Ok so, your weight loss is super impressive honestly you must be so proud 💪 Anyways, over the past few yrs I've gone from an ok size 12 to an uncomfortable S16, & I hate it. I'm 21 now and kind of sick of choosing to miss out because of my weight. So hopefully for the last time I've started trying to lose weight again. I know I'm going to have to put more effort into exercising rather than just my diet, having never really put in 100% tbh. Any tips for working out when you're self conscious? 😓
Hey! Thank you so much for your message, loosing weight is really tough and I know what you are going through. The best advice I can give really is to make sure you are eating the right foods firstly, because if you are eating crap then all the exercise will be nothing. I just my fitness pal all the time, I logged everything I ate (good and bad 🙈) and it’s honestly surprising how many calories you can get through without realising. So I would just make sure you are eating healthy and I exercised about 5 times a week, I liked to go to classes because someone was actually making me do the exercise haha! You just have to stick at it and don’t get disheartened if you slip up or don’t lose as much as you want straight away! The self conscious part.. the best thing I did is go with a friend, even if my friends came with me for just the first class it made it so much easier to go to other by myself! Gyms can be really daunting so you can always check out fitness youtubers, start off doing things at home, going for walks etc ! Start of small, eat well and you will begin to feel better about yourself ❤ I’m actually interning at a fitness company called MagnaPass and I’m going to write a blog for them soon a more detailed about how I did it and stayed motivated, I’ll post a link to it too on here so if you want to check it out you can :) xxx

Hey, I'm really pleased that my photos help motivate you! When I finally decided I really want to lose weight I had to really change the way I lived. I used to drink so many fizzy drinks and eat loads of sweet, so I cut that out and just ate healthily. I also starting going to the gym like 5 times a week and did classes like spinning!

How long did it take for the weight loss?
Between those pictures is about 5/6 difference but it wasn't till about a year or so ago that I actually tried to lose weight! So a couple of years x
