Yeppers, like real cats the squad are all lactose intolerant! Besides the residence glitches of course!

So it’s a common insult tossed back and fourth between the kiddos! However I’m debating if Ody is or not… he may be exempt given his situation, so him and Decamark can sit in their feigned superiority of being able to digest chocolate milk lol

Did Jamie understand human speech at all before she was taken in by her brother and his wife?

Yes. She had about 6 years with humans before ending up in the wild. She got a bit rusty, but she could understand and speak to Jordan and Rose. By that time she was more fluent in Pokespeak though.

Why does Bellatrix trust Joyce almost instantly? Is she just naive? Can she sense the overflowing aura of maternal warmth emanating from Joyce? Or does she trust Fuji and that his human "friend" is also good? She seems to be trusting to a human stranger way too quickly, which I think is makes her bery vulnerable to bad people. But I am relieved that this blind trust is being put on someone who will actually look out for Bellatrix's wellbeing

This won’t be touched on too deeply so I’m fine sharing this

Bella is VERY good at sensing intent, it’s something she picked up from experience.

No matter what the situation is if there is a Pokémon in need Joyce’s intent is ALWAYS “to help”, it’s what she’s done her whole life, what she’s committed to. It’s how she’s gotten all of the legends she takes care of to trust her enough to care of them.

So when faced with a handful of strange Pokemon, one you just got into a fight with, and a human who only has your best interest at heart, it’s clear why she chose to latch onto Joyce.

How she feels about everyone else will be answered given time

If the scientists wanted Unova to live and have another baby, why did they release her in the wild in a near dead state?

Those severe scars were from when she was being caught by team rocket. Before they could put her under, she struggled to get away from the Deoxys that had ensnared her. They tended to her wounds whilst she was under aesthetic, but yeah. More or less, the 'clown' is a horrible person :<

There is a pause between them as Cheese takes in the new information, mulling over it thoughtfully. "It's.. it's okay, I think. I don't remember anything, obviously, but I feel uneasy in this place. so if im understanding correct, meau has been hiding the scar on her second neck? Is it becoming more visible from stress/loss of energy because bababy? Will she tell more about what happened or is that all that plans to be told in story?

Keikatt has it right, Meau has had this scar since she dealing with humans… which begs another question I’m sure ya’ll are now seeing, but besides that! She hides this scar and heals over it most of the time. However, in high stress situations, old scars have a way of showing back up whether you’re aware of it or not. Between waking up to find Ody missing, pregnancy hormones, and dealing with humans… one of which went straight for her second neck, her mental state crashed very suddenly and rapidly and thus… old scars began to resurface.

Hence why it starts small in the very first panel upon seeing Ody not being okay, due to her… before it slowly grows as he panics and scatters, the babs-a-kicking, and then having to recall traumatic events.

As for how she got it and all those specifics, don’t worry we will be seeing it in HD 4K brutal detail pretty early on into Noe’s Arc ;D

We... We met in Johto. I had, uh... Stolen one of the starters--Pierce, a Cyndaquil at the time. We'll meet him when he gets here.

Anyway, at the same time, he was there to legally get a starter.

I was on my way back to Elm--the Professor of Johto--when we met. He tried to talk to me, but I... Uh... wasn't very friendly with him... to put it lightly...

Well, I ended up doing the Gym challenge, and because he was doing that too, we kept bumping into each other... He was... He was always so sweet and kind and patient with me... It surprised me...

I don't know how he did it, but... I can't thank him enough for that... He really helped me turn my life around for the better...
