OC Lore

Alrighty here's a short general explanation of my different original worlds and random ideas.

Faes and Celestials #faes A medieval fantasy world where anthropomorphic bug people (Faes) and vaguely bird inspired angelic people (Celestials) cohabit.

Demon Sword #demonsword A Fate inspired battle royale type of story where angels and demons team up with humans to fight a modern holy war.

Heroes&Villains #H&V Urban fantasy world where heroes are licensed by the government and villains aren't all bad. It has its own original characters, but I also use it as an excuse to dump my Faes and Celestials into a modern world.

The Circus #thecircus Mostly abandoned for now - a circus full of monsters and magical creatures.

You can find art of the characters and more info by going through the respective tags! (if this post is recent, there might be nothing or very little but I'll add more asap).

You can find Masterposts under the tag #lore masterpost. They allow you to go to posts about general lore, with links to more specific subjects. That should make it easier to navigate!

Edit 1: I just remembered Cash Buckzo and redo of a few points to be more clear. With a hint of replacing anecdotal as well.

Okay, so there’s been something in the back of my head ever since I've watched either Hezu’s or TheLoadingCrew’s review of Season 2 of Helluva Boss. It's been weighing on me because it feels... Weird. Like. I enjoy their content, but I'm afraid I have to disagree with their takes at all on Helluva Boss. Especially with either misunderstanding TheCircus or something else.

It feels like when I watch their video I feel, isolated? Or annoyed with their takes. I can't describe it because it is something it has been weighing me for sometime. Especially with her recent take of Octavia being... “Not wanted.” I don't know how it came to be, but I can't seem to get it out of my head.

She says he loves Octavia, but her logic made no sense and sounds contradictory. It made me wonder why she would say that when we see in Episode 2 that he loves her. And if he didn't, he wouldn't even go after her to find his daughter. Her saying that is that shocked me. As though she just ignored everything in Episode 2 of Season 2. With Loona God, HOW did she make herself look dumb with a clip or “tolerate.” when she was following orders when Blitzø was serious? That is a condition she followed when it happened.

Or what about when she got angry for Blitzø giving her affection during the fight with DHORKS? It makes no sense, and I feel like she gaslighted Loona. Fucking Loona, of all people! As though she “OH! This change in attitude makes no sense!” in the same episode, she didn't tolerate Blitzø.

He'll, she just went and just, chomped off a random agent’s head off. If she did tolerate him, then that wouldn't be there. As if I know that scene specifically and can pinpoint that part well. And yet SHE has a clip of Episode 6! Where she can double-check her point to see if what she said is right! She had Weeks WEEKS to fix that! But no. Let’s ignore that as if it fits something instead of being a writer and double-checking.

Oh! And the whole “Manipulation.” thing, okay? Yeah, I know manipulation because The Circus is right there, on the screen she has, in her VIDEO! Where we see Cash mention his sick mom. Trying to manipulate Blitzø to get what he wants! To hang out with Stolas. With baby eyes to emotionally manipulate him. That. THAT’s emotional manipulation. Loona fucking THREATENED him to replace her! She didn't say things like, “Oh! I guess I'll go then. I mean, why would a dad go and threaten their daughter to be replaced?” after her assault! Like, I know manipulation, fuck, I can also use other villains from different franchise for Manipulation.

Slade and him manipulating Terra in Teen Titans, where he put the seeds of doubt onto her. When he talks about the Titans and how they'll abandon her. Or Beast Boy breaking the promise of her lack of control with her Earth manipulation powers a secret. And what happened at the end? The Titans knew already, but she assumed that Beast Boy broke the promise. She ditched the Titans to Slade himself. Giving into that form of manipulation. THAT! That’s manipulation!

This is just Loona getting angry because of her wanting to be nicer. Which is still bad. But threat isn't 100% the same as manipulation. It depends on HOW it’s used.
