I had written this oc ages ago alone with my trolls world tour fanfic. They were a troll that worked in the funk UFO main control room. Where those trolls control the movement of the ship, safety of the inhabitants and cams. E.Z.Y was a sass mouthed who often bit more than she could chew. Her main appearance in was only for a moment in chapter 4 where she comments she could swim in rapids perfectly, before being told off by another troll. Who quipped that E.Z.Y had never left the ship.

Other than that, her main joke is her name. She often gets confused with people saying ‘easy’ and thinks they want to talk to her. Wrong, and then when people do talk to her, she is confused as hell.

She also roller skates everywhere.

Did I messily sketch this. Yes. Do I care, nope. Messy messy is a yessy yessy. Anyways (and these head cannons apply to normal John-Dory as well. I just drew genderbend instead) I feel Juniper was alone for the most of her young young years. Sure she head Grandpa Rosebud, but he way busy. And her parents? Adventuring. Then when Sandy came along, Juniper did everything for her younger sister, she was infatuated by the fact that she was an older sister. Then Clover came and as much as Juni loved her, they seamed to butt head more often than not. Where Sandy was as close to Clover as Juni was to Sandy. Then came Fawn and the family seamed to shift again, apart they sung beautifully. But together, they were amazing. And Grandpa Rosebud saw that, so nudged the idea that they should form a band. Of course, they girls jumped at the idea.

Random headcannons-

-hand me downs are a big tradition when the trolls were in the troll tree, they didn’t have enough resources to make brand new clothes every day. So there were baby clothes that blossom (branch) would wear that belonged to his grandma.

-I stan the trols with tails headcannons. Why, I read a fanfic a while back and the author gave pop trolls tails and claws for climbing trees. I liked it, so the tails are for balance.

-the heart glasses belonged to their mother, who gave it to Juni when she dropped Sandy’s egg off.

This was went to be a comic, but I ended up drawing a room so I just went with it, Sandy is mid getting ready to go out. Sandy is definitely their vanity girl, she is the icon, the heartbreaker. She has to look her best even if she is going to the corner store. If not what’s the point of her being the pretty one. Anyways, the original comic script was- JD: how the hell are you already ready to go out?. S: I’m ready for when the government falls, I can be ready real quick.

Again, very 90s coded, bubble braids, originally it was meant to be Ugg boots, but I didn’t draw ‘em. For those who don’t realise, this is genderbend broZone, Sis-stars.

They’ve become major important to me now, Genderbend BroZone, or Sis-stars. I decided to draw Clover and Blossom pre-show. I got inspiration from the fact that Branch had gotten a perm, so I thought decided Blossom had her straightened. Done by her older sister. I’ve based the girls off girl bands like TLC or destiny’s child ect. So they will be very 90s girls.

I had a random thought, what if there were Mount Rageous versions of our singers, like Niki Minaj, or Taylor Swift ect ect. So introducing one of the original superstars, Miki JJ. I based her off of Niki Minaj’s Pink Friday: The Re-up album, specifically High school, pound the alarm and starships. Back when V & V we’re kids, she was one of the biggest superstars. She was an idol, and she was all about herself and she was Velvets inspiration. I loved the big hair, the massive POOF of hair. Also why there is a lot of poof is because that was her trademark, big poofy accessories, her sleeves were big, her hair was big, and her ego was bigger.

They’ve been friends since childhood.

Spot of lore, when the strings were founded, they were like 12, in this drawing they are 13ish. I didn’t know what the dress them, so I gave them silly, basic designs, makes sense since they were still exploring they’re music so were more wearing they casual clothing then fully in tune with their genres.

This was really hard because apparently I had never drawn Rome on his own. See that little blue haired fuck in the first drawing, yep, that’s the only drawing of Rome to exist digitally

Rome Outcider. His name was a three way pun. 1. His family made cider. 2. The book the outsiders which is what he is based off of. 3. How he felt, he felt distant from the group despite being loved. The redesign was him mid colour fade, he gradually lost colour over a 5 year time frame, fueled by jealousy and hate. He made himself loose his colours.

He is the villain of my story, and also cannon, since he quite literally stole all the strings to make pop the dominate music form.

Rock ancestor! Puck Stillwater.

Now i think I mentioned, but I will again, that all these designs are pre-war. So when they were younger (like 4 years before war lol)

Even after becoming the leader of the rock trolls, Puck was less a front of stage troll, more a behind the scenes manager. He wanted to make sure trolls had fun when playing music, so would ensure that. Though when he is playing, he mains drums. Often using his head rather than sticks.

Originally I wanted to make her white, in the redesign. But when I did it, I didn’t look right, she just looked better with the darker skin tone, I also gave her dress a tweak or two, scratch that, I redesigned her a lot lol.

Now for the Funk elder. Queen Athena Solar Summer.

I heavily based her designs off of disco balls and the 70s. Fun fact. She and Siren were engaged, before siren died. Also it’s clear that there are major changes from her og design to her current. As much as I wanted to keep her jumpsuit and cool cape, I felt her new design fitted my art style better, and instead the jumpsuit design could be used as a somewhat fancier outfit.

This old baddy lives somewhere deep within the funk archives zoned out beyond belief. Like she doesn’t even know what day or year, or that she is even in a ship (relatable)

The next 6 posts will be the before and re-draw of 6 of my trolls WT oc’s. I made them back when the movie was first released and with the popularity increase that came with the 3rd movie, I decided to give them a little love again.

These drawings are of the troll ancestors with a more lore behind each character. Noted, this is all apart of my story, with my own spin on the cannon. Also I’m drawing them all in human form because I cannot draw trolls rn lol. My art is heavily inspired by celestfunk on instagram, previously on tumblr but I think they deleted the account. I am also a firm believer in Polynesian techno trolls lol.

This one is my main one, the Techno Ancestor. Dj. Queen. Siren.

Officially, she created music. It was her mindless playing around that created the first few notes. Then it was her excitement to show her friends (the other troll ancestors) her discovery, she plucked hairs from all their heads and showed them her ‘invention’. They each took turns, trying to make it sound more like something they would like. Then came the first a cappella, to which followed, music and colour. A unique genre for each of their uniqueness. Each of the 6 friends were regarded as kings and Queens, highly loved and respected.

However it was clear to all, that techno trolls possessed a greater ability than the others. Now it is quite simple to make a song (for the trolls) but to take a song from another genre and make it fit your own, that is difficult. For all but the techno trolls, who found it easy to remix songs to EDM. It is also why techno trolls hearts can be many colours, because though they are born techno and love the beat drop, sometimes they prefer things from pop genre, or classical. Their hearts show their true nature with no judge.

Techno troll rulers adapted to naming the era they ruled. Example, Queen Siren ruled the Galatnis Era, after a few 50-200 years, the next ruler would call their era SeaBeast ect. Not only that but each era would have a unique fashion trend.
