I seem to be gaining a lot of new followers atm (migrants from langtwt, I’m guessing! In that case: hello and welcome to langblr!) SO here’s a little bit about me and my blog!
About Me
I mostly go by Victoria online and it's what I prefer

In my 30s (yes I am a Real Adult with at least some of my shit figured out)
UK born and raised (East Midlands), although I'm moving to Japan soon!
I currently teach English as a foreign language on italki to students of all ages (current age range is something like 5-60), but will be teaching at an Eikaiwa from January
I'm also an aerialist (pole and hoop), which I teach and perform, a stilt-walker and fire performer (you can go visit my sideblog @jo-jenova if you're interested)
I'm also a fan of gymnastics, dance, writing (fantasy/sci fi/general fiction), baking, buying and owning books (and occasionally reading them), vikings (not in a weird white supremacist way), corvids, cats, Star Trek and, of course, linguistics
I’m currently awaiting an ADHD and autism assessment. I’m 99.9% sure I have ADHD and have pretty much no doubts that I’ll get a diagnosis (autism I’m less convinced of, but we’ll see what the experts say)
Languages
My native language is English (British - close to modern RP)
I also speak Norwegian and it is my main love/target language. This year I took the official B2/C1 exams and got C1. I write bokmål and speak a variety of Oslo dialect.
I'm also learning Japanese (current level: not quite N5). My goal is to reach a comfortable N5 level before I go there.
I largely understand Scots (more written than spoken), Danish (more written than spoken) and Swedish.
Languages I love and have some experience with but am not learning right now include: Finnish, Icelandic, Ukrainian, Tswana, Spanish
Wishlist: Korean, Cornish, Irish, Old Norse, Old English, Chinese
I can speak/understand a bit of French because I learned it for like 12 years but I've forgotten most of it (I do appear to be dabbling in it a little again though whoops lol)
I post primarily about Norwegian, Japanese, other Nordic languages, Celtic languages (Scots included as an honorary member) and linguistics, but occasionally I'll post about other things too.
About My Blog
My blog focuses primarily on my own personal language journey. I'm not really about aesthetics (you might get an aesthetic picture once in a blue moon) or pretending to be more advanced than I am. I mostly try to reflect where I am.
Sometimes this means I come across as bragging when I’m proud of myself or attention-seeking when I’m feeling down. That’s not my intention; I mostly just aim to be honest with myself and everyone else.
I post language logs once a week. These are so I can keep a track of what I've been doing and how I feel from week-to-week. They're not to show off how much I did or make anyone feel like they should be doing more. But if they make you feel that way and need to unfollow me because of that, then I understand.
Other things I post may include vocabulary lists, grammar posts, things related to linguistics, challenges and links to things related to my target languages that I find interesting.
I don’t do drama or discourse. I feel no obligation to respond to inflammatory asks and usually delete anything that I think is contentious. This is a language blog and it’s pretty rare that I deviate from that (I have a side blog for all my non-languagey stuff). But of course you can ask me questions about me and my life!
My blog is absolutely a safe space for people from all walks of life regardless of sexual identity, gender identity, ethnicity, nationality, colour, religion, size, IQ, background etc. If you consider that to be an issue, then you know where the unfollow button is.
I’m kinda terrible at replying to messages, so please don’t take it personally if I never respond to you.

Okay. So. Changing Leo's future design cause I thought it was a bit too similar to Victoria's.
So basically Leo's wearing a halter turtleneck ( his back is showing lol) with attached sleeves? Is that what they were called? I dunno, just look at the picrew.
The belt would actually have some chains falling from it with stars, suns and moons on them, all of which are gold. His earnings are actually hoop earrings like before but they take the shape of the sun instead of regular earrings. HE STILL HAVE HIS SHADES!!!! I forgot to add them here lol. Also he still has his snake piercings! And he has cat paw prints at the bottom of his shoes. Forever a cat boy.
I think Leo would have his hair short/ above his shoulders just so he can show off his back lol. Either that or he keeps his hair on a ponytail/bun. Speaking of hair, it's not fully white! I think he still dyes it, but this time around, there's probably like. A streak of white, or he dyed it in an ombre style. Honestly there's a lot i could do with Leo's hair, I'm still deciding.

