Time for an update!

40. Checkmate- the chess aspect is what sold me tbh, but also it has this push and pull relationship that kinda reminds me of them, especially smp them “I’ve gotten tired of the games that you play when you tell me you love, then you throw me away.” “You might think you’re winning but checkmate.” “Can’t play me like your pawn.” “You’re just a narcissist who’s totally fake.”

41. Rät- this song is very much for the smp, it works for literally any of the dynamics on there, but i think that it works especially well for them “I studied code because i wanted to do something great like you.” “ I don't wanna eat the rich, I'd have to eat my hero's first and my tuition's paid by blood, I might deserve your fate or worse” “Let me level with you, man, as someone guilty of the game I took the help, I took the cash, I would've taken your last name” “I loved you, I loved you, I loved you it’s true. And sometimes i feel like i still f*cking do.”

42. IDK you yet- a long distance love song, reminds me of when they first started streaming together. If you’ve ever had an online crush, this song is like that unsure feeling where you dont know why you are feeling things for someone that you really dont know. “How can you miss someone you’ve never met? cuz i need you now but i dont know you yet.” “How can you miss someone you’ve never seen? Tell me are your eyes brown blue or green?”

43. What a feeling- this song makes me thinks about them meeting in person for the first time, its more like them just thinking about meeting up tho tbh. But also, could work for the smp stuff. “What a feeling to be right here beside you now, holding you in my arms.” “What a feeling to be a king beside you somehow.” “I wish I could be there now.”

44. Talking to the moon- this song HURTS. Its a classic long distance love song and works for their relationship for sure. “I know you're somewhere out ther, somewhere far away” “At night, when the stars light up my room I sit by myself talking to the moon, trying to get to you In hopes you're on the other side, talking to me too, or am I a fool, who sits alone, talking to the moon.”

45. Vanilla twilight- another long distance love song, this one is so sweet, and definitely from dreams perspective.. just look at the lyrics “I'll watch the night turn light blue, but it's not the same without you because it takes two to whisper quietly. The silence isn't so bad, til I look at my hands and feel sad. 46. Gimmie love- reminds me of how needy dream is lmao, its cute until you go to the lyrics, then its kinda sad. It fits how dream has been jealous recently because george hanging out with others. “Gimmie Gimmie love.” “You leavin' me here with ashes and fire. These people don't heal, these people don't feel.” “Caught in a river of records and dreams oh, will you keep up with me? Everyone's looking for someone to hold, but I can't let you go.”

47. Fool- okay hear me out on this one, george has feelings for dream but feels like dream is just playing with him, now I’m sad. Look at these lyrics and feel sad. “I am just a fool to keep on chasing after nothing great. You are just a fool to keep pretending that you're loving me.” “Call me on the phone at three, I talk to you while half asleep” “Rant to me I like the sound, I like your voice, I like your mouth”

48. Nothing else i could do- okay, cute vibe, but basically this song reminds me of how whipped dream is, how he will practically do anything for george. “I waited up for your call. You never told me you would, but the way that you smiled was a promise, I swear. Fell asleep by the phone, i missed a message or two. Deleted them 'cause they weren't you” “I miss the shape of your voice I miss the nape of your neck I miss the weight of your words I miss the bruises they left”

Clueless- so dream is very very obvious, and george is a brick wall of emotion. dream kinda likes that, because that means he doesn’t have to confront his feelings. “Do you think she has seen I'm captivated by her speech? 51. Dream boy- okay this song makes me think of george coming to terms with what’s going on. Its teetering on the idea that he could be in love. “I accidentally self impose. Bashful thoughts, careless wants, emotional involvement. You've got my heart bursting at the seams. Maybe you're the boy from my dreams.” “If you're gonna love me make sure that you do it right” “Oh I tend to keep my heart locked water-tight”

52. Hot rod- umm this one, so their friendship is expanding into something more, everyone knowing that it is. Also kinda like sad with the lyrics, doubting that the other one wants you and all that.. “We both know, the way its gonna go.” “Truth is such a violent force, pushing you away” “Maybe I’m not all that you thought.”

53. A world alone- the whole idea in this song that everyone has something to say about the relationship,,, yeah. “We both got a million bad habits to kick, not sleeping is one.” “But people are talking, people are talking” “Maybe the Internet raised us, or maybe people are jerks” “You're my best friend, and we're dancing in a world alone.” “Let 'em talk”

54. Animal- short song but OOOOOh the dream smp vibes are yummy on this one. “Make me behave like an animal. I'm asking nicely,give me what I want. I'll ask politely, give me what I want.” “But it just don't feel right to be your number one”

55. July- the summer love trope??? its theirs your honor. Also smp vibes kinda. “You’re prettier than anything I've seen in my whole life.” “In late July, in late July. I was so happy I could cry. I can't remember why.” “Evil secret you're the precious thing I hide behind my tongue. I'd be foolish if I trusted you with everything you've done.”

57. Sweet tooth- this song feels very innocent and reminiscent of the beginning, when dream was hardcore flirting with george. “A sweet tooth for you. I'm wide awake. Smooth around the edges, good as new gently into it and every rendezvous, got myself a brand new pain”

58. So damn into you- screams dream energy. george has him so whipped and he doesn’t know when it happened, but now he can’t stop. “It started with a bang. 60. SRY ILY- okay yeah, the guilt for being in love with your best friend. you ever felt it? Also, again, dream being codependent and jealous... “So you understand why I feel the way that I do. When I can't get out of bed and my head’s fogged up and I'm sorry, I love you. heatwaves- on here for very obvious reasons. i don’t think I need to explain. but here are some lyrics anyway. “Sometimes all I think about is you, late nights in the middle of June.”

Jenny- again this is kinda obvious. “I wanna ruin our friendship, we should be lovers instead, I don’t know how to say this, cuz you’re really my dearest friend.”

TALK ME DOWN- this one just has the best friends pining for eachother vibe. “I wanna sleep next to you, and that’s all I wanna do right now.”

Dark paradise- kinda has dream smp vibes. but also you could argue heatwaves vibes. “Everytime I close my eyes, it’s like a dark paradise.” “There’s no relief, I see you in my sleep.” “There’s no release, I feel you in my dreams.”

Like you do- first of all I love this song, second, this has dream being a little too attached vibes. The whole song is just them. “Lost in the blue, they don’t love me like you do, those chills that I knew they were nothing without you, and everyone else they don’t matter now. Maybe you’re the reason- did someone say pining best friend who doesn’t know that they’re in love ? this song. this song right here. “I keep looking for something, even though I know that it’s not there. Fear of the Water- don’t come for me this ones kinda sad, beautiful song though. “If this was meant for me why does it hurt so much, and if you’re not made for me why did we fall in love?”

Dreaming of you- two words, heat. waves. but also yeah good song for them in general. “Want you all the time, and now I’m dreaming, dreaming, dreaming, dreaming of you.”

Wires- uhhhhh dream smp vibe, dream villain arc n all . “If he said help me kill the president, id say he needs medicine.” “He said that I should take it in, listen to every word he’s speaking.”

Linger- geogre literally has that boy wrapped around his finger and I can’t not see it in this song. I was an island- i just love the idea of them being hardasses and not thinking they need anyone until the other comes into their life and rocks their world. kinda dream smp vibes “I was a fighter, and I was so brave, but I lowered my sword when you held me and swore you’d stay.” “I was a wolf, dear, apart from the pac But you answered my cries in the dead of the night and told me that you had my back,”
