Yeah, that’s pretty much it, but it’s pretty definitive. He doesn’t really experience sexual attraction until a little bit after they start dating idk what you want me to say

I wouldn’t say he’s aromantic or aro-spec bc it was more that he was in love with Mo Ran for years, but he’s definitely ace-spec. If he wasn’t, he’d probably be attracted to SOMEONE, but he’s explicitly not even sexually attracted to Mo Ran (who he has a crush on) until much, much later (like, after getting together later), from what I remember.

And in comparison, Mo Ran… experiences a lot of sexual and romantic attraction to different people but doesn’t seem to show/experience it as much after he falls in love with Chu Wanning. It’s clear that he had it for other people, but he’s now devoted to Chu Wanning; even if he was attracted to someone else, I doubt it would be mentioned. Chu Wanning, however, definitely has not experienced sexual attraction to anyone other than Mo Ran, and that was only AFTER they started dating.

I think he’s sex repulsed given his icy or horrified reactions when sexual topics are discussed. He was also once forcibly aroused when hit by an aphrodisiac, and he responded in a way that implied he had never experienced that before. Canonically had no clue he was sexually aroused in the Succubi Extra / interpreted it as “wanting to fight” (which isn’t the same as not experiencing sexual attraction, but that’s also not a trademark of allosexuality)

Speaking of, he never specifically seems interested in Shen Qingqiu romantically or sexually - he’s usually shipped with him bc of his devotion, not a clear desire for romance. Though that’s pretty much just up for personal interpretation

He's heavily demi coded. Man has no interest in sex what so ever for 800 years and then makes a strong personal connection to one (1) person and is shocked when he's suddenly interested

I think he is demisexual. He was canonically celibate for 800+ years and doesn’t seem to have too much of a problem with it, until he meets and binds with the love interest. Suddenly this whole celibacy thing becomes difficult.

Seeing a character similar to me was an amazing experience and I think he deserves all the love!

Resubmitting him because I have now read the book. And oh boy. He is not allo. He spends the whole book being confused about love and romance, and why that, specifically, would be such a huge motivator for people. He has no interest in it besides how it affects someone else and causes them problems. He falls in love by the end but he still doesn't understand how love works for other people at all

He spends the entire book being fairly platonically loyal to Wenren E and then when someone explains what love is and he notices that it lines up with how he feels about Wenren E, he's mad about it. Plus the aroace feeling of falling in love with someone and having that shake your entire being to the core. Also, when asked, he doesn't know what love is, but none of the characters in this book do, so.

(This happened when Zhao Yue was in his twenties)..........To me, this felt like the closest the author could come to describing a character as demi without using the actual word.

Suryong ignores and shoots down, but mostly plainly doesn't notice any flirting attempts. Rather the ones he does notice make him uncomfortable. He shows no interest in either sex or romance, despite meeting many people he'd describe as beautiful. Found a neat lifehack for having children without the pesky inbetween process, and has since picked up a bunch of disciples. When thinking about his future he doesn't considered marriage, or romantic relationships, as future goals. At one point we get a side character's POV, who talks about the many lovestruck people around him. Said romantic attention just never shows up in his own POV.

Tbf that HR interview pissed me off; Nancy, Judd and Matteo were so unprofessional not to mention fatphobic and mean.

If I talked like that at work I would have been pulled into a disciplinary so fast.

It actually put me off the characters, and how they defend Owens actions and speak about people is awful.

Like, I’m sure Carlos has done bad stuff and y’know ACAB but at least he has called out Owens and the others bullshit.

You’re so right and that was definitely something that bothered me while watching but I didn’t make a separate post about it because there was literally so much to talk about in this episode and I’m afraid of spamming the tag because I’ve gotten death threats about that before lol but I DO want to talk about this.

This episode really icked me out tbh because the A plot was very anti-PC culture and they do about it very carefully by choosing the specific topic they did. If they had someone nonblack use the n-word or a straight person use the f-word, then it would have been a lot more serious. But because they instead had the word be “crazy”, a word that most people (including a lot of neurodivergent people) don’t really consider that bad, they were able to create this environment of “anyone who doesn’t use perfect language all the time is bad except they’re actually not because who cares?” and not properly addressing it, in my opinion. By making this event cause Marjan, a fan favorite character, leave the show, they’ve changed it from “we should really address the harmful words we use without thinking and how that could affect people but also acknowledge that these are words we’ve all used for a long time and has only recently come into question and not everyone is going to instantly be able to adapt, especially in the moment” to “look at this terrible PC culture that made a brown Muslim woman the victim!”