From my Twitter Thread for fun facts about Paul! My half celestial OC.
1: He was born with a curse as a cruel punishment to his father- who refused to marry for politics and chose the one he loved. The goddess scorned then decided to punish his "first" born - which was Paul. The curse makes nature rot around Paul if he stays in one place too long.
2: He's a witch. He was naturally born with magic which are deeply rooted in nature - but he's not above learning new things like a bit of necromancy from his bf!
3: He did pick up a nonmagical skill - making jewellery! He wanders around a lot and likes to collect shiny and pretty things, so eventually figured out how to make a bit of money with them (which one does need from time to time in civilised areas).
4: He had a son: Fate. He didn't even know it was a thing he could do! Sadly, through the curse what was born came out very wrong. Though he tried to save him - he failed. Or so he thought. (Fate lived, and that's another story)
5: He has two soulmates! Elias, big beefy elf necromancer who he met by chance and immediately fell in love with. And Zev, his twin, his literal soulmate, who he only meets about 50 years after he met Elias.
6: Paul has high libido. When it was just Elias and Paul, they'd have an agreement that when apart, Paul can be with other men to fulfil that need. The more Paul fell in love with Elias though, the less he felt the need to do so.
7: Paul is helpful to a fault. He wants to help everyone that he can - perhaps bc he can't help himself with his curse. Sometimes it's not always the right thing to do, or he'll get himself hurt along the way, but he'll always, always try to improve things around him.
8: He's super smol! He's 5ft/153cm small. Elias, once knowing he's a celestial twin, muses that he might have grown taller and stronger had he grown up together with his twin - and not apart from him. But he also loves being so much taller than Paul!
9: NSFW. Paul can deepthroat like no other! No joke, that man's a cockslut and has the skills to match. Elias may be A LOT bigger than he is, and he may have needed a few tries, but he definitely knows how to take the D into any of his holes lmao.
10: Paul is a shapeshifter who can shift into animals. As a bonus, he always shifts into white animals, even if they're not normally white. He loves to become something cute and fuzzy that earns him belly rubs - they just feel good!
11: NSWF. Favorite position: Anything that gets him stuffed with both Elias and Zev at the same time 😌 He doesn't feel complete without both his loves.
12: Paul feels guilty for not being able to cure Zev's depression. He knows his twin had hoped once they were reunited all their troubles would stop, but not all did.He also knows it's unrealistic to expect of him, but Paul still feels guilty that he can't help who he loves most.
13: Paul has 4 moms! His birth mom, Victoria Evans. And the three nomadic dryads that raised him after finding him abandoned: Daisia, Rosaria and Elidia. They certainly struggled, not knowing anything about babies, but probably only dropped him once, lol.
14: He sleeps curled in a little ball! Since he grew up travelling with his mommas, it was often more convenient to sleep in animal form, like a curled up little fox or cat. Once he started sleeping with people, it was hard to unlearn that habit. Now he starfishes.
15: He can't stop adopting animals in need. He literally can't! Doesn't matter if it's dangerous or not - Paul is never in danger anyway, and he loves to help them when they're sick or hurt. His partners are used to it, esp when they start to settle down it's just like... here we go again

WordGirl Love Live AU: More Info Updates!
Okay, frick it... I'm doing more UTAU covers. They're gonna take a while though, because 2 out of 9 voicebanks in the whole group are finished, those being Becky and Tobey. I'm currently working on Victoria's right now.
So... while we wait and the polls keep getting created, here's some other info:
- Duet and Solo covers will be made.
- Songs that have questionable themes and lyrics will either have their lyrics partially skipped or be completely avoided as a whole (now don't get me wrong, I still vibe with these songs, I'm just skipping them because the characters I'm making the voicebanks for are aged up to high schoolers, which are still minors). in Boxhill to get our cat groomed etc etc anyways in Boxhill, Victoria it a Busy suburb. like. it’s like the cbd but a suburb lol. anyways there’s a reason we don’t come here often 1) busy as hell 2) hard to park anywhere and 3) half an hour away from us and That is the one we’re least concerned about lmaoooo. but anyways it’s got a very big Asian population here and bc Australians are always racist they’re always like “it’s basically Chinatown” or some shit where they play the “fun game” of “spot the Aussie” and by Aussie they mean a white person. I hate Australians. anyways very very often they’re always going on about how it’s some Chinese run suburb and I’m like. bro the hospital we drove past had the sign translated to Korean y’all don’t even know what fucking ethnicity is largest here. I hate white Australians god almighty. like. Australians like to put on this act of “were so friendly here!” but forget to mention “only if you’re white though!” bc the hostility towards Asians is fucking insane here. it’s crazy

Part 2 of me liveblogging this production
The cat who I think was Jennyanydots earlier is singing Bombalurina's part, also with a chair. They're both red, but Bomba (??) has black headfur. They kind of look like sisters because of all the similarities.
So far Victoria has been my favorite in this production, she's really pretty and living her best life. She was paried with Mungojerrie in Act 1, I think. There's another white cat with different colored headfur.
This white tom is close to Jelly/Demeter.
Macavity's Deut mask is a little creepy. Macavity himself is ?? Interezting ?? Seems demonic. He's fighting Munk and this white tom, who might be Alonzo now that I think of it. There are some lifts but cats aren't getting thrown around here. Macavity just kind of sets down Alonzo and then sets off an explosion, which makes everything go dark.
Munkustrap 1 is introducing Mistoffelees, and now some human is onstage again to sing Mistoffelees :( Still kind of weird to me. Mistoffelees came fown on a rope !
I thought Misto was Coricopat earlier, but I guess it's Misto. Before now there haven't been many acrobatic feats and such, but this Misto is having a little fun while he blasts things.
The cat who I thought was Misoffelees might actually just be a Munkustrap 2 in a white suit. Misto and the Human singing his song are doing this trick where they appear and disappear as this mirror goes back and forth quickly.
The Human keeps screaming sometimes LOL. Misto made two (children) mitten versions of him appear from under a giant top hat ? And he's dancing with them now, it's cute.
