has anyone else been ground away into a paste lately. it feels like we rocketed back 10000 years and bioessentialism and misogyny is trendy now (more so than it was already)... i dunno it feels like thres been so much like. 'Dudes rock!/this one is for my guy audience' and 'women don't know men can just be sitting there thinking about nothing!' and that whole trend of explaining complicated subjects 'for the girls who are too pretty to think' with comparisons of horrible events to like, makeup. come on guys there arent immutable differences in anyones brains i thought we got past this years ago.. i need to stay in my internet terrrarium because the second i look at the popular page of any platform i get blasted with the most vile stuff imaginable

Kaeya's only obsessed with horses. The ragnvindr are a dog family while the Alberich are cat people. Kaeya is not sure which he should pick.

He was also the kind of kid to be obsessed with bugs and such as a kid. Like he had a terrrarium and everything.

Have you ever held a snake? It's awesome. When I was like 10, I went to a classmate's house for a party and her older brothers had a fuckton of terrrariums in their room. They let me hold one of their snakes, she was heavy and beautiful and gave my mom a heart attack when she came to find me just hanging out.

That is, like, a core memory for me.

... Man, I wanna hold a snake right now.

(talk about your moss please im so intrigued XD)

OKAY SO i was walking around the buildings where i live and, since it had recently rained, the moss in the cracks of the sidewalks and under the trees was all fluffy. so i went to pet it.

then i started nocing that the moss was different textures in different places. so i started grabbing little pieces to transport with me to different areas to compare. so far i've found at least six different varieties, though there could be as many as nine.

So far i've counted: norman, long norman, snake norman, little-tree, flowery, and weirdo-face/weirdo-head/spike-spoke. i put a book on mosses from my specific area on hold at the library, but for now i have no idea what they actually are.

*dubious* counted (could be a different variety, could be a previously counted variety, i dont have enough data): lump, jerk-face. can you tell i dont like unknowns in my data.

(sidenote: i was in my big brown cloak while i was collecting the moss, so i like to think that i looked like a moss wizard.)

so TODAY i went to a nearby secondhand store and got a plastic container that is about 25x13x13 cm (10x5x5 in. in freedom units i think), put some gravel and bits of bark in for hardscape, and now i have a terrrarium!!!!!!
