I… i have been struggling to find the words for this for a while now, and had to wait until the tears kind of stopped so i could write, and still the best i can do is just… thank you. I can’t possibly put it better despite being a (somewhat mediocre) writer, because nothing else can encapsulate just how grateful and in awe and over the moon with happiness and shock i am right in this moment. I genuinely didn’t expect anyone to even know it’s my birthday today, but the fact I got an amazing, amazing rendition of cruel summer, as well as a package at my home with letters and gifts you have poured time and effort and love and money(!!! You absolutelyyyy didn’t have to do that) into it is… beyond words. I have been crouched on my couch reading your letters crying while eating maoams for like an hour now, and i don’t envision it will end any time soon.

So thank you. Thank you for being my friends. Thank you to whoever or whatever happenstance made it so i met you and i got to love you. Today is the last day to enter your application!! Tomorrow, on Christmas day I will be closing applications!!

Because I got so so so many more than I thought I would, I'm going to go with my Plan B on managing them:

Dec. 26, 27 & 28 will be dedicated to sifting through applications and making decisions on who to bring onboard. 29, 30 & 31 will be spent bringing people into the server. On those three days you won't have full access to much, just each other and a few basic discussion channels. Once you get an invite, it'll be good for 1 week! 3 days into that week I'll send a notice to your secondary contact, assuming you handed me one/it works!

On January 1st, everyone gets access to the lore (with the exception of youngans, of course) and they have, ultimately, until the 15th to settle on a character and make their first post.

The roleplay itself starts in the middle, on the 8th, a week after lore access is given.

Thank you, thank you, and thank you again for all your support and how dear you all have been! I never expected so much support, so much interest, so much concern and investment - I thought this would be experimental at best, but it really looks like my sparkling dreams of a true multigenerational/longterm/slowburn wcrp might actually be POSSIBLE.

I feel like Byron would actually keep them away from Mortis' ADHD having ass because some of the potions are straight up poison and Byron keeps forgetting to label them. Mortis would probably stare at it for an hour, debating if he should risk tasting what could possibly be poison before giving in. Byron probably only lets Mortis taste ones that aren't going to have a negative effect (obviously why am I specifying this I'm a dumb dumb-) because Byron knows people are just picky little shits that won't drink it if it tastes bad x3c

I wanted to say thank you to everyone. This project started as something personal, a way for me to track the progress of Weiss and Jaune in their relationship as the series went on. I consider it among the few relationships that was allowed to grow organically. I was nervous about posting it, but the reception that the series received was better than I could ever think and so I want to say thank you. You all are amazing.