And, as to your point, they also do this with the comments by the 126 in their interviews, making light of their harmful behaviors and words they have said on the job because those behaviors were “justified” and because they were done by characters we like, that means they aren’t bad, right? And this is what people mean when they say that media has real life consequences because now we have these hero firefighters that we like going genuinely bad things but that is swept under the rug because if they’re doing it, it can’t be bad. And this reinforces that mindset in the minds of viewers who feel validated in their beliefs because if the good friendly firefighters do it, they can, too.

There’s also much to be said about having their main police character be a gay man of color, but this is already too long. Hopefully I worded everything the way I meant to in my mind, but I just really took issue with a lot of the behaviors of the 126 this episode and how the plot went down. I’m a leftist with very conservative parents who studied persuasion techniques in college, so I’m always putting myself into the shoes of various types of viewers and how they might interpret it, and this one just rubbed me the wrong way. I encourage others to provide other opinions if I missed anything or if you don’t agree and see it another way! Just please stop sending me death threats over my opinions on a tv show😅

Bucky could have sworn that he didn’t look at his phone for more than about four minutes; he got a beep for an email, and he was hoping to hear back about a contract job soon. It might be nice to have a job that wasn’t shooting at people, but hey, he’d only been out of the Army for less than a year, what did he know? He knew he still didn’t have steady work. He’d had a couple of contracts for doing heavy lifting and other stupid stuff like that, but not a real job, or a real paycheck.

What he did know was that, after half a year of being home and stepping cautiously around a super cute roomie who he wasn’t quite positive wasn’t hitting on him -- and he’d talked it out about sixty million times with his friends before finally taking a chance.

Six months in, Clint finally said, “Look, this is great and all, believe me, I love snuggling, but man, it’s gonna get hot soon, and sleeping two in a twin is just not going to cut it.”

Bucky had a small amount of savings; there really hadn’t been anything to spend money on aside from hookers and booze, while he was deployed, and no, really, not either of those either, because guess what, the middle east wasn’t big on actual relaxing. So, he had savings.

Which did not really mean he wanted to spend three hundred dollars or so on half a bed, and a boxspring, because he didn’t do that shit of sleeping on the floor. Plus sheets and pillows and all that stuff.

On the other hand, moving into the same bedroom with Clint would mean that they had a spare room in their apartment that they could use as an office.

Maybe he could get some work doing computer software. From home.

Bucky blinked at the email. “Your breakdown backup.” The fuck even was that?

Spam, as it turned out. It didn’t seem to matter how careful he was, or how thoroughly he triaged his inbox, some amount of “let me sell you shit you don’t need and can’t afford” seemed to slip through.

All in all, though, he was looking at his phone for less than ten minutes. Probably.

And when he looked up, Clint was gone.

Like, not just not beside him, but gone.

He’d either kept going -- not noticing Bucky’s signal to stop a minute -- or he’d gone back.

But in either case, Bucky was now standing alone in the middle of one of those furniture outlet stores that was the size of an airplane hanger, filled with discount sofas and tables, as well as beds, televisions, and electronics.

And the worst part was, in order to give people the idea of space, the floorplan was made up of about half a hundred or so “room sized” display areas that weren’t evenly spaced.

Which meant sight lines were nothing but a wish and a dream.

Bucky couldn’t see more than fifty feet in any direction.

Bucky wanted it known, period, that he wasn’t scared. That wasn’t even on the list. He was just annoyed. He was in a big ass furniture store. In New Jersey. Alone.

Because his parter-slash-boyfriend had vanished while Bucky looked like an email.

Annoyed.

Bucky called his name a few times, but Clint was partly deaf, and while he wore hearing aids, they didn’t always help. Especially not in a high noise clutter environment like this. He might even have taken the ‘aids out, if things were bothering him. Bucky usually signed when he talked anyway, just to be polite.

Deciding that Clint probably wouldn’t have gone on ahead, Bucky decided to backtrack through the last few showrooms.

No Clint.

He checked the room with the bare mattresses, piles and piles of them, for laying down on and testing -- Clint had laid down on about forty of them, and Bucky only two.

He couldn’t seem to relax enough to test a mattress -- with his boyfriend -- where people might see them. Call him a self-hating, still in the closet gay man. Which was kinda true, but also because laying down made him vulnerable, and he was still jittery from being in the Army where laying down sometimes meant people shot at you.

Some things took a long time to unlearn.

No Clint in the mattress room.

Bucky backtracked even further, thinking of the rows of sofas that Clint had tried, excited as hell about things like heated seats and consoles where you could store your remotes and cup holders and fancy gizmos.

“Can I help you find something, sir?”

