I’m bored so here’s a ranking of the Austin and Ally seasons IMO

4) Season 1

It was cute. They were all such babies.

It was goofy and the songs were bops. No drama, just fun.

What was the wardrobe department smoking tho , because why did they have Ally (a 14/15 year old girl) looking like a grandma? Austin, you’re not getting away with your wardrobe choices either buddy.

3) Season 4 (there i said it)

In terms of comfort episodes, this season has it all for me. No drama (until towards the end of the season) just vibes.

The comedy for sure matured and the characters were developed and grown up.

Also AUSLLYYYYY. They were 100% married for the entirety of the last season, no one could tell me otherwise. They were just living their best life being happy. They all acted like normal high school teens in this season which I liked. (I liked when they got to be normal teens instead of pop stars all the time)

Austin and Ally were in FULL mom and dad mode with season with Trish and Dez being the fun aunt and uncle.

Also younger me (and low key present me) wanted Ally’s wardrobe. SUCH an improvement from season 1.

Genuinely such a funny season with a lot of funny episodes.

BUT I low key missed Sonic Boom and there were a lot of filler episodes (IMO). Also idk if its just me but I felt like they were acting more grown up than they actually were.

Also where were all the performances? Where were the Auslly at the piano scenes? WHAT WAS UP WITH AUSTIN’S HAIR?

With all that being said I still really loved this season.

2) Season 2

The writers really did that!

The comedy, the goofiness, the angst, the drama, the romance! THE WARDROBE CHANGE!

THE FUCKING PERFORMANCES! (That ‘Better Than This performance’ + that ‘Tunes and Trials’ episode lives in my head rent free)

BABY AUSLLY! THE BEGINNING OF THEIR LOVE STORY! ALLY LOSING HER STAGE FRIGHT! WHAT WAS IN THAT MF NOTE?!

That finale still has me in pieces

The comedy was still kinda childish but it was a Disney show! Come on now.

THIS was the season that hooked me onto the show. MWAH chef’s kiss.

AND COMING IN AT #1, WE HAVE SEASON 3!

I don’t know what the writers were on this season but MY GOD!

This was peak Disney Channel greatness for me. Younger me was SHOOK!

The comedy was matured and the episodes were entertaining af.

The angst and THE DRAMA!! THE JEALOUSY!!!

Cannot think of a bad episode this season. (Well…)

THAT FINALEEEEEE! THE BIG I LOVE YOU SCENE!

Started off with Austin and Ally missing each other while he was on tour, a few shenanigans in between, a few relationships filled with jealousy AND THEN ended with an Auslly love confession and Austin giving up his career for her! Who’s doing it like that?!

Also what was in the water that year, cause how did everyone look so damn good?! Ally’s hair will forever be goals, it was GIVING.

There was a balance of comedy, romance and drama AND performances and that’s what made this show what it was essentially.

"Ally ,I only let them because it's fun, besides it's not like anyone's buying it," you said, flipping through a magazine. 

"Yeah but we don't play 'ball' in the store" 

"Your no fun," Whined Dez, You leaned over to Dez and whispered...

"I don't think she knows what fun is," you said as you flipped through the next page of a magazine with your licked finger 

"Hey I know what fun is," said Ally as she grabbed the ball from Austin 

"Let Ally D show you how it's really done," said Ally as she threw the ball, when she did it hit a stack of instruments

"Yeah we don't play ball in the store,"

"Guess who Quinceañeras coming up," said Trish as she walked into the store in a ugly rugged blue gown, after she said that she fluffed the dress and when she did duct bunnies and dirt fell off of it

"Trish your seriously aren't wearing that to your party aren't you?' asked Y/N as she leaned against the counter "Its hideous!"

"I know but my mom is making me wear it because it's been in my family for generations,"

"No wonder it looked outdated," said Dez, when he said that Ally elbowed him in the stomach

"i think it looks great Trish," said ally as she smiled

"thanks Ally but I kinda don't want to wear this, but my mother is making me wear it,"

"So... tell her you want a different one," said Y/N "I know this great store down at the mall that sells dresses, maybe we can go there,"

"Yeah it can be like a girls retreat, except it's shopping instead of a vacation,"

"Alright let's do it!" Said Trish as she fluffed her dress gain and when she did a pile of dust flew up

"Austin what happened to you?" You asked as you walked into the music store, when she did Austin was sitting down at a bench while ally sat on the bench next to Austin

"I broke my ankle teaching ally how to dance," said Austin "now I have to find another way to perform for Trish's Cousin," 

"And I need to figure out how Trish can make her grand entrance," said Dez "Do you think we should go with Trish on an elephants?" asked Dez as he looked at you

"Dez how are you going to get an elephant into the building?' asked Y/N, you laughed at the thought of Dez riding an elephant. 

