get into trouble for his actions. So he hid them both and while he tried to figure out what to do the two of them started to talk. Lavinia felt free for the first time in her life because no one was watching her or judging her. Truthfully, she could’ve overwhelmed Cartwright rather easily as he turned his back to her more than once, but she dreaded going back more than staying put, for now. 

They both agreed they were stuck in a hard position. Cartwright’s regret seemed sincere and so after a few hours they came to an understanding: If he brought her back to the Spring Court she wouldn’t tell on him, but he had to get her out the following day and take her out for a drink. 

Looking back, Cartwright was still embarrassed that he agreed to this deal, but he had been young. She had held her part of the deal and he had agreed to let his ‘victim’ go and agreed to return the next day. Really, it was the most obvious of traps, except, it turned out to be alright after all. 

He got her the next day just as they had agreed on and took her out around Fabledale. When he asked her her name again she told him ‘Shae’ but he felt that was too posh and asked her if she had another name, since Fae were known for having long complicated names, and she told him ‘Lavinia’ which was her second name and now became the name she used when they went out together.  

They became fast and close friends and about two weeks in, he realized who she really was. It frazzled him, hanging around royalty could’ve gotten him the wrong kind of attention, but by that time he had seen how happy she was when she could escape the rules of the Court. So it was something they overcame quickly.

Then the threat of the Spiderwars began and at the same time, her baby brother started to exhibit strange behaviours, almost as if he was possessed. He was violent, rude, and just not himself, and one day he simply vanished. Those days Lavinia’s father had spent all his time on one of his affairs, a person called ‘Robin’, and so it fell on her to search for him. 

Cartwright joined her on this journey and eventually they were drawn into the Spiderwar while on a ship searching for Lavinia’s brother. They’d met a group of ships that were in the battle against the Damhan, and while they hadn’t planned on fighting with the crew, they had little choice except to fight or die.

The battle had bonded the crew, once you spilled blood together and fought for your life side by side it was difficult to turn your back on one another

The voyage was long and eventually, Lavinia fell for the Captain of the ship, Nicodemus. He was a human, who had a terrible history and loathed royalty; but the strangest thing was that he loved her back. Despite their different world views, they lived through similar upbringings and it became less important who they used to be and more important who they now were. 

Their love was no epic trilogy or novel, instead ending as a short story. Another attack came,  but this time they didn’t win and most of the Crew died. Nic saved her by pushing her off the ship before an explosion, and the memory still breaks her heart to this day. 

Cartwright and her managed to get back on land but Rísteard was nowhere to be found and they were forced to retreat as it was getting too dangerous. The closest safe zone was the Capital and that’s where they had been before the Curse struck. 

Since the Faery Courts were no more, Lavinia was free to choose her own destiny and did so by becoming a lawyer and opening her own firm, called ‘ The Winter Court’ - an ode to her former home.

Ishka Vitae // 112 // Wather Numph turned Valkyrie // Taken

Ishka lived a peaceful life, one full of laughter and spirit, surrounded by family and friends. One of her favorite things to do as a young nymph had been to visit the surface, spreading herself out among the rocks and large boulders to bask in the sun with her friends. The only thing stopping her from traveling to the surface was her parents; they thought it too dangerous. They didn’t trust the evil that the world above offered.

One fateful morning she snuck out, leaving her parents to adventure with her friends. They spent hours playing games and singing lovely melodies, that is until they spotted a ship on the horizon. The naive nymphs waved to the men aboard the ship, not knowing the men were pirates, and not thinking to desert the rocks and return to the sea. The ship came closer, and the crew joined them upon the rocks under a guise of friendliness. When they were all in place, settled in with the nymphs, the pirates turned on them. 

See, nymphs scales were precious on the black market, and the amount of scales they would harvest from the nymphs would be traded for gold and other treasures, holding them over for years.The nymphs fought back as hard as they could, but they were no match for the brute pirates that tore them apart. Ishka fought strenuously, her strength weakening by the second as the blood drained from her veins. 

