Making a calendar XD

I was asked last year if I'd make a Steddie calendar. But I didn't have much time to make one. But this year I thought it'd be fun. I found Lulu does a really great print on demand which means it'd be easier for me to use them as I don't have to do the packing and customs. 

But, I have a problem. Lulu's calendars are landscape and most of my Steddie work is portrait, so to fit them in that small a space would mean severely cropping and missing out a lot of the pictures. So I was playing in canva and came up with these designs, so far.

Would you buy an art calendar if it looked like this? I kinda thought it’d be fun this way. But I'd love to know what you guys think.

I want to say that with trans folk now being at risk of the fucking death sentence in Florida....

The time for community is Now. The time to start planning and organizing how to get our rights back is NOW. bring it up at your local LGBT craft events or book club or support group or whatever. Tell your friends. Spread the word. And maybe see which ones will have the safety and resources you'll need should a Lavender Hunt happen in your area.

And on the scarier end of reality....

This is fucking terrifying. Lots of people are at risk. Personally, I'm terrified this rhetoric will spread much like Trumpism did. I'm scared for my gf and I'm fucking scared for myself because we know historically that it isn't just trans folk on HRT or drag performers that they go after.

And you have every right to do whatever you need to protect yourself.

I'm not going to shame folks who quit HRT, who take the rainbows out of their bio, the people who start saying partner instead of revealing a gender, or anyone else taking a few steps towards the safety that the closet provides. WE shouldn't.

I fucking love you. And we'll be okay as long as we're together, okay?

My brain is going from wanting to catch up on past requests, to finishing the 2 stranger things fics and start editing the ST series rewrite of sorts I’ve got going, to continuing fwwl but also really wanting to re-edit the first few chapters of FWWL and the entirety of IABY to be printer ready before I feel like I could start/finish any of the other projects.

Request List

So although I am a part of many fandoms, I will pretty much only be writing for these until updated. I tried to make this list in (rough) order of which fandoms I prefer to write for–most preferred at the top, less towards the bottom–and same thing with the characters/actors. This does not mean that I won’t write for people not on this list, but it would have to stay within these fandoms. I’ll write fluff and angst and I can write smut but probably not well. I will write for almost all gender and sexuality pairings (i.e. boy x girl, girl x girl, genderfluid/non binary, etc.)

Note: These are all character/person x reader. I’m open to ships and request for them, but probably won’t really do any. And also my writings will be written with a female reader unless specifically request. I can also take requests for platonic relationships.

Possible Eddie Munson x fem-farmer!reader fic???

Hey there. So, like, Stranger Things season 4 was really good … and I’ve decided to love Eddie Munson … and would anyone be interested if I wrote a series (or a one shot or headcannon given my inability to carry out series) with Eddie Munson and a fem!reader? And like, the reader’s dad or guardian figure has a small farm and she helps out with it … and she doesn’t have a whole lot of friends since that’s not “normal nuclear family” and ya know fickle popularity stuff in the 80s … and she’s seen Eddie around but they’re not close or anything … but then she catches him smoking in one of her family’s orchards one night . . and they don’t really know how to react cause they’re ✨dumb ✨ … but then he keeps showing up … and they get to know each other a little … and sometimes the reader makes him help with farm stuff, but he so doesn’t know how and is just super out of his element and cute … and he’s squatting down holding grain out to chickens like it’s a little present because that’s the best he can do … they still don’t talk much in school, but now more then normal … over time, they become closer friends … maybe dumb Jason jock stuff … but it doesn’t matter cause Eddie and the reader can be themselves and cute and eventually lil kisses and cuddles and other cutie things …

So yeah! Let me know if there’s an interest. I definitely would want some interaction with the other kids and characters, but I don’t know if I want it to follow the plot of season 4 like a rewrite. No matter what, I’d probably start a little before season 4 does anyway, but I feel like there’s been a lot of rewrites so maybe something where they just get to be in their little lives and no one has to die or get hurt or go through serious trauma 😊

Super sweet! I love how you wrote the reader’s friendship with Ben, the scenes with Anthony and Simon--honestly any interaction the characters had 😆. There was just the right amount of tension and light spice, and overall a very nice ending. Great read!