"Hey guys," said Trish as she walked in she handed you a pink envelope "Y/N don't forget to get me a new bracelet," 

"Trish you can't go around ordering people to get you something," you said opening the Envelope "Its suppose to be a surprise," 

"Yeah she told Dallas that she wants a new phone case," said ally, you smiled, eyeing your sister with a smirk.

"Wait, you invited Dallas?" you asked crossing your arms "Don't be offended  but can you be in the same room with him without things being awkward?" 

"I can try," said Ally 

"yeah try," you said walking away

"Wow this place is huge!" you said walking into the room with Austin, and Ally, You wore a white simple sparkly dress which was embodied with curls 

"I hope she doesn't get mad at me," said Austin "I didn't bring a gift," 

Ally and you looked at the gift table to be seen with a pile of gift

"I don't think she will mind," said Ally

"yeah there all Broken," said Dez as he dropped a Bracelet, Dez thought it would be a good idea to swing into the building on a vine now he hunting not broken presents for Trish 

"The club Owner still isn't here and people are starting to leave," said Austin as he looked at you in panic, to ease his panic, you placed your hand hand on Austin's before giving him a faint smile 

"Don't worry he'll be here," You said as you smiled

"Thanks Y/N," said Austin as he smiled back at you The looks that you two shared was intense that dez broke the staring contest . Out of the trance you were looking at the side of the room scratching your neck, while Austin tapped his finger on the table looking the opposite way before looking back at you again.

"Where's Ally?" 

"I'm down here," 

you Looked around before looking under the table, when she did she saw ally sitting under the table, she looked at you before speaking 

"I'm sad," 

"And why are you sad?" you asked climbing Into the space with Ally 

"I made a fool of myself in front of Dallas," said Ally 

"Ally if Dallas doesn't like you for the way you are then he's not worth it," 

"Thanks Y/N/N," said Ally as she hugged her sister "So what's going on with you and Austin?" 

"Nothing we're just friends,"

𝐴𝐿𝐿𝑌 was working at the counter of sonic boom, Ally who was busy with a women as she was wanting to buy a violin

"This violin has a lot of great features," said Ally, she was soon disrupted by Dez and austin as they were playing ball with a banjo, Ally smiled at the lady before giving her the violin

"Guys do you really have to do that while I'm working?" Asked ally

"Well your working is getting in the way of our banjo ball game,"

Ally rolled her eyes before walking to the other side of the store, Ally was watching the store as Melody was out with her boyfriend Damien again

"Where's Y/n? Isn't she supposed to help you?" Asked Austin

"She is but she took lunch early to hang out with Damien," said Ally

"Yeah, I wouldn't be surprised if she had a pregnancy scare," said Ally "sometimes she worries me,"

"Hey guys what you doing?" you said as you walked into sonic boom smiling

"Well for one thing we just got done watching you suck on that guys face," said Dez "other then that nothing much,"

Ally rolled her eyes as she sighed before walking over the you

"You were supposed to be back an hour ago," said Ally

"Well sorry, I lost track of time..." Said Y/n "but I'm here now so I'm all yours,"

As Melody said that Trish came in dressed in a yo-yo uniform

"Guess who's got a job at the yo-yo cart!" Said trish, after she said that she pulled out two yo-yo's as she slung them around, Austin, Dez hid behind the sonic boom counter, you on the other hand ran beside Ally who was already hiding as she hid, after a minute all four of them got up at the same time

"What happened to your job at Magic City?" you asked trying to not giggle 

"Oh I got fired," said Trish "anyway Austin have you and ally written any songs yet?"

"No we haven't had time to get around to it,"

"Austin, it's been a month since you posted on the internet," said Trish "your fans are wanting more music?"

"So?" Asked Y/n

"So... if austin doesn't post a new song on the internet everyone will forget who he is,"

"There's no way people will actually forget who I am," said austin as she walked to where the door was

"Oh my gosh it's him!" Said a girl, austin smiled as he turned around to look at his friends

"See people didn't forget who I am," Said austin "your overreacting,"

"It's the guy from the canned dog food commercial!"

