Not long ago, we didn't know, if we were all alone~ Was there a dearth of other earths in the habitable zone?

Got Yakko’s Big Idea song from the Animaniacs reboot stuck in my head and so I wanted to draw a little something about it :P

No but really, I can’t help finding these first lines really poignant because... I mean, who hasn't ever wondered about that? Whether there was life, or even just the possibility of it, somewhere else in the universe? And then Yakko tells us that there's hope- only to immediately try to sell it as a tourist destination. And that's the whole point of the song, of course, it's a parody of [insert the name of the show it's parodying where candidates try to convince a jury to invest in their product. i don't know, i'm not American] but- it's kind of incredible to me? One of the biggest existential questions of humanity as a whole, turned into a meaningless product. It's just... damn. Imagine if we really had the capacity to travel to other planets and did that with it. Oof.

...Don’t get me wrong I find the whole thing genuinely really funny in its absurdity and the song is super catchy but if I think about it for more than five minutes I get emotions, haha

Anyway, that’s why I wanted to draw him with a little more melancholy here ;v;

They already placed a warning on my account and asked me to check my other works. The ones that will survive will be A Welcoming Darkness, Hijack, A Short Rest and The Progenitor of Darkness since those three appear more or less like usual fanfics.

The rest I'll delete on Monday morning before uploading Eagle of Alamut.

idk. The email pretty much bummed me out so I have no real plan at the moment. Kinda sad since I finally reached January 2023 and this week's uploading was supposed to include the Pigeon!Desmond and Deaged Desmond Gets Mistaken as Fenrir in AC Valhalla ideas among others.

I honestly don’t see the point of Sun always being alone as of late, unless it’s leading up to something happening to him.

I mean Moon and Solar are together more lately. Lunar and Earth are together most of the time too.

One day Sun is away from the daycare or the computer is tampered with and one of the villains can easily get to him.Sun could use his powers but he was already warned about using them from Castor. Twice. He might not use it this time.

It just doesn’t make sense why he’s always alone. Or the art of him being dead in some thumbnails.

We shall see I guess.

Also on the subject of Aelin, trying to figure out her professions, she's currently Jeweller, Tailor, and Prospector(bc you need the metals for Jewelrymaking). BUT since she needs leathers for tailoring, is it better to ditch Jeweller and get Forester?

If she ditches jewelry making I don't need prospecting anymore... Basically if I'm most married to her keeping Tailor for backstory reasons, what are the best other professions to have? She's low enough level if I start something new it won't be too much of a pain.

Had an horrible thought. Bloodborne live action movie directed by tim burton 😭😭

dsjfjhhsdds You say this, but it actually doesn't sound all THAT bad XD I think at the very least he would be able to grasp the vibe, and add characters who are eccentric enough x)

I also know it is practically a staple to usually focus Bloodborne anime/show/movie/manga/etc story on the time before the game's events (usually centering on Maria and uprising of the Healing Church), but... his style genuinely would fit that period better! Not that I doubt that he'd be able to pull off more 'dirty' and 'bloody', devastated setting... but in my opinion his approach best fits the settings where Aesthetic TM is applicable! So, times where dresses, carriages, Victorian sweets shops etc still existed. <:3

I am no expert though, @heraldofcrow on the other hand has good knowledge and good taste in gothic(leaning) art; music, books, movies, drawings, whatever.... 🤔 She even sometimes surprises me with how FITTING irl faceclaims she finds for some characters? In fact- LET CROW DIRECT THE BLOODBORNE MOVIE SDJHFDSH

I'm entering exam period and to make up for all the procrastinating I did during the semester, I'm not gonna be here for... a while. Probably all may and perhaps all june too :/

During this hiatus period:

-I won't post or reblog (if you see a post here, it would be on queue),

-I won't answer to comments or asks at all

-but I will still answer dms if needed or if you wanna say hi (maybe a bit late depending on what I'm doing but I'll answer) / possibility I stop answering dms at one point because I really have to study ;w;
