𝙂𝙞𝙛𝙩𝙚𝙙 🍔 I was gonna make a James Bond pun but i couldn’t think of one tbh, so I’ll just jump in and tell you about this amazing burger from @libertineburger. #007 - @aubreyallenbutchers beef, American cheese, beef chilli, chimichurri, ketchup, American mustard, pickles. I went double, even though @thinkingfood247 said I didn’t need to 😅. I agree, what I suggest you do is single patty but add more beef chilli onto it. I made sure I didn’t go OTT with the chilli and chimichurri because of the 2 patties and I got the balance right. The burger was great though, and it’s available as a DIY kit! So if you can’t make it to Leamington Spa or Rugby then you’re not missing out! Today is also a special day as @libertineburger will be selling @aubreyallenbutchers 1 millionth burger today! 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 | I don’t know what was better; the fact I did @thecrystalmaze for the 2nd time or the fact that @nannybills are bossing the kitchen! Last week Darren invited a few of us foodies for an action packed evening of physicals, skills, mysteries, and mentals, followed by burgers, and of course we got to enter the crystal dome at the end. This was my 2nd time doing the crystal maze, but my first at the new location and it’s got HARDER 😩. But it’s so much fun, it’s exactly the same as the tv show. But let’s talk about the special Darren has; The Golden Ticket. Double smashed beef patties, raclette cheese, bone marrownaise, and shoestring fries. It instantly became one of my favourite Nanny Bills burgers. That cheese is amazing, and I love the texture from the shoestring fries. He’s also got his full menu on there, so Hot Mess and Lula (vegan) are included. Victoria Cup from @sloanebrothers. Cherry FroYo, strawberries, raspberry brownie, strawberry sauce, extra meringue. I'd been recommended Sloane Bros by @thinkingfood247 for a while now and I'm so glad I went. I'm a massive lover of desserts and it was the best FroYo I've ever had. The cherry FroYo was slightly bitter, also kinda tasting like a liquor, which was great as it meant that it wasn't overly sweet with you add ingredients like strawberry sauce. The brownie was soft, the strawberries were fresh, it was an absolute delight to eat.
