Watching a YouTube video about Pokémon and… Kanako’s theme just started playing. Like the beginning of Suwa Foughten field from MoF.

Still not as weird as when I was watching a Super Smash Bros. Melee video and Gate of Steiner from Steins;Gate started playing, but not JUST Gate of Steiner, it was specifically the 8-bit version from the Phantom Breaker: Battlegrounds DLC that included Makise Kurisu as a character and Akihabara as a location, a game that was a beat ’em up spin-off to a not great Japanese exclusive (at the time) anime fighting game that had Kurisu as a fighter in it. And I recognized it was that version of the song because I am not normal about Steins;Gate.

i do unironically think the best artists of our generation are posting to get 20 notes and 3 reblogs btw. that fanfic with like 45 kudos is some of the best stuff ever written. those OCs you carry around have some of the richest backstories and worldbuilding someone has ever seen. please do not think that reaching only a few people when you post means your art isn't worth celebrating.

It's honestly crazy that discussion around testosterone HRT skews so much towards the beginning stages of it (to the point that you have dozens of guys thinking their transition is "failed" if they don't pass by like a year in lol) and what the initial changes of the first couple of months to years look like, like the classic laundry list of those early basic changes like bottom growth, voice drop, etc, when IMO literally none of that compares remotely to the depth and intensity of the long term total masculinization you start to experience like 3-5+ years in.

I hate when an artist gets exposed for being a bad person and people start the narrative “why would you even want to listen to their shitty music” when are we going to be freed from the idea that only good people create good art and bad people create bad art.
