Hi Guys 👋🏻 HNY ! Feb diary now open ✨

If you’re looking for a cozy space to get your nails done, with a less traditional salon - I’m a home treatment room on Rupert Street and you can book in with me for makeup and nail services via Booking App Booksy.

I’m located just 5 min walk from Unthank Road & 15 min walk from the City Centre (the full address will be sent upon booking in.)

⚡️I am an LGBTQ+ & Neurodivergent friendly space 🌈

⚡️I don’t remove or infill other salons work (sorry !)

⚡️I don’t take on Bookings on behalf of someone else. The person booking in needs to be the person attending the service, although I do offer Gift Vouchers (just ask)

⚡️If booking a pedicure make sure to fill out the consultation form I send after confirming the appointment and note that I reserve the right to decline services and refer you to a podiatrist if something is outside of my remit (such as ingrown toenails, contraindications like veruccas etc.)

⚡️For Nail Art / IBX Treatments & fun extra stuff choose the + Add Ons option under each service. This is currently only available on the Booksy Mobile App & wont show on a Desktop Computer

Hello brides to be and friends ! I’m excited to share some new work with you all! Shot with a great team, this bridal feature is now available to see in print in the Sept/Oct issue of Your London Wedding Magazine (pages 81-82) which has just come out, available at London WH Smith’s / Sainburies.

In the feature I give some tips and tricks about how to achieve a fresh pretty wedding look for your special day.

We actually shot the feature a few months ago in Birmingham at the iconic Custard Factory! Florist Harriet Parry and I hopped on the train to to meet up with quirky bridal photographer Laura Rhodes of Curious Rose Photography and the rest of the team ...

We had hair dresser Emily Chaplin on board creating a range or gorgeous bridal hair ups :

And our models consisted of talented Violinist Isabelle Hede (below) and (at the time) to be real bride Laura Gardiner (above).

I created a pretty, but simple glitter cuff manicure for Isabelle’s look with fresh skin, subtle eye makeup and a fresh lip. Products included Jane Iredale’s Active Light Concealor, Eylure’s Brow Pencil and Glossier Cloud Paints on the cheeks.

While on Laura I created a soft smokey eye using warm hues and kohl pencils. I gave her skin a fresh glow using a range of products from Jane Iredale including their Golden Shimmer Primer and cheek contour palettes. Laura loved this makeup so much that she actually booked me to do her actual wedding makeup a week ago recreating a similar look for her big day! Laura also photographed this so stay tuned in the future for some more bridal photos of the gorgeous Laura!

Ever since I discovered them, I’ve been crushing over all the fun and colourful designs @fillybiz ! I love that the designers consists of a mum & sisters collab and there’s just something about their prints & accessories that spark joy so I had to create a set inspired by the iconic Filly Biz House 🎨✨

I used a mix of products to get the look (which would be classified as Tier 3 Nail Art.) To get a nice colour pop I used @artisticnaildesign Colour Revolution Polish and outlined the faces & details with Molotow Pens (pigmented, water-based + water-and chemical-resistant art pens from @molotow.store @molotowheadquarters ) ! Texture was achieved using @artisticnaildesign Chrome Pens Ultra Violet/Pink Opal + a mix of @louellabelle Glitters & Reflective Glitters and … my latest obsession … a nail trend that was apparently huge 9 years ago (which I somehow missed ) …Velveteen Nails aka Nail Flocking Powder (mine are from stockist @becreativenails) for ultimate fuzzy jumper goodness ! It takes texture to another level! Clients note that this fuzzy nail effect will only last up to 3-4 days, but deffo fun for a special occasion! From what I gather Nail Flocking is a bit like Marmite in the nail industry - it provokes a strong reaction ! My sister and several friends “hate it” but I love it ! It really looks like a fuzzy material on the nail - so fun! 🧶💅🏼

Perhaps one of the whackiest sets I’ve done in awhile but I’m chuffed✨ ! @fillybiz I hope I’ve done you proud 😀 Your designs are beyond & bring some much needed fun & colour into the world! 🌈🎨✨🎉

You’ll notice quite a bit less consistency in opening hours now due to pre booked Weddings & freelance work. Re Easter Hours - I will be closed Good Friday & Easter Sunday & Monday, but open Sat 16th April from 11-7pm.

As always please wear a mask to your appt if you are having a mani or pedi 😷 Windows will still be open for ventilation and I am taking regular lateral flows just to be on the safe side. See you soon

If you’re a new client you’ll get a text from me with my protocols (😷for example I require mask wearing) and a few more details !

My working “open” hours will not always be consistently the same as I also freelance in the city doing makeup/nail work for brands & companies 😬 For this reason I also don’t open up my booking app months in advance✌🏻

I offer :

✨ 1-1 Make Lessons

✨ Event Makeup

✨ Gel & Regular Polish Manicures

✨ Pedicures (lots of options on the menu including some with callus work)

✨ Nail Art is a fave but you need to let me know upon booking if you’d like it as I charge separately for this and need to block off extra time to apply it

As a freelancer I do mobile work as well for makeup, but I do charge extra for the travel time to & from a location as well as the travels costs as well.

I only do mobile nail work for brands needing Pop Up Nail Bars for PR Events.
