I hope random brands turn their logo rainbow for no goddamn reason. I hope they do it even if its a desperate bid to seem supportive. I dont fucking care if its shallow. Bud light made a limited edition rainbow can and white men with big trucks took machine guns on them. Target runs a line of admittedly cringe rainbow merchandise and is the subject of domestic terrorism. A random company going rainbow for a month is shallow but its showing the people that want to kill us that they can't win. The pride flag will be everywhere and itll piss them off and theres nothing they can do about it. No matter how much violence and hatred they dish out, they'll be too many goddamn companies to boycott, to threaten. You dont have to buy shit from them, just use rainbow capitalism against them.

srry i havent posted much.. i keep forgetting i have tumblr. heres something for arospec awareness week !

my relationship with my aromantic identity is.. complicated.  ive always felt different from my peers when it comes to romantic attraction, but i hadnt come to terms with being on the aro spectrum until recently; and even now i dont have an exact label. greyro? who knows !!  i know that sometimes aro ppl r romance repulsed, but i tend to be the opposite. i enjoy romance like someone enjoys looking into store windows at things that look cool but u have no interest in buying. i adore things like lovecore, and even incorporate hearts and things typically associated with romance into my fashion and my artwork. but the attraction isnt there, or if it is, its very rarely.  for a while i thought i didnt fit into the arospec label because of my enjoyment of holidays like valentines day or watching campy greaser romance movies.  but im arospec, i am, and my interests have no impact on my lack of attraction.  id really love to connect with more aro ppl; ppl like me who like lovecore while being aro, or romance repulsed aros, or whoever! i feel like our identity is so often overlooked and dismissed and i would love talk to people with those same struggles ..
