JGP Bangkok 2023: Women

Acabo de ver la competencia completa de las chicas en el Junior Grand Prix de Tailandia, y estoy muy feliz. Siento que hay mucho talento en este pequeño grupo de niñas, y me emocionó especialmente, ver atletas representando países que no suelen verse en competencias como esta.

El podio final fue: Ami Nakai primera, Yuseong Kim ganó segundo lugar por un par de puntos, y Heesue Han ganó el bronze en tercer lugar.

Fue una competencia muy bonita: Yuseoung logró aterrizar su Triple Axel, y se podía ver su sonrisa gigante después. Las patinadoras de Corea son muy completas y multifacéticas: Preciosa coreografía, vestidos, música, presentación y performance.

Lo mismo me pasa con las atletas japonesas: Hay tanta competencia y talento en esos países, que realmente las patinadoras que mandan esas Federaciones, ya sea para competencias Junior o Senior, siempre son muy buenas, la crème de la crème.

Además de esas tres, hubo otras chicas que me sorprendieron mucho, aunque no tengan los saltos más grandes y los giros más estables, pero patinaron con mucho corazón. Por ejemplo está Hetti Shi de Canadá que tiene un estilo es muy elegante, Yufeng Tsai de Taipéi y Ruichen Tong de China, ambas con mucho potencial.

Disfruté mucho a Bath de Australia con saltos muy potentes y energía infinita, y a Gradinaru de Suiza, quién me impresionó mucho con su presentación, especialmente cuando en el Programa Corto hizo una combinación 3Lz+Lo.

Anri de Tailandia (Phattaratida Kaneshige) patinó muy bonito al frente de su país de origen. También tiene mucho potencial, aunque quedó apenas fuera del Top 10, justo en la posición número 11, pero creo que ha entrenado el Triple Axel en el pasado, así que sería interesante ver si lo muestra en un futuro cercano.

So Eugene does appear to have been bullied in school just like I thought. And Yuseong somehow unlocked his potential?? Speaking of, how did Yuseong get into the school??? Does bro get good grades? Bro knows space and euclidean geometry and the cycle of water?

Also, that was back when the school was . . . an actual school. Like Eugene didn’t take over from the start. So they probably came from a wealthy family since someone must have paid the tuition. Unless they both got scholarships which is unlikely.

It looks like Eugene is not used to seeing Yuseong so happy, which is new to us too. So the same thing is happening all over again except Yuseong is over the moon.

Also, Goo was in contact with Eugene before Workers. Is he Goo’s cousin?? I haven’t seen the English version yet so we’ll see. Wealthy cousin with glasses that got bullied sounds like Eugene. Also, this might start to confirm my theory of Eugene committing crimes since he was young.

Also, Eugene was ready to pay millions and millions of won to Goo to beat up these guys so he wasn’t relying on Yuseong. So Yuseong used to not have a thing for strong guys, he used to be just . . . a guy going to school. Then the cutie was corrupted 😭😭
