the good thing about growing as a writer is that you slowly find the things that actually work for you. i’m able to juggle multiple projects by separating them out into what stage in the writing process they’re in and i’m learning what my Optimal writing conditions are, and every day i get a little more progress done

on the other hand you also regress and write 9k words in 9 hours thus staying up all night and obliterating your carefully curated sleep schedule and also destroying the will to write for weeks after