“I’m lookin’ for my roommate,” Bucky said, scowling.

“Well, I can have him paged,” she suggested. “Since he’s probably not in the clearance section.”

“Yeah, we can try that,” Bucky said. Although it was entirely likely that Clint was in the clearance section. He could be a real cheapskate that way, and maybe he was looking for a good deal there.

Bucky texted him like six times while the store intercom system went off. Nothing.

Bucky wasn't worried.

Yet.

"Do you have a first aid station?"

"Uh," the salesclerk said. "Technically, yes, because safety and liability, but there's never anyone there."

"Just point me, I'll check on it," he said. Clint was often sporting any number of bandaids and wrist compression grips from hurting himself.

It did take him a while to find the first aid station. But Clint wasn't there either.

Bucky even checked the kitchen area, since Clint had once fallen asleep on the table in Steve apartment and called it the best night of sleep he'd ever had.

Finally, sitting in one of the kitchen chairs, face buried in his hands, Bucky remembered a conversation they'd had, about Clint's brother Barney.

"He always got the top bunk," Clint had complained. And you know I like high places."

“Miss,” he said. She didn’t look happy that he’d come back again, still sans companion. "Do you have any kid's beds? Like for two kids sharin' a room?"

The salesclerk looked at him as if he’d lost his mind, but that was okay. He was pretty sure she’d decided that he was imagining a roommate entirely. That said, she didn’t follow him this time, when she pointed the direction. Let the crazy guy be someone else’s problem.

The kids’ rooms were cute, the walls were shorter, and everything was colorful. Bright blue and red, purple or pink. Giant numbers, letters, and animals painted on it. Adult furniture was boring. Brown, light brown, reddish brown, chrome, white, or black.

It was no wonder people had kids; kept you from drowning in how boring being an adult could be.

And there was Clint, tucked up on one of the top bunks.

Sound asleep.

“Wake up, beautiful,” Bucky said, leaning over Clint, his mouth practically buzzing Clint’s hair. He ended it with sticking his tongue in Clint’s ear, which got him swatted and nearly knocked off the ladder, but it was worth it.

Absolutely.

“Yuck,” Clint said, finger in his ear, wiggling it around. “No call for that.”

“Sure there was,” Bucky said. “Let’s go, Sleeping Beauty.”

Clint yawned. “Yeah, we’re all done here?”

“I’ve been walkin’ around here for nearly an hour looking for you. I’m done.”

They were most of the way back to their apartment when Clint groaned. “Aw, bed, no.”

“Huh?”

“We didn’t-- we were there for hours, and we didn’t pick one!”

“Guess I’m squashin’ you in the twin again tonight,” Bucky said.

“There are worse fates.”

his blog theme is navy blue and its layout is super sleek and professional because being minimalistic is key

he’s one of the biggest studyblrs on tumblr; he gets an average of ten asks per day

Noctis makes a twitter and basically copies all of Prompto's twitter bio, just changing it to fit him, but he leaves the little gay pride emoji because he wasn't sure what it meant. It leads to some awkward conversations with his dad abt social media and Sexuality?

Noctis is not clueless. He knows how to use social media and surf the web. He just prefers not to. When you can google your name and hear about your dozens of imaginary siblings and girlfriends, being on most social media sites really loses its appeal.

But then there’s Prompto who wants to be able to tag him in photos and send him memes that aren’t just screen shots that fill up the storage space on his phone. There’s Prompto who says he’ll help Noct get a decent photo for his icon and make sure his privacy settings are at least configured to block the worst of bot spam. When Prompto pushes him to actually write something for your bio, man, he draws a blank.

“Can I just copy yours and change a couple things?” Noct twists half off the couch to snatch the bag of potato chips from where they sat on the floor. He picks through the remnants of oily potato to find the larger pieces before flattening out the sides and pouring the crumbs into his mouth. Prompto laughs when he half inhales a piece of chip and ends up wheezing for a minute before the cursed shard stops trying to commit murder.

When Noct finishes recovering from the attempt on his life, Prompto agrees to his request with a shrug. “Just don’t say something stupid, bro. People on Twitter can be really mean.”

“Okay so just don’t copy your bio and leave it blank,” Noctis quips, already selecting and copying the text over to his own bio. He likes the little flag at the end of Prompto’s bio, the rainbow stripes are cute and non-incriminating. It’s not like he’s adding an eggplant, or those awkward sweat-looking-things. It should be fine.

He ends up with a passable attempt at a bio, icon one of the many shots Prompto had taken of him and worked on to make him look a tad less tired. Thank god for Lightroom and the ability to negate dark circles from gaming marathons. It’s a little ramshackle, but when Prompto pastes a crown icon at the end of his name and helps him upload a fishing themed banner, Noct finds that he doesn’t really mind.

