alby refuses to use social media but newt sends him everything no matter how much he pretends it annoys him (he says one of thomas's mole facts back to him bc he accidentally scared thomas the first time they met and newt says this is a good way to make friends with thomas. newt is right)

chuck somehow finds and catches a mole and posts that

frypan is telling people not to eat moles he'll make them something better (no one has said anything about eating moles) and then he bakes mole-shaped cookies bc he's a supportive friend

What's in Dís of Erebor's cup?

I suspect pu-erh (that's pu-erh golden bud up there), which is a lovely earthy, mineral- or clay-like flavor that brews up almost as dark and rich as coffee. It also keeps well: what little we know of her life makes it clear Dís's family and people spent a long time barely making ends meet, and yet given her position she probably did need to stretch to show hospitality from time to time. She could stock up when able, and brew up a cup any time in the next handful of years without losing much flavor or strength, even when they couldn't access or afford fresher food and drink.

1. What inspired you to start writing fanfiction?

Originally I was like 12-14?? And I was mainly writing 5sos fanfic sksksk. And then when I got back into it during the pandemic was because I reread the maze runner, tried to rewrite one of my old stories, and found the glade! You guys have been so motivating and showed me what I loved about writing again ❤️❤️

10. What's your favorite part about the fic writing process?

Either when I have a vague idea and o can’t quite get started and then sentences just flow in my head, it’s a mad dash to writing them down because it’s finally getting somewhere. Or when I’m deep in a writing sesh and I don’t even remember what I’ve already written so I go back and I’m like damn I kinda love that and everything just fits

19. What's the most unusual or unique setting you've used?

I don’t think any of my settings are unusual or unique? I have a vague space themed fic in the beginning stages which would probably be my most unique one (if I ever actually finish it!)

I forgot to upload these to tumblr but these are some of the cosplay photos we took from AX this year. These are from day 2. I’m Hua Cheng, @roseteacup is Xie Lian, and @sansimpact is San Lang ❤️ It was all of our first time cosplaying again since before the pandemic, as well as our first time all meeting in person so it was a really special and well-needed trip! Next time I’ll be sure to take way more photos.

What's in Eowyn's cup?

I don't get the impression the Rohirrim are doing a lot of long-distance trading, so I've gone with an herbal blend that shouldn't be hard to grow or find in the North: juniper and peppermint. It's delicious hot in the winter, and cold in the summer, and in fact it's a lovely cooling and refreshing cup after a lot of physical activity, though I admit I've never tested that after practicing with the spear or sword.
