I'm not sure if Dipper can pick Bill up - certainly not an easy task, Bill's taller and a handful in more than one way. Probably Dipper makes the attempt out of retaliation. Bill wants to pick up Dipper all the time? Fine! Let's see how Bill likes being manhandled for once.

Unfortunately for this plan, Bill's entirely fine with being man- or demon-handled! Frankly the whole thing would be deeply amusing. Bill gets not only attention, but also an opportunity to tease Dipper AND mock him while he struggles. A triple win!

The boots are really really simple - just one color on the outside, one color on the inside. There's really not much more to them since I wanted to keep her shoes rather simple ovo

Dell yelps, nearly jumping out of his skin at Jane’s sudden arrival, tail poofing out from behind him. Seems like being a cat boy altered more than just his appearance, he was jumpy as one too.

“Uh, yeah, sure, a spider. But ah got it, it’s alright. No need ta rush ta my aid.” Dell chuckled nervously, securing his hat more atop his head. He then realized his tail was unaccounted for and quickly willed it to tuck itself away, giving Jane a anxious grin.

“You can go do whatever ya were doin’ before, ah’m fine, promise! Haha…”