What he does mind, however, is that his dad calls him not even three hours later. Not even Cor, the usual man trusted to pass on messages for Regis when he’s too busy to talk to his son.

His actual dad, the King of Lucis, calling him in the middle of the day.

It’s unheard of. There are almost always meetings and audiences being held in the afternoon, his father required to attend nearly all of them as a benevolent figurehead of justice. Noctis thinks it’s complete bullshit that his dad has to shit through all that while shouldering the burden of the Wall, but he’s also still a kid to the council who only respects him for his lineage and nothing else.

He shushes Prompto, who had been chattering on about tags and blacklists, to answer his phone. He’s worried in the same breath as he’s nervous, greeting his father with a casual, “Hey, dad.”

“Hello, son. Do you have a few minutes to spare for your poor, old father?” He can hear Regis’s particular brand of amusement through the line, how he can faintly make out the sound of Clarus berating him for leaving in the middle of a council meeting in the background.

“Yeah,” Noctis answers. “What’s up?” For all their strained relationship is worth, they still get along well enough and conversation will flow easily. Well, it would have, had Regis not dropped the equivalent to a bomb in one, short sentence.

There’s a slow inhalation before his father’s voice crackles through the line. “Are you gay, Noctis?”

There’s a long moment of tense silence before Noct sputters and rebukes him, confused and already well on his way in terms of sexuality-centric soul searching. “Wha-” his voice cracks a little and he has to clear his throat. “What? Dad, I’m… a little confused about where that came from?”

Prompto is peering over at him from where he’d sat down to work on culling the shots he’d taken the day before, screen full of Insomnia’s streets in vivid black and white. He whispers, “Uh, buddy, everything okay?”

Noct nods hurriedly, phone pressed tightly to his ear because he cannot believe his father was notified of his Twitter specifically because of the tiny, innocuous flag in his bio.

The flag he now knows is not, in fact, just a really colorful addition to his rather bland online intro, but rather something that represents a whole community of people he’s only barely begun to look into and understand.

The thing that really sticks is that, Ifrit’s flaming balls, he’d essentially wrongly announced to all of Lucis that he is a gay man. Noct doesn’t feel like there would be a problem with it, had he felt comfortable with the label, but he’s really stuck on just understanding who he likes at all. He’s not ready for choosing labels and may never be.

Regis just gives a soft, fond sigh. he’s calm as ever when he requests, “Will you share lunch with me tomorrow, Noctis? I’ll make sure we have time to ourselves, save Clarus’s nagging.”

“Sure, dad, I just…” Noctis trails off, staring out into nothing. He takes a deep breath and lets it out through his teeth. “I’ll see you tomorrow. Thanks for calling, I guess.”

“Thank you for answering my call,” Regis responds and Noctis can hear how his voice has lightened. “I love you dearly, my son.”

“Love you too, dad.”

Name: Bee ;w; Age: 22 Pronouns: they / them Sexuality: Gay Zodiac sign: Capricorn Taken or single: single pringle Four Things About This Blog: ✘ I originally made it to be a John Seed blog while I was still playing through the game, but after considering and playing more of it, I decided on Staci instead. ✘ Partly why I decided on Staci was because he was similar to a muse I use to play that I missed, and mostly because I found @badwclv‘s blog in the tags while I was on my personal and I just ???? wanted to have a reason to write with them and I hadn’t seen any blogs for Staci when I looked. So I was the first to write him on here. ✘ uuuuuuh, a lot of Staci’s backstory is based on previous characters I played from other fandoms that I thought were similar, my own personal experience (see below), and some fanfics I had read about him. His secondary verse (cult verse) is heavily influenced by a fanfic actually. Embarrassing to admit haha I just found the story concept and Staci’s development interesting and I wanted to see where I could go with that. ✘ I write Staci as being Native American and had grown up on the Rez. Mostly because I myself am Native American and grew up and lived on an Indian reservation all my life before moving for College. I decided to do this partly because of how Staci looked (nonwhite, dark hair, etc), and also based on the general area of where this might all take place. Montana is home to a lot of different Indigenous tribes, like The Cheyenne, Crow Nation, Bitterroot Salish, Blackfoot, just to name a few. I decided on Blackfoot because their reservation is North of where Hope County is supposed to be set. Idk if that is really that interesting but I just ??? wanted to do it, because not a lot is known about Staci before EG, and I found it as a way to build his character and connect to him more personality. Like, if he and I shared experiences even if they were mundane and small, it would make writing him more real to me?? Idk f that makes sense, but point is that bc of this I created like 5 other FC5 OCs or Other Characters (Wheaty) on my multi who are also Indigenous and I get to thrive??? writing native characters??? Thanks I suck lmao