Ishka lay there in a pool of the other nymphs blood, seconds from death watching the pirates murder her friends. It was only when they were about to attack her brother - the only person to ever truly see and accept her as she was - when she was reborn. 

She rose above the pirates and nymphs, transforming into a Valkyrie. With her new found strength she picked off a few of the men, flinging them into the ocean to let them drown while the others left, cowardly running back to their ship to disappear back into the horizon. 

She held the broken body of her brother Lachlan in her arms, weeping as she sat alone for the first time among the rocks. Through her tears she witnessed something so sadly bittersweet, something she wouldn’t have believed if she hadn’t seen it with her own eyes. From the body of her brother as well as the nymphs lying around her rose translucent butterflies. They attached themselves to her, knowing she was now the only one who could return them to the natural cycle of this world. 

She is alone, but then again not, and makes her way to the next town, one she had been to many times before with her family to visit and trade goods. Ishka meets a witch whom she passes on the butterflies to, except for one that refuses to leave her side. The witch sends her to Drasgsa, the capital of the Valkyries.

Ishka takes a train with other Valkyries, but they think her a bit strange because they think she talks to herself. It was only until she asked why people were staring when she realized the others couldn’t see the butterfly that followed her, which is strange because every Valkyrie should be able to see it. This led Ishka to believe that maybe the only reason she could see it was because she had been so close with the merfolk, at one point being one of them.

She joins the Valkyrie army, slowly moving up in the ranks. Something about her transition made her an optimum fighter. Strong, fast, ready for action at every turn. Ishka isolates herself, but not because she's lonely or sad, she has enough contact with the warrior training, sometimes she attends community events, festivals, Valkyrie ceremonies. Ishka doesn't tend to have any close friends, she’s afraid of the traumatic event that happened with her friends happening again. She’s afraid to lose people, so she pushes them away. In general she is liked, so when there is a festival she can basically sit down with whomever to eat and drink for a while before calling it a night, she doesn’t stay out long.

Then, the Spiderwar begins. This is the first real and honest battle she has to fight in, and because she's one of their best soldiers, she is assigned to protect Fabledale. During one of the battles a few spiders break through, Ishka decides to follow that troupe into the castle, managing to kill the last one before they attack a Reigning Council Member hiding nearby.

The Nymph who is currently on the Council Seat thanks her for her help and is incredibly nervous, scared for what she knew was going to happen next. In what can only be described as a ludicrous move brought on by panic caused by a giant spider almost eating her, gives Katie their diary and tells her that if she does not survive what happens next, then Ishka is in Charge of the Spirit Faction.

Ishka rejects, the notion that she could be a Council member beyond her- but the nymph discloses something Ishka would never have thought to be true, that they were the last of their people, that she would be one of the last Nymphs left. Ishka agreed, not only has she been a Nymph, but a Valkyrie as well- the two species under the Spirit Faction.

The room was empty other than them, there was no one else for Ishka to pass on the responsibility to, and especially no one that would be able to represent the Spirit Faction as well as her. Ishka takes the dairy and runs, hoping for the best - but then, the Curse is set upon Naraya and the Nymph is in such a deep depleted sleep from said curse that they will likely never wake again.

In about a weeks time after the Curse, Naraya officials come looking for Ishka. They state that the current Counil Member left orders behind, her note leading them to believe that Ishka would be the newest Council member. To prepare her for this role, she decides to read the diary and finds that there is a large amount of corruption going on with the other council members - and she is the only one that knows it, the longer she is in the position the more she also knows there has to be a balance. Ishka wants to share all the information she’s gathered with the world, but she knew she couldn’t go public with it- she knew the best thing to do would be to stay on the Council, be the good that spoke to the evil she sensed in them. 

Now, Ishkas full time job is as a Council Member. She takes this job seriously, she wants to be a challenge to the others on the council to make ethical choices, choices that could change the lives of people all over Naraya. Ishka resides in the Castle - where most Council members have a room, mainly for protection- and she spends most of her free time keeping up to date on combat training or at any large body of water- whether it be a lake or ocean, Ishka’s not picky.
