Guilty Pleasures | ShinKami Headcanons

I know so many people are on the Shinsou likes black coffee train but can we please give a boat to Shinsou loving super sweet coffee with all the fixings? If he was a pro hero, I think people would really push the black coffee headcanon thing on him plus he’d feel guilty about the extra calories so his Carmel Frappuccinos are an occasional thing

Denki eats UP bad reality TV. Dance moms? Yes. Too Hot To Handle. Absolutely. Keeping up with the Kardashians? He’s watched every season. He will gladly admit to watching them if they come up but he definitely frames it as a guilty pleasure

Shinsou loves splurging on high-end nice cat treats and accessories. Does he need another hand-crafted elevated water bowl that looks like a flower from Etsy for his cat? No. But will he get one because “what if his baby forgets to drink water?” Yes.

Kaminari likes to keep shoe and tech boxes because they’d be “great for storage” and they feel special but he has so many at this point each new box is just taking up space

Shinkami collectively enjoys stalking their high school classmates and old friends on social media together and overanalyzing each post. Shinsou: She didn’t add a heart to this post about her boyfriend. I suspect they’re going through a rough patch or got into a fight. Denki: No definitely. I’m gonna say he forgot their anniversary. Shinsou: Shit

Laundry Day | ShinKami Oneshot

pairing: shinkami cw: mentions of sexual content word count: 380 summary: Shinsou shows Kaminari a new folding method as they do some spring cleaning a/n: so its been a minute :( School was seriously kicking my butt but I really want to try and get back into a writing routine which is where this quick exercise came from! Hope you enjoy it. If you have requests, I'd love to hear them as I look for some writing inspiration!

“Fold the left sleeve into the center of the shirt,” Hitoshi says, slowly following his own instructions with his arm held out far enough that he doesn’t block Denki’s line of sight.

The black band tee stands out enough against the fading yellow quilt Hizashi made them as a housewarming gift Denki isn’t too concerned.

“Right,” Denki replies.

“Same on the other side.”

“Uhuh.”

Shinsou then folds the top into thirds with crisp corners and sets it on its side so it stands straight up.

“Dude, it seriously is like a file folder,” Denki says.

His boyfriend’s smile curls into their favorite smug position. “I know. You wanna see it one more time?”

“Yeah, yeah.”

The past few days for the couple were marked by decluttering every junk drawer and piece of clothing in their closets down to what sparked joy in this season’s rendition of spring cleaning.

Hitoshi showcases the Konmari folding method again for Denki and holy shit he wanted to keep asking Hitoshi to show off folding clothes for him because this man’s hands. Strong and veiny and calloused and large.

“Damn, one more time please, Mr. Folder Man,” Denki requests before snaking an arm around Hitoshi’s waist.

He lifts his bicep to reveal Denki batting his eyelashes with pursed lips.

“You are not making folding clothes into a sexual thing, Denks,” Hitoshi warns.

“But what if I did.”

“But what if you didn’t.”

“Folding clothes would be so much more fun, though. Fluff me up like one of your towels and shit, you know?”

Hitoshi huffs out a laugh and flops against the bed. The shirts he folded earlier limply flop to the side when he pats his lap which Denki happily perches on.

“I do find laundry to be quite a mundane task,” Hitoshi remarks.

“Hellll yeah. Let's fold a fitted sheet together so I can see your forearms at work.”

“Only if you grab the laundry detergent from the cabinet for me so I can see your shirt ride up.”

The look on Hitoshi’s face as he brushes Denki’s hair behind his ear is soft and gooey and warm enough that there is no other answer he can give.

“Course.” A peck on the lips. “I love yoouu,” Denki sings.

“I love you too.”

At the doctors rn and I think shigaraki, especially early seasons shigaraki, would be such a pain in the ass at the doctors.

I feel like he’d spend the whole time picking up those brochures about medication, smoking, shingles etc. and then would put them back in the wrong spots on purpose. When the receptionist asks him ‘what’s your date of birth’ he’d reply with some smart ass shit like ‘the day I was born, obviously’.

And when he has to get a needle 100% he’s all ‘it’s not even a big deal’ cuz he has an insane pain threshold and would make so much fun of you if you had a fear of needles.

Also he’d be salty if he saw a kid get some lollies or smth but he didn’t and would probably criticise the doctor for handing out unhealthy rewards cuz ‘it’s not realistic’.
