Rowe Family Ranch ♡

a spacious & rustic family ranch located in the rider's glen area.. i went for a darker wood and some green accents throughout the lot, using some items from the new ep also. a big inspiration behind the colour scheme of this build is from @farfallasims.. ms madi always has the dreamiest interiors and i was heavily inspired by her work..

Acacia Avenue Rentals & Community Lot

I felt inspired by some houses in San Francisco while looking through Pinterest and started this project. While playing with Rental Lots I also missed the element of community and interactions in Sims 2 & 3, so I tried to give this neighborhood a sense of livelihood.

📌What you will find on this lot:

🏘️ 4 rental lots: 2 "houses" and 2 old small apartments "newly" renovated (landlord special hehe)

☕ Coffee Shop/Bakery Lot, which can be set up to be functional if you set it (mod is included in the list you download)

🏋️‍♀️ Gym, Yoga & Dance Studio

📌Other info:

- You will need the default replacements & mods for this lot to look the same as the pictures

- The houses/apartments come in a bit of a shell shape, this means the décor is up to you. I found this to be realistic for my gameplay;

- The lot is inspired by a few streets I saw of San Francisco, though not accurate as I tailor it to my personal style;

- Feel free to change whatever you like and tag me if you use it, I will be glad to check it out;

- If you plan on re-uploading give credit where it’s due, don’t claim it as your own;

It’s a conversion of the Paint Horse Mane, Tail & Frontmane from SSO. 🐴 Plus, we’ve spiced it up with 27 unique swatches to boot. We ain’t stopping there – there’s more variety coming down the pike soon.

Historic cottage

I have built a romantic cottage with a master bedroom and a children's room to coincide with Easter. Subtle Easter decorations round off the house, but I have held back so that you can enjoy the house even after Easter. There are two living areas, a conservatory, a spacious kitchen, as well as an office area and a flourishing garden with chicken coop.

Ngl got a bit tired of making so many normal horses, so I decided to make something a bit special. Meet Mr. Bones my very spooky Skeleton Horse! Unlike the normal EA skeleton coat I made this one to be a lot more accurate to a actual horse skeleton while also adding a bit of my own "creep factor" to it especially with the head. Only cc used is @yolosimcc hairless tail.
