Light Screen: A Pokemon x Color speed run zine

Concept: Contributors will about 2 weeks to complete a mini piece that relates to the theme, features one of the colors from our palette and at least one pokemon (or trainer) of their choice.

Content Restrictions and Requirements

Theme: 🤫 Our secret theme will be revealed in the Discord server once the project begins to add to the challenge. (The theme will be broad and open to interpretation)

Rating: SFW, PG

Characters: Should include one pokemon or established character in the Pokemon universe; no OC trainers or fanmade pokemon designs.

Zine Specs: Free Digital Artists: 1748 x 757 px Writers: FAQ listed after the “Keep Reading”; Follow our Twitter for more consistent updates.

🌈What is a zine? New to zines? Check out https://zinebaby.carrd.co/ for some general information.

🌈Who can participate? Anyone who applies during the application period. No previous experience. No portfolio needed

🌈 What types of mediums are allowed? Anything that can be put into a PDF, which means no music or animation. (Although contributors are encouraged to turn their pieces into animations if they choose to outside of this project).

🌈 Contributor Expectations:

Adhere to the guidelines

Discord attendance: mandatory.

Final deadline: non-negotiable.

🌈Cover Artist Due to the nature of this zine, we will not have a specific cover artist.

🌈 Using our Color Palette: The main highlight of your work should be the one of the five colors provided. Artists: Think hue-vember; you do not have to do a monochrome palette and you do not only have to use the given colors. Your piece simply has to highlight/heavily feature the specific shade of color provided. Writers: Focus on items that are the same shade of the color or even emotions evoked from looking at it. Feel free to just use words that describe the colors: "lavender", "sage", "sky blue", "mauve". You are free to interpret it how you want to as long as it's reasonable.

Here’s what to expect on Pre-Order day!

We have:

Traverse: The Zine only bundle!

Destiny(50 LIMITED): The Zine + all merchs + limited merch(the enamel pin) included! FIRST COMES FIRST SERVE!

Twilight: The Zine+all merchs WITHOUT limited merch(no enamel pin)-This is non limited bundle edition.

Daybreak: Merchs only bundle, it doesn’t include enamel pin or the zine

Daybreak Final Mix(20 LIMITED): Merchs only bundle, it includes enamel pin but no zine.

Please note that Destiny and Daybreak Final Mix are limited bundle while other 3 bundles are not. Limited bundles will be first comes first serve.

AND

we have our stretch goal!!!

Exactly what those stretch goal merchs will be revealed later during Pre-order but they are all very wonderful so I hope to reach all 3 goals!

Our First Goal: Total sale of 100 orders!

Our Second Goal: Total sale of 200 orders!

Our Final Goal: Twilight bundle sale only-150 orders!

For those of you who are not familiar with stretch goal, once we reach our sales goal, we will be adding one merchandise to every orders in every bundles at no extra cost! So even if you just order the traverse bundle(zine only bundle) if our sale reaches 200 orders and we sell over 150 Twilight bundles, you will be getting all 3 merchandises automatically!

Hello! I’m @lanphelt and I’m happy to announce a danganronpa v3 charity fanzine which is currently taking applications!

Ever since Trigger Happy Havoc I’ve been a huge admirer of Danganronpa with a lot of love for it to give and I wanted to express my graditude to the newest installment of the franchise by creating a zine from fans for fans.

I’m sure a lot of you want to join the project and express your love for it as well!

Believe is a non-profit fanzine and all profit will go to charity

Any artstyle and skill level is welcome to apply

Final submissions are due to the 20th of April 2018

WAITING FOR SPRING ZINE.

-This is the safe for work version with the most lovely, angsty and safe/sane/consensual side of rusame. There is SOME nudity and non-explicit sexual content but nothing above Teen rating.

MUTUAL ASSURED DEVOTION ZINE

-This one is for the most dubious, gorish and violent side of the ship. It will contain mature content, not-safe/dubious-consensual themes and even character death. It will all be with the proper warnings.

WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO TO CONTRIBUTE?

-you can send the message via submission, instant message or the ask system.

Ex: I am an artist/ writer and would like to make a draw fo the magazine NSFW. The subject is this full sex on a dungeon.

-I will reply to all messages and make a list of all contributors and subjects so we all try to do something different.

WHAT SIZE SHOULD IT BE?

- should be around the size of an A5 or A4paper, could be larger, we’ll adjust it but preferable keep it in the same aspect ratio.

-background is not needed, even a flat colour will do.

-the story format is:

Pairing: Russia/America : if not a romantically involved characters post none or platonic relations.

Type of verse : ex. Human AU

Rating. Safe or nsfw

Warnings: sex and all sorts of warnings.

Summary: tell what your story is about.

Now add story until 2.000words.

You CAN:

For both editions you can do any Alternative Universe you wish. (Pottertalia, Mertalia, Spavetalia, Cardversetalia, Nyohetalia etc.

• You can Include side characters for just minor purposes but no other side pairings since this is a RUSAMEzine..

•do a collaborative piece with another artist/writer. Please make sure to tell me that fact though.

-Only write 2.000 words or under. (I apologise…)

•Ask me for help with themes or to assign you a theme if you are really stumped or would prefer that

You CANNOT:

- do any ot3s. I do apologize for that but for the sake of keeping this zines neutral I will have to implement this rule.

- present any content relating to gore/death/sad themes/abusive themes/nsfw. I will not include any of these in the zine. It’s supposed to be fun.

- Character bash. If you are including a minor character please do not bash them. Respect is fundamental~

-It has to be finished. It can be lineart or drawings but make them look finish or they won’t end up on the zines.

- We won’t make any profit of it and so do you. Please respect the contributors.