Austin panicked as he took a hold of ally's shoulder

"You have to write me a new song!"

"So you want me to drop everything that I'm doing and write you a new hit?" Asked ally, austin nodded his head rapidly

"Ally I'll cover for you besides... he's looks desperate so help him out,"

"Y/n this is my job to," said Ally before turning around to face her friends "look as much as I want to write a new song for you I can't I just have to much to do,"

"Are you forgetting that Y/n works here to?" Asked Austin As he pointed at you  as you waved at ally

"Yeah and she's a way much better worker then you," said Dez, Austin, trish, and Y/n all gave him the death stare

"Thank you Dez like I needed that," said Ally as she had a neutral expression in her face "you guys want a new song here,"

Ally scribbled something on a piece of paper before handing a small piece of paper to Austin

"Ally you are aware that you gave me a piece of paper that says Carmel, camel, kangaroo, and llama?"

Austin and Dez were in the practice room with Y/n. After ally's outburst you decided to go up to the practice room and leave her by herself for a while

"Dez why is a kangaroo going through our fridge?" you asked in utter disgust as you pointed to a bag that was moving at the process "and why do you have a tub full of Carmel?..."

"The kangaroo was hungry and he's for Austin's music video," said Dez "and the Carmel... I just wanted Carmel,"

"How did you get a kangaroo? they don't even live in Miami," you asked  "and where on earth did you get that much Carmel?"

"Who cares Dez got me a kangaroo!" Said Austin, you rolled your eyes before walking out, Austin stopped you

"Hey I don't want to intrude but what's up with you and Damien?" Asked Austin, you let out a deep sigh

"Austin he's just a friend that I enjoy hanging out with," you said 

"Y/n can you come down here?! Damien here to see you!" Shouted ally as she was still at the counter

"Coming!" you said turning your head towards ally’s direction before she left austin stopped her again

"I know you said to not get involved but I would be careful,"

"I'll try," you said as you walked away, after you left ally walked up to Austin

"What was that about?" Asked ally as she looked at your direction before looking back at Austin

"What? that was nothing..." said Austin "let's not talk about Y/n let's write that song did you write it ye-"

"Guess who's got a job at the dry cleaners!" Shouted trish

"What happened to your job at the yo-yo cart?" Asked ally as she tried not to laugh

"I got fired, apparently yo-yo are a danger hazard and I shouldn't go near them,"

"Yeah says that person that tried to kill us with a yo-yo," said austin "anyway I need a song,"

"Yeah Austin's losing fans," said trish "and I told them that austin has to perform a song by Friday,"

"Trish!" Shouted ally "you know I'm working and with Y/n away every day with Damien it makes it twice as hard,"

"Yeah she's always away with him..." said trish "you don't think-"

"Trish there's no way that my sister is doing that, besides she's 15,"

"And he's 16," said trish "you should be worried,"

There conversation was interrupted when they heard screaming, it was Dez coming down the stairs

"Guys we have a problem..." said Dez as he rubbed the back of his neck, Ally ran over to Dez before asking

"What kind of problem?"

"That problem... apparently I made the kangaroo mad,"

"You let a kangaroo in the music store?" Asked ally "Dez my dads going to kill me!"

"Look on the Bright side... at least it's not going anywhere," said Dez as he placed a hand in ally's shoulder

"Dez the doors open," said Ally as she pointed to the door opening at the back of the store

"Guys... we have a problem..." said Trish as she held up a jacket that belongs to face puncher that was covered in Carmel

"What did I miss?" Asked Y/n, you slammed the dry cleaners door before standing next to Ally and Trish in the Laundry mat which is known as the dry cleaners

"Put it in the washer!" Said Ally "that should work,"

Trish rushed over to the washing machine as Ally was helping her get it in

"Y/n don't stand there help us!" Said trish as she started putting random stuff in the washer with the jacket, austin and Dez came in through the door

"We found the kangaroo," said Austin "Dez is at sonic boom getting it together,"

"Hey Miami! My name is Austin Moon and I'm going to perform a new song for you,"

Everyone slowly clapped as they were confused at what was going on

"Where's the kangaroo?" Asked a girl

"Yeah!"

