am I the only one that started sucking in their stomach at some point in their life and it just became a habit that you do subconsciously?
the thing is when I look in the mirror, I see my stomach and think "wow, it's not even that big, yay". but then I notice I'm sucking in my stomach and get disappointed when I see how it actually looks.
the caffeine is from green tea and it has a lot of good vitamins and antioxidants.
as someone who doesn’t really like coffee or soda (cus of the carbonation), and has a sweet tooth, this v8 helps because it’s nice and sweet and still low cal.
also, unlike coffee for me, this doesn’t make me anxious or anything even if I have like three.
These are most definitely some good options if your calorie limits are more towards the 750-1,200 area. Hopefully this could help! 🖤
What to Eat: Fast Food Edition
Here are some low-cal/macro food suggestions for popular fast food restaurants! I am ABSOLUTELY pro-recovery; this is just a list of foods that have helped me!
I’m diagnosed with being bipolar and weed helps stabilize me, and keeps me feeling genuinely happy (unlike other medicines ). There’s many, many ways it helps many people.
I used to have to shop at the store torrid (it’s a plus sized store) and guess what ! Absolutely none of the clothes I got there fit me now. That’s definitely some motivation to loose more and more weight.
Liver
– white nail beds
– nausea
– itchy skin
– swollen abdomen
– yellowing skin/eyes
– fatigue
– confusion
– pale / clay-like / bloody / tar-like stool
– vomiting
– pain in the upper, righthand abdomen
– joint pain
– spider angiomas (coloured skin spots that resemble spiders, due to clotting issues)
– dark urine
– swollen legs / ankles
– bruising easily
Heart
– tachycardia (fast resting heart rate, over 100 beats per minute)
– bradycardia (slow resting heart rate, under 60 beats per minute) * note that a very high fitness level can cause a lower heart rate
– irregular heart rate
– if your heart rate is under 40, you could be in immediate danger, and remember that your heart rate will drop even further in sleep
– shortness of breath / shallow breathing
– chest pains
– fatigue
– dizziness
– swelling in ankles / feet / legs
– swollen abdomen
– choking sensation
– coughing up pink liquid / goop

– eye damage and diminishing vision
STAY SAFE. A COUPLE OF SYMPTOMS MAY NOT BE LIFE-THREATENING, BUT HAVING MULTIPLE FROM THE SAME ORGAN CAN BE.
