I'll asume we're talking about dance moves, so. HEAR ME OUT. Grumpy is a terrible dancer but loves to dip Anastasia because she freaks out every time and that's fun. And Madison loves to be dipped by Low because of how a great dancer he is! His moves are smooth~

22. Which oc likes to read to their partner?

I think Elsa would be the one, mainly because she is the only bookworm I have in my saves right now. She's also a complete romantic, so I can totally picture her reading short love stories to Rose in their cuddling moments.

Testing @whyhellosims CC. Wilbur and AU(Lafferverse) Judith ( @helenofsimblr ) are quite happy with the turn out.

I even tested to see how well the shirt might do if stretched in a pose. I think it turned out well. Usually Wilbur is not so tall! I think they look fab!

While this week's post isn't spooky, it is a conversion of one of @whyhellosims' Simblreen treats, their Oversized Sweatshirt for kids. I saw it, I needed it in my game, I converted it. It's just how I am.

It's for CU, all colors. Has a fat morph and is set as Everyday, PJ, and Gym. I converted all of WHS' textures, though I edited texture 9. It was too similar to 10 for my taste, off-white vs white, so I turned it green. I also did a bunch of solid and colorblocked recolors of my own. The total is 55 textures. WHS' are numbered, mine are color named. In the swatch, WHS' are the chest area and mine are the shoulder area, to show the contrasting sleeves on most of them.

Some new clothes for the girls

For the tops I used the Tattooer by @paluding. Topmeshes are 100% TS2. The jeans are by @mdpthatsme and whyhellosims, I changed the shape to be more TS2 skintight. And combined them with @madlensims' Marci Boots.

Left top: EP09 Bohoblouse, everyday and formal, 9 original colors.

Right top: SP42 SleeveNetted, everyday, 12 original colors.

Bottoms: all 7 colors of the boots combined with some colors of the Gemma jeans, everyday and outerwear.

Teen-Elder. All with appropriate morphs.

28. Would they prefer a lie over an unpleasant truth?

Coraleye definitely loves the idea of living a fairytale life with no issues, but she values honesty and open communication tremendously. So while she might initially be hurt by an unpleasant truth, she'd ultimately prefer that over being left in the dark.

30. Who do they most regret meeting?

....Out of the ones she's aware of so far? It's probably gotta be Morgyn Ember. She's bent over backwards for them, and the betrayal she feels after their infidelity is extremely hard for her to grapple with, and has left emotional scars to this day. She understands that there were powers at hand that were out of their control to some extent, but looking back on it, she just feels ridiculous that she allowed someone to take hold of her heart like that and believes it'd be better if she'd have never gotten involved with them in the first place.

38. What memory do they revisit the most often?

There are a few moments that she holds close, one probably being the time she was in Sulani, crying about a boy or something, and was approached by a woman, who comforted her and held her while she cried. She believes this might have been the ghost of her great-grandmother, Agnes Darling. That memory can be seen here

The other, is when her family was reunited with Kirsten and Seymour. They've been away in Tres Lagos raising their own youngest child, Sage and finally moved to Strangerville, which was in their universe, making them accessible to their family once again.

B) What inspired you to create them?

Coraleye was born as opposed to being created, so she kinda just... happened. But her personality has definitely been shaped by the Darling elders who came before her. She's a little hodge-podge of all her older relatives, even her brothers! Which is probably why she's my favorite. She's a walking homage to My Darling, really 😭💘

G)What trait of theirs bothers you the most?

Coraleye's innocence and naivety can be so endearing and cute at times, but a lot of times it can leave her vulnerable to manipulation or hurt and it puts her at a high risk of being taken advantage of. Because of this, she also is completely oblivious to when she's coming across as flirtatious or leading someone on, and although her intentions are always pure and usually platonic, it leads to many unrequited crushes and romances. This can be tough to write, and as a simmer, play 😄

H) What trait do you admire most?

I think her being a family sim is the cutest thing ever 🥺 She has a unique relationship with each member of her family and extended family (and believe me that's a lot of Darlings!) She loves babies, and most of the time, if I'm playing another relative's household she'll pop-up uninvited to help out. She's also always so eager to hear stories about her family's history, and the more details the better. She really is the best choice for the heir!

Very Late Simblr Gratitude Day

I was barely active this past Gratitude Day because of an evil stomach bug and my wisdom teeth extraction, so my apologies to my beloved mutuals and everyone who took some time to give me a heads up that day. I'll be answering you little by little, but I wanted to make this post first.

I felt welcome since day one and honestly? That was super overwhelming (I'm shyyy) because I didn't know how to react to that level of kindness, but little by little I started to open up. The way people support each other made me think "yeah, I want to do that too!" and make people feel as comfortable as the community did with me. I see it as a little, unconscious positivity chain that I value very much.

I cannot stress enough how happy I am in this chaotic simblr community, mainly because it does work and feels like a real one. Not even in my personal social media I've seen these levels of interaction, support and fun between people. Sure, there are ups and downs, but all and all I still think this is my happy place and it's all because of you: The talent, creativity, chaos, fun, humor and cooperation is incomparable to me. That's why I don't leave.

I know I haven't been very active this past year and a half, but I hope that'll change soon. Since it's also Christmas Eve in this side of the globe, I wish you all have some nice and peaceful holidays.

Simblr Gratitude Day

I've been in a serious adulting and holiday prep pattern this week and haven't been able to be here much, so I'm behind on a lot of your content and missed this really cool event. But will that stop me from participating? Not one bit! I finally have a moment to chill, so here we go!