Three Mun Facts: ✘ I will go the fuck off about character theories or headcanons for the most minor characters ever. I only really do it on discord because I fear being annoying and spamming but, I got some deep ass metas in my head. ✘ I wanted to be a filmmaker since I was 4 years old, and I made some short films in middle school and high school. So when I graduated I moved across the country a month later and went to film school. I graduated with a degree in film & cinematography, and every time I watch Inside Eden’s Gate or any of the shorts made for Far Cry, I cry because I wanna make some shit like that. Super wild. ✘ I can play bass guitar and use to be able to play piano like a mf but I stopped and now I’m really rusty. Anyway, hire me to be your bassist in your punk band ;3c

EXPERIENCE:

How’d you start: I rped Naruto over texting with my best friend in Middle School. Platforms you’ve used: I pretty much jumped right into tumblr after that, never did the forums or anything. I think for awhile we used skype :0 but I only really rped over skype, email, facebook, and texting on and off for awhile with her. But I found uuuuuh, a Durarara!! rp group randomly like two years later and was like oh??? Anyway, so I’ve used skype, email, tumblr, aim??, facebook, and I now RP on Discord a lot more. Best experience: honestly hard to say, I think when I just met people I really hit it off with and we just meshed well is always the best. But if I have to be specific uuuuh, I once joined an RP group about Gods or something, and I eventually got my best friends to join which is what got them into Rping. Also through it I met another girl who became like, my best friend online for YEARS after that, from age like, 13 to age 20?? And also bc I was a big gay, I fell in love with her which uuh, didn’t end well but point is that, the best part is just making friends who you love and adore who stick with you even after the group or fandom you were in together dies. Worst experience: fuck ok honestly, I had someone who would hound me to ship all the time, and would follow me every time I moved blogs. They would constantly hound me to write smut with them (even tho I was underage) and if I said no they would just be like oh well too bad and would start writing their character doing some shit with mine and get really fucking mean to me if I didn’t reply. Also would constantly bug me to reply to them and guilt trip me, even if I wasn’t home to reply or if I was at school, they would get really mean and vicious about it. And would post horrible shit about me on the dash and stuff when I wasn’t home to reply to our threads.

And they would constantly like, play if off like I was the bad guy and the abusive one and was overall just really toxic and super mean to me and my friends? Pushed away my other shipping partners, forced me to tell my best friend I cant ship with her anymore or else??? And we were all like, 14 or 15 at the time when we met them, and they were like, 36 and had a kid and was married. I didn’t get away from them until I was like, 18 :))) and they had made so many people dislike me and shit because of the dumbass stuff they said about me, so I had to leave tumblr for awhile. Anyway when I came back like, months later a bunch of people had come out of the woodwork who I don’t even remember to apologize to me and be like wow some shit went down and this person showed their true colors and everyone kinda realized they were toxic and a liar bc I guess they tried to do it to some other people. It was wild.

MUSE PREFERENCES:

Original or canon: Canon usually Favourite face: oh geez uuuh, i guess Rami Malek since I’ve used him A LOT, or Erin Richards. Least favorite face: idk man, I guess people who use FCs who are dead irl makes me uncomfy. It just feels weird to me :/ Or people who use White FCs for nonwhite characters, sometimes its up to interpretation though like a video game character or something. But when it’s super obvious a poc and they use a white fc it’s super weird for me. Multi or single: both, but I have trouble maintaining a multi.

WRITING PREFERENCES:

Plots or memes: plot usually, sometimes I don’t know what to do with memes or I don’t know what the other writer is comfortable with. I like to hash things out and make a game plan so I don’t screw something up. Best time to write: I usually write at night, but sometimes I crank out replies during the day if I have time or if the muses suddenly strikes. Do you like your muse(s): I love all my muses so much it hurts wowie How long (months/years?): uuuuuh, started in 6th grade so uuuuh, 11 or so years now?? A follow up to the posts about the Nazi art (drawn by a Klance artist), the Pride Parade Klance sign & all those edits where Sheith scenes in canon got turned into Klance ROMANTIC scenes by people who constantly spam “I ONLY SEE THEM AS BROTHERS, BROGANES, THAT’S SUCH A PLATONIC BROGANES SCENE” everywhere.

NOTE: This is referring to the Klancedom, NOT Klance shippers. If you do NOT do any of these things, this post is NOT talking about you.