"Oh it's fine in the practice room," said Austin "anyway this is a billion hits hope you like it,"

"It's not funny!" Said Lester as he Watched his daughters and there friends laughing at a video as he was wrapped in a head bandage and sling

"Hey at least this video has 3000 likes," You laughed showing him the ipad, Lester rolled his eyes before taking the iPad as everyone moaned and groaned

"Now what are we going to do?" Asked Austin as he had a sad look on his face, Melody pulls out her phone

"We can watch it in my phone," you said as you held up your phone as you brought the video up, as you did everyone laughed

Ally

-Ally’s design is based very off her style in season one, she will always be soft colors and jean jackets to me ‘u’

- She’s wearing a guitar pick necklace, given to her by Austin :)

- They use they/she pronouns

- She's panromantic and asexual (thanks to that one person in my notes on my first hcs post, you opened my eyes, so so real).

- She was the last of the fearsome four to come out. She comes out publicly before Austin does.

- She’s a demigirl but she’s not super open about it. They won’t deny it or anything but she’s doesn’t talk about it very often.

- Ally is autistic with a special interest in music (obviously). She has misophonia (hc based on that episode where she has to fire Dallas).

- Ally and Kira are dating. Kira fell first and was the first to confess.

- They definitely listen to mostly indie pop music and I refuse to take criticism on that.

- Top Albums/Songs: Stranger in The Alps - Phoebe Bridges, Kissing Lessons - Lucy Dacus, the masquerade - mxmtoon.

Austin

- Austin is another one whose design is heavily influenced by his season one style. I don’t know why but Austin is just the color red to me so I don’t think I’ve ever drawn him in a different outfit before. His design is the only consistent one of the four XD

- Also I love making his bleach job way shittier than it is irl because it just fits him.

- His ears are pierced because he thought it would be cool, he and Dez went to Claires for the first set, the other two were done at an actual place. Ally told Austin about how bad piercing his ears at Claire's is after he had already gotten done - so his second and third ear piercings were done at a real piercer.

- He uses he/him pronouns although he doesn’t mind when people use they/them for him.

- He’s bisexual and the third of the fearsome four to come out.

- He and Ally broke up because they both lost feelings and their relationship was originally based on feeling like they had to date because of how closely they were working together (they just both catch feelings easily). It was a consensual decision that they would be better off as friends.

- He and Dez are dating, Dez obviously fell first but Austin confessed first.

- He and Dez always had a “not friends or best friends but a third thing” going on, their friendship was always a bit deeper than just being best friends but they didn’t acknowledge or explore it until after high school.

- They keep their relationship totally private for a while since he thinks neither Trish nor Ally can keep a secret. Austin isn’t public with their relationship for a long while since he didn’t want to come out publicly (as in to like fans).

- Austin has ADHD and he takes meds to help with focusing.

- He’s hyperfixated on the history of pop music, when the show started it was guitar but after making pop for so long it kind of evolved into pop music in general then into the history of pop music.

- He listens to pop and 2010s radio music (as in music that was on the radio a lot so mostly pop but there are some exceptions). And Waterparks, Austin loves Waterparks.

- Top Albums: Double Dare - Waterparks, Fine Line - Harry Styles, Doo-Waps & Hooligans - Bruno Mars.

Dez

- Dez will never have a consistent outfit, it is always different but his style doesn’t really change throughout the series so it doesn’t matter too much. Loud colors, absurd patterns, and graphic tees (me fr tbh).

- His ears are pierced, done by Carrie in the cafeteria of their high school. He also has a stick and poke on their ankle done by her although it’s very faded. (From experience they’re rarely done right and will disappear rq).

- Dez uses all pronouns: he, she, they, xe, it, neopronouns - it doesn’t matter. People tend to use he/him for them but honestly, she wants people to mix it up more (projecting a bit XD)

- They’re nonbinary :3

- He’s gay and demirose (demiaroace) (projecting again). It was the first to come out of the fearsome four, coming out as bisexual sometime in middle school. It wasn’t until late high school that Dez realized they were actually gay and then didn’t realize he was demirose until a lot later.

- Dez and Carrie dated for like two weeks before they realized they weren’t actually into each other romantically, their relationship helped solidify that Dez is gay and Carrie is a lesbian (before either knew they weren’t cis btw, enby ppl are obvi included in both of their identities). They fake-dated through the rest of high school though. It kept Carrie closeted (with the added bonus that guys at her work wouldn’t hit on her as often) and it kept Dez’s thing for Austin under wraps.

