life currently pt. 5

It has been a few weeks since my last post and to be quite honest, they haven't been very nice to talk about. But I am back now and I want to get back into having productive days and keeping track of my accomplishments and struggles :)

Right now I have easter break and I want to use these 2 weeks to catch up on a lot of uni work and to get back into a routine/ build and solidify my routine.

I also have a lot of work to do for my part-time job :[

life currently pt.4

man I am just f*cking grateful. I am struggling lately with personal stuff and life hasn't been easy but - damn. With everything going on I still feel lucky and I cannot get rid of the thought that I should be doing better. Well it's not just a thought - I really really need myself to do better.

In less than 2 weeks I have two big exams and I cannot fail them. Therefore I rly have to get into study mode and not do anything else. Unfortunately I have a lot of additional stress with dancing and the upcoming competitions, for which I don't feel ready.

Nevertheless I have decided that I am going to pull through. It's my chance to get my act together. I just need to follow my plans and stay disciplined.

You won't believe what happened to me.

Yesterday I came home late from a ball, where I performed with my dance team and I wasn't feeling all to well the whole day. I told this to the guy I'm dating and I still cannot grasp it but I came home to a bag hanging on my door knob - just to find this:

AM I DREAMING?? What is it with this guy - I can't even find a red flag *speachless*

Furthermore, I studied a lot these past two days, but I'm just not getting everything done as I would like.

It is currently 6:30 am and I will try to study until 9:30. Then I'll get ready and go to the library at about 11am to study some more...

In the evening I have a dance lecture again and lots of practice :)

life currently pt.2

11.02.2024

These last 2 days I wasn't productive and didn't do much for uni. Therefore I rly have to catch up today and study study study.

But I had lots of fun these last two days at least ^-^ I went on two dates with the guy I talked about in one of my previous posts. It's going really well. He picked me up in his car friday evening and took me to a lookout point over vienna. We talked a lot and got into pretty personal and deep topics. And on saturday my best friend, who lives abroad came over to my appartment and we had such a good time and so many things to talk about. In the evening we went to my dates handball game and has a lot of fun there too. Unfortunately his team lost and we drove home together, while my friend left to go to her mom's house. He took me to a little pizzeria and we had once again a great time. He even showed me his little atelier and where he lives and then we went to my place and we spent the night once again together just cuddling and appreciating each others presence.

I can't believe how lucky I was meeting him. He is rly a great person :))

Yesterday I was pretty satisfied with how much work I got done. I was really tired but I got myself through the day :)

Today I'll visit my grandpa in the hospital, so I won't have much time to study. Nevertheless I'll study one lecture right now and I hope that I'll get three more done in the evening.

Life has been hard but good lately [ 4/5 <3 ]

Took me until about halfway through college before I realized “study” means “play with the material in a variety of ways until you understand it” and not just “read the assigned chapters and do the homework” and I think that probably should have been discussed at some point prior to that.

these last days have been crazy

I met a guy online and after a week of texting he invited me to one of his handball games, as he is a professional handball player. I had a good time watching him play and he took me out to dinner after it :) We hit it off pretty well as we have a lot in common and could've talked about our passion of sport for hours.

Yesterday we went on date again: We went to a museum which was also a lot of fun. He looked rly cute in his baggy jean and hoodie and I love that we both have a passion for art too. Then we went to my place and ordered some food and kept on talking. Everything seems really easy and uncomplicated around him.

I'm excited for how this is going to go ...

life/productivity update

I had a rly nice day yesterday with a lot of socializing - which became tiring in the end but nevertheless it felt good to go out and even get someting done while sepnding some quality time - but therefore I wasn't able to get a lot done for uni.

Additionally, having an ed is quite time consuming and I am rly trying to get back into studying and staying concentrated and disciplined.

14.01.2024 Finished my to-dos for work, finsihed a book I'm reading and made some oatmeal. Now I'm going to study for a bit and then I will do some dance training with my partner for at least 2 up to 3 hours. I think it's going to be a good day :)

POV: trying to get out of a big slump at the moment

I tidied up my appartment and now I'll write some reflexions for work. I have a dance rehearsal later for a ball and hopefully will have enough time to do some studying in between rehearsal and the opening show at 9 pm.
