Vacation is not only a physical break but a mental one. Due to super busy schedule I get a chance to rest for a week once every 6 months. Don’t you wish legs day was every day? Haha 😆 Probably not! However, if you want your legs to grow you have to think that way. Some days when I train legs I like to incorporate multiple exercises for quads and hams. Today on the contrary I have done a very few exercises times ten: 💪 10 sets of non-stop leg curls pyramid 💪10 sets of non-stop leg extensions pyramid 💪 10 sets of gradual overload squats. In this video I maxed out on the 10th set and managed to get only 8 repetitions. Nevertheless my legs were fatigued as planned. • Got fitness related questions? I get many questions how to build big well-developed biceps. I always recommend finding the method that works for you. As for myself I tend to train biceps as an add on to my back workout. Usually I do 16 sets per small body part. Strict form and maximum contraction at the top of the movement is the key. Don’t forget to utilize an eccentric portion of the movement to maximize your efforts. In this video I am demonstrating a bicep drag curl.