- Trish found out that Dez was into Austin relatively early on in their friendship through observation and then interrogating him.

- Dez and Austin are dating, and Dez fell first. He has had a crush on him since like the 5th grade but they didn’t date until after high school.

- He has AuDHD (Autism and ADHD). His special interest is film techniques and they’re hyperfixated on Zaliens. They are a big fan of chewlry, usually wearing a chewlry necklace.

- Dez will listen to anything but his favorites are in the alternative genres.

- Top Albums: Spirit Phone - Lemon Demon, Artists vs Turtles - Epic Rap Battles of History, Hot Freaks - Hot Freaks.

- Dez is an Annoying Orange and Fred enjoyer, it’s the truth (sorry not sorry).

Trish

- Trish isn’t fully based on any of her styles but I think it fits her ^o^ I like this one way more than any of the other ones I’ve done.

- She has a nose stud and a septum as well as ear piercings (she’s had her ears pierced since she was a baby). She also has a navel piercing, the stud is a heart. Typically she wears gold hoops with her outfits.

- She uses she/her pronouns.

- She’s a lesbian and was the second of the fearsome four to come out. She came out to Dez before anyone else (they were talking about identity crises, Dez told her about Carrie and she came out to him). She came out to Ally and then Austin shortly after.

- She and Jace stayed friends. They didn’t talk for a little while after they broke up but are on good terms now. They talk pretty frequently now.

- Trish listens to mainly rap, R&B, and pop (also mostly female artists. not on purpose it just sort of happens lol).

- Top Albums: Hot Pink - Doja Cat, Ones - Selena, Somethin’ ‘Bout Kreay - Kreayshawn.

- She’s very invested in celebrity drama and talks about celebrities like she knows them personally. Ex: “Did you hear about what Justin did?” (referring to Justin Bieber).

Kira

- Kira’s outfit isn’t my favorite, it’s a little boring I think but she’s very teal and flowy material to me so I incorporated that. I think she’d like lace a lot too (although I didn’t incorporate it into her outfit).

- She wears dangling earrings but rarely hoops.

- She uses she/her pronouns.

- She is bisexual and out publicly.

- Kira and Ally are dating, Kira fell first and confessed first too. Kira started to develop feelings for her near Beach Clubs & BFFs (the KirAlly propaganda episode <333).

- She mainly listens to pop (as is the meta for characters in this show l _ l ).

- Top Albums/Songs: Dancing in the Kitchen - LANY, Ocean Eyes - Owl City, One of the Boys - Katy Perry.

Carrie

- *Carrie doesn’t have a canon last name (beside Wade during Duets & Destiny 👎). The last name I gave her is just her and Piper’s actresses’ last names hyphenated (Hannah Kat Jones and Hayley Erin).

- She was my favorite to draw, oh my gosh. I fully believe she would be Decora Kei. My first drawing of her I never posted because it wasn’t quite Decora and didn’t look right XD. But I really like this design for Carrie ^u^ Decora is so fun to draw!

- Also Carrie with braces is so real, I’m drawing her with them for forever now.

- Carrie has tons of piercings, a lot of them done by herself. 3 of her ear piercings were done on their own and so was her nose piercing. Xe tried to pierce her belly button but it got really infected and she had to take it out (it left a scar :,>). It wants more face piercings but she won’t do any other face piercings alone since it would be close to her eyes (nose bridge and eyebrow piercing).

- She also has a ton of stick and pokes of varying quality. None of them are particularly big or visible.

- Carrie uses she/it/xe and all neopronouns. She really likes glitch/clown/sparks as noun pronouns though ^3^

- She is girlflux (similar to genderfluid but her gender is never masculine).

- She’s a lesbian and she came out right after breaking up with Dez (the second time).

- There were two breakups between her and Dez. The real one which was the one they had played off as a misunderstanding and the second one was the break-off of the fake relationship.

- She was the one to suggest they keep pretending to date, even after they realized they weren’t into each other.

- Xe has ADHD and is hyperfixated on Japanese street fashions ^_^ (She wants to have her own Decora fashion line one day).

- She listens to mostly dance, J-Pop, and electronic music.

- Top Albums/Songs: Oh Yeah Baby! - Cube Natural, Tilt - Nanoray, Sigma - Reol.
