Shaman Warrior Shoot

Back in April I attempted something new!

With the help of the lovely Nikita modelling, and the multi-talented Jemima as makeup artist (she does makeup, eats all your doughnuts and gets really girlie if you have to cross a tiny brook) ... I made some rather interesting images.

I made the costume myself ... from old pieces of leather, ebay clothing I adapted and a massive piece of sackcloth ... oh, and a sprinkling of bits of dead sheep ... and feathers!

National Daffodil Throwing Finals

A fun shoot with Simona by the edge of Fernworthy Reservoir on Dartmoor.

We’d finished our planned shoot and I wanted to have some fun with the left over flowers (and smoke grenades).

My friend Amy who owns The Flower Forest (growing and arranging seasonal British Flowers) https://www.facebook.com/TheFlowerForest/

asked me if I’d be interested in shooting some images for her upcoming website ... being a massive fan of anything flora or fauna ... I jumped at the chance.

The weather was awful, and I’d told Amy that (this being her first ever photoshoot) there was a fairly good chance things wouldn’t go to plan!

Of course, they didn’t !

But still, we got some wonderful images and I’m fairly sure we all had fun of sorts :D
